Bad food, bad costumer service. Worst of all is their attitude

We went to get a quick bite here. Of course as you expected with a fast food restaurant! It was a small but cute little KFC. The looks are good, and it is fairly clean. The workers look very unhappy, and are not very welcoming at the start. It doesn't bother me much, but when we got our food, my wrap was burned. I never had this before at KFC, so it was disappointing. It was still nice nonetheless!

Just an hour ago i went there and i ordered "Chicken Sh 10 CT" to take away and eat at home, my order number is 5162 (14th, October, 2022 and 8:43 pm). When i came back i found that the coating of crumps was not fried enough and it was raw, its also visible in the picture that its still yellow color, not brown after proper frying, I immediately started having stomach pain after eating it. I wasted my money eating this tasteless raw chicken with loss of money as well as my stomach is sick. **if the stomach pain continues till tomorrow then i will make sure that KFC of this branch will have pain as well**.

kFC located in back part of winkelcentrum market, just opposite to LIDL. The seating is both both inside and outside and the ordering is self. The toilets are also there and the entrance is wheelchair and stroller friendly. There are plenty of options for kids from kids meal

Very nice location right next to majority of chains... Woensel winkelcentrum is also good spot for all in one location. After a busy shopping day, KFC is a good option to munch...

I regularly visit this place. I usually order a variety bucket with couple of sides. I hear people complain a lot about food mix up. Did not happen to me anytime my be one time. So I do not complain about that. It is convenient that there is 3 ordering machines however, space inside is very small. If there is a crowd, it feels very cramped. Luckily there is outside seating if you do not mind the cold weather. The food served here is very standard, so as long as right order comes to you, it should be OK. During peak hours there is many staff inside. I rarely waited for too long for my order. While waiting, I usually go to lidl across the street to buy some drinks. By the time I come back my order is ready. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I will come here again in the future. I hope it won't be very popular because I started to feel it is getting more crowded.

I bought 10 original bucket and asked for no breasts because my kids hates that piece. They kindly granted my wish and my 2 kids finished whole bucket!!

Always served with Cold fries (4 times)... Two times wrong order (missed few items from the listed order)..Not Visiting again

They are so slow and careless. Sometimes they mix up the content, be aware and check what you got before going home. Last time I waited 30 minutes and everyone after me picked up their order. I asked and they realized that they forgot mine! They quickly prepared it. I waited for nothing. Update: again, yesterday a small friets was missing in the kids menu. I can’t check everything one by one before going home and it is not worth to go back to get the missing item. This is 4th time! Don’t say sorry and fix the things please!!!

They offer hot wings if you give reviews on their website but the free hot wings are really not hot.. feel it’s not worth it. Also missed the source from the order.

It's the dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. Toilet paper on the ground and on the sink. Luckily, I always travel with my hand sanitizer because I can't imagine myself touching things there. I got meal served on a dirty tray with just the paper placed below my order. Sla was missing from my order...I went to the cashier and told her and even showed her in the app that it should be there and she told me no. When realized I wouldn't move, she then asked if she should go and add some for me.
