A warm atmosphere with superb light homemade donuts, incredibly tasty bagel sandwiches and a medium roast chocolaty flavor coffee with al the milk alternatives- soy oat almond. Superb service and a great place for a morning break.

Although a classic coffee shop, Frappe Joe def has some very unique items on their menu and vegetarian/vegan!! I can’t wait to try the other flavor coffees in the figure. The quality of the food, drinks, and service was also great! Nice spot to spend time at and I would be happy to see this place grow!

Frappe Joe probably has the widest selection of flavored coffee I've seen! I usually get one of their seasonal cold brews, which are both infused with flavor and topped off with flavored creamer. The baristas are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your coffee!

The bagels and the spreads on top are excellent! I am dying to go back for their loaded bagels that have avocado, cream cheese spread with chilli powder sprinkled on top. I cannot remember the name of the bagel, something like the Around the World and the Jersey Joe's bagel. My friend got one flavor and I got the other; both delicious! See attached picture. Ask the owner for the breakfast menu! You will not be disappointed. Their coffee flavors are endless and delicious. You can customize it to your liking. We didn't want cold press but wanted the flavor and they were able to accommodate. Top notch service!

Wish I could comment about how yummy the donuts are but unfortunately I didn’t get to try them. We walk in on Sunday morning and wait as customers ahead are being helped, a line behind us begins to form. As we are next in line a guy comes in with his daughter to “look at the donuts” and instead of the cashier taking our order they proceed to help this man who just cut the line in front of us and everyone else standing behind us, we just walked out.

Amazing coffee place local to edison and menlo park! Wide variety of local desi coffee flavors, pista kulfi coffee is my fav, top level. The food is also very fresh and made in house fresh. It was amazing experience overall

My go to place! My favorite is the White Russian latte and the American beauty donut. The food is always delicious and super friendly staff. Love when they come out with new drinks for each season.

I have been here multiple times and they have wide variety of coffees, lattes, specialty coffees to choose from. Whatever me and my friends have tried - spice mill, American beauty, Indian Malabar, chocolate cold brew - has been amazing and full of flavors. They have a few Indian fusion doughnuts gulab jamun and Boondi - those were good too. Food is really good too - I have tried the pita pocket, egg salad, jalapeño cheddar bagel - all really tasty. The owner is really sweet - he recommends you coffees based on your preferences and the service is great. I highly recommend - I have to drive 30 mins from my house for this cafe but it’s worth it each time.

This place has the most delicious donuts I’ve ever had. They’re cakey, and not overly sweet. The owners hospitality was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

Awesome place for breakfast and coffee. Lots of varieties of drinks you can try new one every time you go and also got few Indian fusions drinks. Got jalapeños Bagel, it was awesome. Would definitely recommend any day for breakfast.

We went for the first time today and were absolutely blown away. The staff is so friendly, and they really know their stuff. The coffee is incredible. We couldn’t leave without beans to take home!

This place is great! The sandwiches and wraps, actually all the food, are excellent - gourmet quality with a Mediterranean twist. But most of all, the service is great.....recently there was a mistake with my food order regarding a dietary restriction. The owner proactively contacted me to address the issue, and explained how to avoid the situation in the future. Made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend the cafe!

I stopped in for breakfast for the first time and had a delicious breakfast sandwich along with a amazing Iced latte. The staff are super friendly. I highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.

PERFECTION! Hand-crafted artisan Latte (i tried American Beauty and Spiced Mill, YUM!). The breakfast sandwhich was gourmet, fresh feta, avacado, perfectly toasted bagel. This is the type of breakfast you expect to pay a lot for in NYC. So happy i discovered this place after a morning walk in Metuchen's Greenway trail. Owner is super friendly and courteous. Taking home donuts for the kids!!! This place is a best kept secret....no more!!

Literally the best coffee breakfast/lunch/ even dinner place I have ever been to. The staff us SO friendly and the owner is dedicated to making sure everyone is satisfied. I love starbucks, but this place is 10x better. So glad I discovered you guys!!

Best coffee shop ever! I don’t think any other place I tried in NJ so far can compare. They are always so kind, personable, and caring which makes you feel like you’re going to your close friend or family’s house for a coffee. Plus they have most flavorful high quality coffee and baked goods ever! You can feel and taste the love put into Frappe Joe <3 it’s always such a wholesome experience here!

I got the American beauty donut with rose and cardomom, was really tasty along with a sour cream donut. Go next time you want your caffeine fix! Lots of tea choices also

A welcome new coffee shop with amazing food. This was our first time going, and we were not disappointed. My wife and I got the egg sandwiches on everything bagel and a jalapeno cheese bagel. The bagels were fresh and crisp. The eggs were flavorful. Recommend getting them smothered, as they will be bursting with flavor. The donuts are made in-house, and were soft and delicious. I did not try any coffee, as I had just had a cup. But do look forward to trying their coffee. All the meat is halal, which is always perfect for us. . Will definitely come back again.

This is a fave. Good coffee here. Lately lovin the Iced Oat Latte along with either the Samoa cake or the Red Velvet donut. These two are the bomb. The staff (Julia) is warm, helpful & attentive as with the owner. Definitely recommend this place.

Updated Review: Went back to try the items mentioned below and they were definitely worth it. The lattes are delicious and their breakfast sandwiches were tasty. A plus for it being halal. Will come back for sure. The ice coffee is good, but the caramel latte was delicious. Most of their pastries are baked in house. I personally do not like the donuts since they are quite doughy but the cookie was delicious

Incredible food and beverages. My favorites so far are the iced 365 Summer tea with fresh mint, vanilla budan cold brew iced coffee, the American Beauty donut, bun fry and toasted croissant, which I had with chili powder added on by the owners suggestion. Amazing! Owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his menu. I adore this place!

Don’t be fooled. Upon ordering I took a while because it was my first time I told the girl working it was my first time and all she said was okay. No recommendation’s at all or enthusiasm. I proceeded to order 2 kinds of coffee and breakfast sandwich which are just all mixed with indian- asian flavors and sauces which is fine because i do love indian food but for this it just didn’t mix well . I saw the cookies in the warmer and asked to order 1 of that instead I wasn’t served a warm cookie i was served one that was sitting out - which is okay cuz it wasn’t tasty - it seems like it is the dave’s chocolate chip dough or something else - not homemade at all . I did want to sit inside but it was very dirty - so I sat outside which even that was even awful very filthy area. Not my corner of spot . But if you are looking for Indian inspired flavors you may like it.

LOVE! LOVE!! LOVE!!! this coffee shop! The specials are super fun and their pastries are insanely delicious! I highly recommend the Spice Mill - hot or cold - either version is delish! Their member rewards system is super fun and you are able to redeem points for money off your order more frequently then you think! A true coffee shop with creativity and zero boundaries - Give them your biggest challenge and I can assure you that it'll be the best beverage your taste buds ever experienced!

The first time I came here in the beginning of the pandemic I fell in love with the place. I wasn't much of a coffee drinker at the time but what I did love was some of the different bagel toasts they had. My personal favorite and counting is the Jersey Joe toast. 2 crispy, but soft, fresh everything bagels topped with an avocado spread, (paired with the right ingredients makes a fun spin on guacamole on the toast) finely chopped, delicious, red, vibrant, and flavorful tomatoes. The bagel also contains spinach that reminds you of your home in jersey, or for anyone exploring this area to give you a nice sense of what our home in the garden state is like. The second you bite into one of these bagels you will be hit with a blast of rousing flavors from a combination of Roasted red pepper drizzle, lemon pepper and chili dust. It's like an explosion of a flavor bomb that will make your day 100% better. Doesn't that sound better than some STARBUCKS cake pop or avocado toast that is lacking in flavor, and excitement. Not only does this coffee shop have a wide variety of different sorts of sandwiches and wraps but they recently released lentil soup. For non coffee drinkers there is a wide variety of different teas. They can be made into a very delicious iced tea known as a "tea shaker. Many similar flavors from tea shaker can also be used and put into an Italian soda. (A carbonated sweet beverage usually with cream, typically with natural flavors and less artificial.)

Me and my friends love <3 Frappe Joe’s coffee shop, Julia was a super awesome server. The Donuts are super decadent and pretty. I had the Butternut Toffee Carmel Latte, so sweet and tasty! Even tho the mascot on the sign outside is a little scary I like it inside. Very chill place to hang out with friends.

Delicious coffee and donuts! I got the powdered sugar blueberry filled… a favorite of mine that I can rarely find anymore. It was the best one I’ve ever had! And I had the chocolate banana bread frappe - also amazing. My partner was excited that they had sugar free syrups, he got the burnt marshmallow skinny latte and said it was awesome. We’ll be back!
