Avoid at all costs! I resided in Central Tower for two and a half years before finally moving out. Initially, my experience during the first year was fantastic. The management was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed living there. However, things started to go downhill from my second year. Instead of the one-time pet fee of $300 when I signed my first lease, they changed it to a monthly charge of $25, payable every year. Additionally, they sneakily added "common share" charges to my lease renewal contract without proper notification, resulting in a nearly $50 increase in my monthly bill. Furthermore, with each lease renewal, they raised the rent while providing meager offers. Upon moving out, I decided to utilize their move-out cleaning service. Shockingly, they charged me $45 per hour for a whopping 12 hours of cleaning for my 450 sqft apartment. While I admit my apartment wasn't in pristine condition when I left, 12 hours seemed excessive for such a tiny apartment. To add insult to injury, they also attempted to charge me for three wall repairs, despite there being no damage. Only after I voiced my complaints did they withdraw the charges, though claiming it’s because they had no photographic evidence before conducting the repairs. In conclusion, if you don’t want them to take your money away in various ways and various excuses, STAY AWAY!!

The building is extremely poorly managed. - For 2 days in a row there is no Internet connection. - Our electricity bill is 30$ though we must pay additional 190$ for “common shares”, which is just ridiculous. - They double charged us for that utility bill. - Senior Property Manager Julie is just unreliable. The management never takes responsibility, never apologising for the inconvenience. This is just sad, because we really like the apartment itself and we pay quite money for it (2200$).

Procura's management team is abysmal, they never address any concern's of the tenants. They just scoff and basically laugh at you. There's so much crime in this tower that went unnoticed and management did nothing to mitigate it. They pretty much let people have a free for all. They obviously don't do background checks for new tenants either, they seem to let anyone in to fill their vacancies. Stay far away from this place, this is not a luxury apartment by any means. Total false advertising, including the cheap materials used in each suite, bottom end appliances(including a ventless dryer!), lack of security, lack of water pressure, lack of hot water, and lack of cleanliness.

This place lacks transparency. When we rented this place for my family, the rent included internet. Two months later, the internet is no longer included and we had to sign a 2 year contract with Telus. They also started charging a common share utility fee which is absurd. We rented a ONE BEDROOM for nearly $1700 a month which isn’t cheap. And we were charged almost $90 dollars for last month’s COMMON SHARE UTILITY on top of the utility fee was already charged to the unit. Now not only we had to be responsible for part of the utility cost of the building, we are responsible for our own utility and internet which was not the case when we signed the lease agreement. It feels like this place has been doing everything they can to take advantage of their renters. Do not recommend renting with them.

Looks can be deceiving, which rings true with this place. I have so many frightening stories about the Central Tower of terror but will try to keep it brief. The apartments are beautiful but the large windows act as a greenhouse and our apartment was almost unliveable during the winter as management disables the A/C. Even on -20 days with the windows open and blinds shut, our apartment would reach +30. Management ignored all my emails regarding this and when I tracked them down in person, they told me to "open the windows". Furthermore, this building is unsafe, full of sketchy tenants and is regularly broken into. The police are onsite often. During our first week of living here, there was a huge police raid and someone randomly shot a coyote right in front of the building. Personally, I was verbally assaulted in the foyer by a fellow resident who screamed at me and called me a c*nt, but management didn't care in the slightest. Altogether, the management is horrible. I feel kind of bad for them due to the abuse that they suffer at the hands of their trashy residents who would write threatening messages on the elevator walls (and have their dogs pee/poo in the elevator). The cherry on top is that if you think you're getting your damage deposit back, forget it! It's a money grab. We left our apartment in immaculate condition with no damage and had it professionally cleaned, but were still charged hundreds of dollars for a professional cleaner. At this point, we were just desperate to escape the central tower of terror so we just took the loss and ran for the hills. Avoid this place!

Beautiful apartments but property manager said "your friend doesn't look disabled what's wrong with him. We walked out after the discrimination. We dint want to live at a place that you had to explain that people have non physical disabilities

I stayed in this building for more than a year. It is one of the best place to live in Edmonton. My suit was in 15th floor, and I had endless view in three directions! Me and my family won’t forget the memories of that. It’s very well maintained and staffs are too cordial and supportive. I highly recommend to rent this facility if you are ready to spend bit more.

I've been a resident at Central Tower for nearly ten months now and I am very impressed with my unit, the building amenities, and the staff. I've been working from home since March due to Covid-19 and feel so fortunate to enjoy a beautiful view of downtown from my "home office". The building managers and staff are very attentive, friendly, and polite. I have been asked several times how I am enjoying my suite and any issues have been addressed in a timely and courteous manner. As with any new building, there have been a few hiccups here and there, but staff are quick to address concerns and solicit feedback from residents to inform their decision making when it comes to any policies that impact myself and my neighbours. All in all, the construction and design is high quality, the location is superb - especially for those who use the LRT system to commute - and the building feels safe, secure, and very well cared for. Everything you need is only steps away and I am excited to enjoy the additional nearby amenities that will be accessible as the area around Central Tower is further developed. Central Tower is also truly pet-friendly -- which is amazing to see in a luxury apartment. I love having guests over to host in my new home and I look forward to enjoying my residence here for years to come. :-)

The staff here have always been kind and always willing to listen and help fix any issues that may arise! But I’m going to sing special praises to Cornelius! He does maintenance for the entire building, and truth be told, he is nothing short of a wizard! There is NOTHING he can’t fix at all! He has helped us fix minor hiccups with various appliances over time, but most recently he outdid himself with our dishwasher. It hasn’t quite worked the greatest since we moved in, and we just sort of got used to it. But a while ago, it stopped cleaning our dishes altogether. We tried everything we could to troubleshoot what we thought might be wrong, but nothing worked. Cornelius came to look at it, and fixed the parts that weren’t working properly, and now it runs so unreal good it’s insane!!! We legit are so excited to wash dishes🥰 thank you Cornelius!!!

😠 RENTERS BEWARE!! we are so disappointed with our experience. We paid 750$ damage deposit to hold an apartment. We had seen a suite which looked like the ads posted online. 😐 Everything about living here is great. Dennis is absolutely wonderful and always helpful. The only negative is the fact that the elevator only works every so often and they removed the access from the stairwells so taking the stairs is a chore also. If you often need the elevator Don't MOVE HERE as...

😠 The only positive thing to say about this place is the location. The building is old and issues are not addressed until something catastrophic happens.
