In my opinion, this was the most underwhelming, disappointing, over-priced ($15) breakfast I’ve had in.. as long as I can remember. All pre-cooked from what it looked and tasted like: a rasher of bacon, a poached egg that might as well have been hard-boiled, what seemed like a Costco-bulk sausage, a packaged(?) hash brown, a slice of toast = $15 No, this isn’t the kind of food or experience I enjoy.

This cafe is located at a geographical location that has a natural beach suitable for the kayakers to stop. It is also a stop for cyclists and pedestrians. There is a nice children playground at John Tonkin Reserve just next to this cafe. This is a very good cafe, well decorated, clean and beautiful. The coffee here has a medium body and a well-balanced taste. It was smooth, aromatic, not bitter and not acidic, I enjoyed the hot flat white here. I like the staff here especially their services. Going anywhere on a holiday period is a challenge, but you need to be prepared for it. If you're going to charge extra because it's a public holiday, at least make the service and food better. Waited ages to get our food, and I think I will just stop there. Views were nice, at least.

I ordered a tea with some eggs Florentine, but they came with hardly any salmon and the sauce was applied in a grotesque manner. I explained and showed the waitress, but they didn't resolve the issue. Quite disappointing, especially considering the high price. The drinks arrived 15 minutes after the meal, and we didn't even have a spoon for the tea. It wasn't a pleasant experience, to be honest.

Wow what a find, could just sit here all day, it's right on the mighty Swan, just a short walk, run, or ride up from Fremantle, in exotic East Fremantle. Staff we're super friendly and it was very clean and refreshing and the staff had know problems with me keeping my roadbike in view. I will be back, and making it a regular coffee stop.

Really love the food and atmosphere at the Zephyr. Have had lunch/coffee/cakes here. All at different times and all delicious. The views also make it the place to be, you can happily sit watching the boats go up and down the river and have a very relaxing afternoon. Right next to the Cafe is also a fun playground for the kids.

A lovely location on the river provide a a perfect backdrop for this little cafe. Coffee is good and there is a small range of snacks to help the coffee go down. A very relaxing atmosphere with very friendly staff.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Great cafe - friendly staff - stunning location, on the banks of the Swan River, next to a wonderful playground for the kids. Superb river views.

The atmosphere would have been greatly improved, had we had better service. We ordered 2 burgers and chips that took 45min to arrive. My chips were cold (obviously had been sitting in the plate for a while) and my husbands were slightly warmer. His bacon was under cooked in his burger. The waitresses were walking around with their heads in the air, clearly trying to avoid eye-contact. Disappointing as I have been to Zephyrs for breakfast a few times now and it's never been this bad. Won't return for a long while.

Nice location and friendly staff. We waited a long time for out lunch and the food was very average, on the cold side and the chips were a dark colour. The prices do not reflect the quality of food. Definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend if you like good food. At least my nana enjoyed her fish cakes.

Excellent breakfast. The pancakes were legendary and presented so beautifully. I got two breakfasts for myself (smashed avo with a poached egg and pancakes) and my gf loved her pancakes. Nice coffee too. Perfect location on the water opposite the Army Barracks.

Fantastic location, on the Swan River in Fremantle, generous serves, items offered slightly different than the normal which is very refreshing. Staff friendly and service is great, fast and friendly.

Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere with delicious fish tacos. Wished the milkshake came with a more aesthetically pleasing cup though!

The pancakes were dry although the ice chocolate was amazing. The service was beyond atrocious getting ignored by every waiter. The one good thing was the view as we looked out at the beach.

Great location for a coffee and snack, lovely views of the river. Service was slow, toast cold and teacups small. The granola flavour was lovely, although the granola soft. Good clean toilets

Love this place! I think I’ve been here with every friend I have and every overseas visitor! Wonderful spot to appreciate the river and great choice of inside and outside tables. Totally love it!

We only went for some quick takeaway lunch. My husband is allergic to onion so specifically asked if it was in the ham and cheese quiche. He was told there was none in it so proceeded to buy it. On eating it, we found out it was almost ALL onion! Absolutely disgusting! We also got a brownie and a cake that were dry and not good. Won’t be going back!!
