It was an average experience. While we were seated inside, it was over ten minutes and we weren't attended to. Then I started hailing and waving and a person walked over warily with the menu tabs. I also complained about the poor air-conditioning in October. It was quite warm inside. But that request was ruled over as no one did anything about the air-conditioning. A comfortable atmosphere means happy customers ordering several courses. An uncomfortable customer often walks out or leaves after one quick course, or drink. The food was OK and the serving was too small compared to the prices. The flat bread served was stale. I pointed that out and it was then replaced with fresh bread. Hence, it was an average experience and didn't match up to the hype created by this restaurant. Ordering delivery online is a different story altogether. The last time I ordered Tavuk Söte in which the chicken was burned. They almost always send stale bread on the online delivery orders. In the last two instances, I placed orders, which were confirm orders and I had the order numbers too. The first time I was told after 90 minutes of waiting for the order that the order could not be delivered because they didn't have a delivery person, hence, they hadn't prepared my order! Today, after waiting 75 minutes for the order, with a confirm order number, when I contacted the call center, I was told my order wasn't prepared because they didn't have the dish available in their own menu! Moral: I am never going back to Nisantasi again or ordering online for delivery. They disappoint at every level.

Beautiful Turkish restaurant in the shopping mall. We tried the humus, cheese in the oven and their signature lamb dish. All of it was delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the dessert because after waiting 20 min at 00:00 still it didn’t arrive and we had to leave. I give it three starts because of the bad service but I believe it’s not the norm and we were just very unlucky with our waiter. He was never around, was super slow even if the restaurant was almost empty we always had to call others to help us. I saw that many other tables had a very good and friendly service. It’s a pity. The music was too loud too.

The attentive staff members provided friendly service throughout my visit, further enhancing the dining experience. In conclusion, Nişantaşi Restaurant at Cairo Festival City Mall offers delicious food, particularly the Fettuş Salata, Nişantaşi Meze, and Karışık Izgara. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality of the dishes and the attentive service make it a worthwhile choice for a flavorful dining experience.

Nışantışı restaurant is one of the best turkish restaurants around. The food was up to our expectations. İnterior design was appealing and chairs were comfy. The atmosphere in general was pleasant. There is a dj who was playing Turkish songs which added to the experience, but he turned it to arabic for some reason. We ordered mix grill. Very satisfying for 1 person. 3 types of pides "chicken, spinach, minced meat with mozarella" i didn't enjoy it much. Not flavored enough. Tebbola was excellent. The Turkish tea wasn't that good. İ lived in istanbul for a year. İts far from perfect. The service was fast although it was crowded. Our guy "Ahmed Ali" was very friendly and funny. Highly recommended :) Update Jan 2022 New items been tried Nişantaşı Tacen and Et Jar Both were sublime, meat was tender and the spices was perfect. Lentil soup was a downside on this visit. Tasteless, nothing like turkish mercimek çorbası. Still recommending it !!

Honestly, i was so disappointed 👎 I truly was deceived by all of these reviews. I just wanted authentic Turkish food but trying this place was not the one. Usually at Turkish restaurants, once you order you receive complementary bread, salad and a couple of sauces. Instead we received none of that. When we asked for sauces with our meal, we expected the traditional sauces but instead we were given ketchup and some kind of chilli sauce. The food lacked flavour but to be fair it was fresh. The service and staff was great but the food just let me down. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. It's not authentic at all ❌️

It's priced (well) above the usual prices for grills in Egypt, but if that's not an issue for you, boy, you're in for a treat!! Incredible taste!! Every single item from the dish was spectacular!!!! Well cooked, well seasoned and the portions aren't small (but, again, not the usual Egyptian sized portions, but it is enough.) The rice and the burghl both tasted great. The tea was really good (but earl grey flavoured, so if you don't like it, order a usual one.)

Great place, decorations and stuff. Food was delicious and on time. They did a celebration for my mother’s birthday and gave us four tea cups as a compliment. Totally recommended.

My group went to the amazing Turkish restaurant Nisantasi at the Festival City Mall when we were in Cairo for business, and the restaurant was outstanding. The food, service and ambiance made the short ride from our hotel well worth it. Definitely a must do if you are in Cairo.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were professional. Five stars there. But I was not aware that they had a smoking/non-smoking section if you sat inside. I haven't seen a smoking section inside a restaurant since maybe 1997. Only one table in that section was occupied, so it clearly wasn't like they were catering to a bunch of customers...and the smoke of course travels through the whole restaurant. It's just inconsiderate, idk. So we had to sit outside on a humid afternoon, slightly uncomfortable, but whatever. Then I realized that the people sitting at the smoking table were the managers of the restaurant doing work on their computer, which means....they made a smoking section just for themselves at the expense of the convenience/comfort/consideration of the people they serve. Like I said, everything else was on point, but I probably won't be back.

Very spacious and clean restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I really recommend the deserts. It is geared towards big families so portion sizes are very big! We were 4 people but I would totally return to celebrate something with my friends and family. For some dishes they also do little table shows with fire and music.

The food and hospitality were amazing! I loved the nisantase beed (first picture) andyou can pair it with the eggplant mix from the appetizers mix it was sooo good! You can’t leave without the ice cream baklava and the cheese pull from the kunafa was insane!! Special thanks to Ahmed Mamdouh, our waiter. The cherry on top was how attentive and nice he was!

I had İskender kebap which was absolutely fantastic and so similar to the authentic one found in Istanbul. Their staff are super friendly as well. The restaurant gets crowded at night and you may need to wait for some time. But the overall experience was really good.

The place is pretty but that’s pretty much the only good thing about it. It wasn’t authentic Turkish food at all. And service was very off. It started at the beginning when the lady in front kept insisting we give her a phone number. We don’t like sharing our info with anyone and that’s our right. But she kept insisting and for the most random reason “in case we need to call you if you forget something”. We ordered a salad which came out super salty. When we told them about it, they tried to play it off as “this is how it is”.. no I don’t think salad comes out this salty. It also had something very hard that my husband bit on and they also tried to play it off as the burghul (which should be soft anyway). The other thing we ordered were the lamb chops. Again, bit into something very hard. And the meat was a bit over cooked. Flavor-wise it wasn’t bad though. The rice was very greasy. The Pide bread itself was good but the meat and cheese weren’t impressive at all. The person taking our order wasn’t the nicest and had a bit of an attitude when we had comments and remarks, as if he took it personally. He also took the tahina plate before we could finish it and he didn’t even ask if we were done with it. When the manager came, he tried to make it seem like we didn’t understand what the food should be like. The price did not reflect the value of the food at all. Way overpriced. It all looks pretty but when it comes down to taste, service and price for value (which are all things a restaurant is built on) it’s a big disappointment. Wouldn’t go there again unfortunately.

Beautiful place located on the top floor of the outdoor food court in CFC overlooking the water fountain. Very organized when it comes to seating customers. It’s a very busy place so if you don’t have a reservation they will take your phone number and text you when your table is ready. Food was great everything we ordered was delicious. Service was excellent too, prices are over average but definitely worth the quality of the food. Definitely a place to try when in CFC if you’re looking for authentic Turkish food.

I tried Sac Kavurma, it was delicious, the taste was very rich and i liked the flatbread much.. Captin Nabil is a decent person and he got high sense of hospitality.
