Looks
can
be
deceiving,
which
rings
true
with
this
place.
I
have
so
many
frightening
stories
about
the
Central
Tower
of
terror
but
will
try
to
keep
it
brief.
The
apartments
are
beautiful
but
the
large
windows
act
as
a
greenhouse
and
our
apartment
was
almost
unliveable
during
the
winter
as
management
disables
the
A/C.
Even
on
-20
days
with
the
windows
open
and
blinds
shut,
our
apartment
would
reach
+30.
Management
ignored
all
my
emails
regarding
this
and
when
I
tracked
them
down
in
person,
they
told
me
to
"open
the
windows".
Furthermore,
this
building
is
unsafe,
full
of
sketchy
tenants
and
is
regularly
broken
into.
The
police
are
onsite
often.
During
our
first
week
of
living
here,
there
was
a
huge
police
raid
and
someone
randomly
shot
a
coyote
right
in
front
of
the
building.
Personally,
I
was
verbally
assaulted
in
the
foyer
by
a
fellow
resident
who
screamed
at
me
and
called
me
a
c*nt,
but
management
didn't
care
in
the
slightest.
Altogether,
the
management
is
horrible.
I
feel
kind
of
bad
for
them
due
to
the
abuse
that
they
suffer
at
the
hands
of
their
trashy
residents
who
would
write
threatening
messages
on
the
elevator
walls
(and
have
their
dogs
pee/poo
in
the
elevator).
The
cherry
on
top
is
that
if
you
think
you're
getting
your
damage
deposit
back,
forget
it!
It's
a
money
grab.
We
left
our
apartment
in
immaculate
condition
with
no
damage
and
had
it
professionally
cleaned,
but
were
still
charged
hundreds
of
dollars
for
a
professional
cleaner.
At
this
point,
we
were
just
desperate
to
escape
the
central
tower
of
terror
so
we
just
took
the
loss
and
ran
for
the
hills.
Avoid
this
place!
