I sign up each time I'm on holiday in East London. I love that I can swim, spin and and gym in a friendly and professional environment. Love Swilly and the gang. No gloss, just down to earth goodness and enthusiasm.

Very impressed with Body Culture Gym!! 👌The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the swimming pool and bathrooms are sparkling clean. It's spacious and very well set out with a lovely friendly vibe. Looking forward to joining soon!

The heated pool was a great training experience . 100% for cleanliness and welcoming lady who sanitizes all .

Best gym in town if you ask me! The staff are amazing right from their personal trainers to the ladies who manage the children's area. My kids LOVE going there which means mom gets to enjoy gym hassle free.

Body Culture feels like home. After being away for almost 2 years, I walked in and received a warm welcome back from the whole team, from management, floor staff and trainers. Can highly recommend Body Culture if you're looking for a gym to call home.

One star is too generous! I would give a -1 star if possible! Staff were disrespectful and unable to provide me with the required information. With so much unemployment in our country I hope management will find the right people for the job. You have lost me as a potential client.

all machines are very old! johh rusty at all of them. some of them are not working any more( cables are blocked) had an one day pass but this was enough

Small friendly gym with a nice vibe. Lots of body-building going on but everyone very much in their own space.

I was a visitor from another gym but they treated me with respect and they were all wearing happy face . Swimming pool well heated and I enjoyed the Aqua workout with Rose.
