Must be the worst MTN store in SA. 23 phone calls to the store and the phone just rings. Just one sales person that actually knows what he is doing..... Faizel Vice, the rest don't actually care. Mr Vice you get 10 out of 10..... the store gets a fail. The fact that you cannot even answer your phones is just plain bad

The worse customer services ever and to think iam n new client of theirs....they cant answer simple Questions and dont know who to contact incase there is a problem unfortunately their the only shop that can help with online orders and they dont even know what to do been running around for a flippen courier tax invoice because the new router just stopped working and they have been offline for 3 weeks and there were no alternative since iam paying every month they should have been able to have a alternative solution for me(worse you pay for a services not provided because of customer service not being able to solve the problem its been 4 going for 5 months) get on Facebook chat to one person there he helped me in 15min wow amazing....then courier phone my hubby that they will pick up the router what the hell why did they phone him if the box are at the store they need training..also when you voice your problems their faces change Remember my petrol to go after you my airtime to phone after you...dont be getting mad if you cant do your job properly... Please train your staff!!!

Fantastic service received from Sanele the HUAWEI SALESMAN at the store and Unathi. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new phone to chat to this chap. 📱👌

Sanele & Solwethu from MTN Hemmingways East London are superb with excellent service. Sanele goes out of his way to assist any customer. When it comes to the Huawei, Sanele is number one.

Fast friendly service on an upgrades. The salesman even explained the contract to us in detail. It was a real pleasant and painless experience to upgrade my phone.

This is the only PHONE shop that does not pick up its phones :(

I stood in the queue for quite some time & the consultant somewhat thought it was acceptable to assist a customer that came to the store way later than me. Insyead of the normal first come , first serve they normally do. Highly dissatisfied

We went to the Hemmingways branch and luckily there was no queue so we didn't have a long wait and the assistant was very good and we were sorted out very professionally.

Service was good however I have visited the store now 4 times to activate a sim and need to queue each time I visit the store. I struggle to understand why the problem is persisting and is not being resolved

Waited outside for more than 45 minutes, and I understand the restrictions, however some communication would help the clients whilst waiting.
