As a tourist this a good stop to go grab a coffee or a cold drink with a good Cinnamon Bun, very affordable and the location is in the middle of downtown. The place itself is clean and has 2 floors to relax and eat. The worker are very welcoming and nice hope to come back soon inshallah! Thanks

Nice place with cinnamon roles with different topping. For me too sweet as there's too much on top. However coffee is really good. And a preparation took much longer than expected, especially there's not much to do.

When I receive the same quality service in more than one branch of a franchise I know this consistency means good high management, I visited 3 of Cinnabon stores in Cairo and I have to admired I love their coffee I love their Cinnabon I enjoy the warm friendly service.

The place is clean, plenty of tables, AC is working fine, coffee and roll are okay, but as other mentioned, prices are not what they are on the menu. Either I got overcharged and scammed because I am a tourist, either they have huge hidden taxes. Check my pictures. I don't believe a single second that locals are paying this amount. I would not recommend the place.

The place had a single laminated menu in Arabic and staff were snide when asked for an English one. The cinnamon rolls were not hot and the iced mocha wasn't cold. We had to ask them twice to clean the tables so we could eat. Overall disappointing experience

I actually love Cinnabon but if I didn't know any better I'd swear that the staff at this branch are deliberately doing their best to keep customers away.
