    Pathetic service and very horrible food. Shame on Taco bell franchise for letting this place run. Placed online order and that took about 45 minutes to get my order ready. Most of the items had bare minimum to no fillings. Cheese inside the 5-layer burrito was not even melted and refried beans was cold. Fountain drink station sight is no different and I would replace my cold drink with water AT HOME. Oh and they never have sauce outside and every time you ask, they would hand over 4-5 packets when you are ordering food for 6 people. I rather sleep with an empty stomach than eating this to get sick afterward. If I can give negative stars, I would. Service - Horrible Food - Disgusting Cleanliness - 0/100 Wait time - Unbearable GOODWILL - NONE Staff - Unexperienced

    Horrible service and absolutely disgusting and disrespectful conduct by the employees here on the first day of opening. They will openly talk bad and criticize customers to each other. This Taco Bell has also been plagued by and is still dealing with crowds of kids screaming their head off. I will not be coming back here again.

    Subpar location. This location needs many upgrades and renovations. Has a bare bones feel to it. Placed a mobile order and was suppose to check in with a QR code. At the drive thru speaker there is no where to scan the QR code. Went to the pick up window and they had no idea of my order. Took them 10 minutes to just find my order when I gave them my order number. It wasn't busy and it still took 15-20 minutes to go through the whole drive thru experience. If you see a line at the drive thru, I would just cancel my order and go somewhere else. It will take forever. Update: This location has improved thankfully. Ordered the new wings and chicken burrito. Wings were a bit dry but seasoning was good. Chicken burrito was satisfying.

    Very worst service .. I told no avocado or guacamole in vegetarian power bowl , it showed in the screen too , bud as usual they messed up with all three orders and put guacamole. When I return back , they said they can’t rectify and I had to prove that I clearly stated by pulling up the receipt . No apology or no word they just made new three bowls and when I return bk two out of 3 bowls had ranch in it .really ranch in power bowl that too vegetarian one . Was so upset didn’t want to go back and fight off . Just threw two bowls in trash as my kid is allergic in egg too . What a pathetic service

    I came here for lunch and got a cravings box. I asked for a large frozen watermelon lemonade. When we got to the window the woman said it wasn't ready and asked if I wanted the other frozen drinks she poured it into small cup. When I asked if that was the large cup she replied yes and walked away. I guess she was unaware that I can see the other cup sizes. Very dissapointed from a manager I'm assuming as she was in jeans and blue blouse.

    This is one of worst location to visit. Only visit if you would like to place an order, go to the location and repeat the order to get the wrong food. Forth time consistently I have gotten food wrong. When ordering online, I have been choosing an option with no beef and still getting order with beef. When you complain, the manager always says this was human error (ofcourse you don’t have robots making food..duhh) and no courtesy to apologize even instead they make you feel so miserable. There is one Indian lady manager on drive thru probably in her forties would get into arguments. When you respond to her, she will start arguing back in Gujarati. Never going to this location again to waste my money, time and being disappointed. Bye Inman Tacobell Forever.

    ordered through mobile app and took almost an hour to get my food just waiting in the restaurant. i ordered $5 dollars worth of food and almost 20 people got there after me in the span of that hour and still received there food much faster than me. I will never come back again in my life.

    They place is very clean and the tacos i ordered came out picture perfect but my crunchwrap Supreme was the worse I've ever had at a taco bell! Before i left the store i checked my bag and said to myself hmmm its kinda flat to be a Supreme but ehhh...so when i got home and opened it up ...i started eating and honestly....i didnt get to the meat until halfway through the wrap... and when i did get meat it was such a small amount i swear i ate it all in 2 bites....terrible!... if the place wasn't so far id physically go back and complain because for the amount of money i spent there its like i had nothing to show for it...the tacos looked good and were fresh and the meat was nowhere to be found as well... times are tough i know but when youre charging people more money DON'T give them less food...the workers were nice and polite i will say that

    Just because you're timed for the cars on the drive thru doesn't mean you should neglect the counter orders. Taco bell should NEVER take over 30 minutes.. 20 minutes.. hll even 10 minutes. Do not go inside this location.

    I think this location had a change in management/staff around 3 weeks ago. Since then the portion and quality of food has increased, although it was still good before. Great bang for your buck with some combos. I always order for pickup, around 10 items per order and it's always been ready within 10 minutes with no mistakes. Very good as far as Taco Bells go.

    The restaurant dining area was filthy. I end up canceling an order cuz the wait was 20. And the night shift manager had the nastiest attitude because she's working with a bunch of people that doesn't understand English in her own words. It's like she's running a drive-thru and trying to work the counter and we're talkin about 11:30 at night when people are looking for something to eat and Taco Bell is really one of the only place is open in that area

    Most pathetic location and people, I ordered online reached there after 40 minutes, asked three times about my order they said they will check and after that ignored me . People who reached after me got the order when lose my patience the guy started yelling me that he is busy and is not able to find my order and at the end said he canceled my order about which he didn’t give me any confirmation so after wasting my more then one hour I didn’t get my order. Worst place ever to order from . People with bad management and worst attitude. Save your time and energy.

    They gave me old and soggy batch of nacho fries. And also gave me 2 mexican pizza without cutting it. When I asked for knife they said we do not keep and inasked them to cut it for me they said they cannot take it back. My kid messedup everything while eating it. Horrible experience.

    On this location I give order online 4:40 pm. And pickup 6:45 pm. Order not ready.i give order number he say wait 20 minutes. I wait he give order is different. I go home and my family say wrong order. I will come back 10 mile.then he give write order. So they can not read order numer. I say I want talk store manager. One guys come and say we are busy. So if you're problem go online complain or call 800 taco bell. We can not help you. No sorry no thing. Store manager talk so ruddy.like they give free order. I say don't go again here.

    Definitely a little slow with the order, but that's ok for me. The manager who took care of my order was fantastic and very apologetic for it taking a little while. Definitely better than a few taco bells I've been to

    Horrible customer service. I questioned my order because it had no Sour cream and the order said that it was "Supreme" taco. To solve it I asked the lady for Sour cream on the side and instead continued to argue.

    Slowest and worst service! They had to be reminded twice that we placed an hour and even then we waited for over 25 min on a mobile order. The cashiers were just rude and could care less.

    Lunched here today, food all fine, quick service too. Only problem was the drinks machine only offering about half of the options (and sadly all the ones I might have wanted!). Wouldn’t have a problem returning.

    Crunchy Taco Supremes were PACKED full this time, perfect tacos! The Cinnabon Balls taste different now, idk why but they didn't hit like they used to.

    Food was good but they increased rate of craving box. I used to get in 5.99 now i had to pay 7.44!!! Also in chalupa we didn't have special vegetarian option this time!! I had to customise then!! And they charged more!! They should return extra money they charged me

    Totally see why this place has not been remodeled yet. Which is probably the most pleasing part of my visit. Took about 20 to 25 minutes to get my meal which was nothing more than three tacos. The massive amount of people waiting for their food was insane. I'm glad I came through here as only just trying to find something quick to eat unfortunately it makes me remember how bad the service was.

    the food is above average taco bell . The ambiance is normal and the service is good. Overall, it is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat.     Bad Service. Nobody knows what they are doing. Ordered online then went to pick up the order and was told to pull in the drive way and they will come and give it to me. I waited for like 20 but nobody came. Had to go inside to know why it is taking so much time and was shocked to know nobody even started making my order. Totally a messed up place. Waited again for like 15 minutes to get my food. It was so frustrating especially when you order online to save time as i was straight coming back from my work. There was no sorry said. Nothing. Totally Dissapointed.

    One of the worst Taco Bell. When we went inside to order we had to wait for like 20 minutes, we tried to order from the tablet system but that was not working, one of the employees came near by we told him we want to order dine in but he ignored us and just went by. After a while of waiting we demanded to talk to the manager and yelled for someone to take our order. But he told us he could not take dine in he said dine in closes at 10 but we arrived there at 9 and we had to wait like 20 minutes. Then we finally got our order after a big chunk of time. Then we went outside and ate our food the parking lot was so dirty and gross It looked like someone threw the whole dumpster on the lot. It was so dirty. It looked like the staff just want to waste all of their business and just go home. They do not care about their store it is just so dirty. The food was cold and all messy and mixed up. They did not even give us sauce napkins or utensils we had to go up there and ask them 2 times and then finally they gave us some sauce napkins and utensils but they just gave couple of packets of sauce then we had to ask them again for sauce. The food was soggy cold and messed up with lettuce tomatoes cheese and it was all mixed in some sour cream and it was so cold. The food could really make someone sick. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 The owner of the place must be really irresponsible because of all the reasons I wrote up their.

    Ordered a meal for my family and they forgot my item and all the sauces. This Taco Bell is totally sub par! Find a better Taco Bell because these people purposely don’t give customers their food!
