The workers keep getting mad at me because they keep getting the order wrong and I keep having to come back in. They said they've put my order in a group chat and now when I come in there there's mad hostility. So much for tipping the team. Their app doesn't work. You substitute one thing and it says banana a million times and they think I'm somehow taking the time to do that on purpose. It feels really petty tbh so now I'll have to switch 🙃 to my 3rd playa bowls in the area because the first 2 have great food but terrible service!

A bit pricey for what is essentially a smoothie bowl. I got the acai nutella bowl for $12. Despite these boardwalk prices, it was really good, filling and met my expectations. They did not cheap out on the amount of fruit. I have even split a bowl before because of the amount included. Service was quick as well, not that much of a wait from ordering to eating a bowl. Their bowls are fresh and hit the spot for something sweet with fruits on it, a healthier alternative for a dessert. The atmosphere is nice too gives beach and boardwalk vibes.

This is a nice location. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Service was very good, and the place was clean. Despite being busy, our order was ready in a timely manner.

This a nice and cozy atmosphere and our group went to eat here for a snack yesterday. Overall none of the items we chose satisfied us and the flavors didn't feel fresh. I got Pura Vida bowl and it was very frozen in parts and liquid in others. It was about 10 mins to create the order which was totally fine because of the long line. All 5 of us made modifications to our order and it was all done perfectly for 5 stars for the wonderful staff. They were courteous and kind. My other friend ordered a bowl that came with an entire layer of liquid floating in it and he was not a fan of that. It was almost like canned pineapple juice. Overall it hasn't hit the 5 star mark for anyone who went with me but it was pleasant enough.

Delicious smoothie bowls and nice service. Only problem is that every time I ask, and pay, for extra items on my bowl...they always forget to add it. Happens at least 80% of the time. Either way, place comes highly recommended.

Not sure if they have changed owners but the service has gone down substantially. In the morning, there is only one person working both the register and in store and online pickups. I order there at least 4 times a week. This morning I ordered an Pura vida bowl for pick up. After having to wait 5 minutes in the store just to pick up my order, I get home to find out that there are no fruits in the bowl. Fine, I figured I will just call and they will correct it. Nope, no one answers the phone. I called for almost 10 minutes and no response. Luckily, I paid by CC and my bank will reimburse the cost to me. Used to be a great place... hopefully they can change but they lost a customer today.

I’ve noticed when placing orders for delivers the person making the order only fills the açaí bowl half way. When paying for extra the order tends to have less of the order and usually misses the extra part that was payed for. Unless you’re actually watching the worker pick your order, expect to get less of what you paid for. The bowl is supposed to be filled to the top. Smh.

The place was very clean. I Ordered a coconut bowl and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. I just wish it didn't cost so much cause I would have one everyday. There's so many different varieties to choose from!

I don't have a juicer. I love fresh juices. This place is clean, happy, and the juices taste great. It has a nice vibe , and I might be addicted.

I stopped in this store early in the morning, to try a acai bowl. The cashier was very accommodating and got my order right even though I made some changes to the toppings. I enjoyed the bowl and I often enjoy the smoothies as well. I was surprised however that although I was there early (about 8:40 am), most of the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty and the bathroom had no paper towels, only napkins that were placed there to dry your hands. There was a funky, off putting smell when I first walked in. I ended up putting napkins on the table to cover up the sticky stuff that was there and cleaned the crumbs off myself with a napkin. I would expect the store to be clean first thing in the morning, not dirty tables and floor from the day or days, before.

Nice spot for some refreshing and tasty acai bowls, smoothies, and coffees. It is a very vibrant and had the boardwalk vibe. Service was quick and efficient. You can tell the employees take attention to detail in their orders. The employees are also respectful and helpful in helping you select what to order. There were not many people working however they were very swift and quick with their service. I did not have to wait long to order and receive my beverage. I ordered a Cold Brew Coffee and it was great. Not too overly sweet and had a rich and bold pumpkin flavor. They also had free stickers! There was plenty of seating area and the area was kept clean and well maintained. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience thanks to the courteous staff and high quality products.

Horrible quality. We went there to get just 2 bowls and 2 smoothies and we had to wait so long to get our order. The laid back staff did not care that there was a whole line of customers waiting. When we finally got our bowls, they were not good quality at all. The fruits were ok but the base was not good quality at all and melted within minutes. Frutta bowls is much better, with better quality ingredients, better staff, and cheaper options which taste much better.

Unfortunately I forgot to ask for the girls name who helped me (she had bown hair in ponytail and glasses), but I have to say she was the sweetest most amazing person I’ve interacted with at this store. She was kind enough to label the bowls that were slightly different. I would have to say that was the best bowl I’ve ever had! Keep up the amazing work!

Tried the Pacific green bowl with vanilla protein powder for $11. Not sure of the protein content but the base is mostly frozen banana with kale mixed it. Carb heavy for carb conscious folks but a delicious treat nonetheless.

I always get the acai bowl with the strawberries and blueberries, absolutely delicious. The fruit is always fresh, the granola adds such a great crunch and gives it the right amount of sweetness, it makes you keep wanting to come back for more. That staff here seems eager to assist you and they also make sure your enjoy every second you are there. I definitely recommend this Playa Bowl
