Definitely only in Brabant, probably only in Eindhoven and possibly only in De Karseboom will you find the same combination of seemingly effortless style, cuisine, hospitality, presentation, service and ambience. My new 'go to' destination restaurant in the whole of Brabant for special occasions and self-indulgent treats!

This is a Dutch restaurant with very tasty food. You will get that feeling of visiting friends and family in the Netherlands, but then you will be pleasantly surprised by the delicious food😊 revisited after 5 years and was also pleasently surprised to see so many vegetarian options added to the menu. Service was great, very friendly and on point! Definitely recommended!

I arrived more than 30minutes before the reservation time, it was raining outside and I was hosted by a lovely lady, Merel, she let me in, seated me at my table, got me my hot drink, provided wifi password so I can do some work on my laptop while I wait for the rest of the ladies. We then change the reservation from 5 to 6 when one extra person showed up unannounced and this was again no problem at all with them. Both SERVICE and the FOOD (to die for!!!) are a five star for me! Thanks for making my usual Thursday so exceptional Merel!

It has a nice garden but the greeting and attitue towards us was not so kindly and welcoming I am not sure why? Even the around was so noisy with other diners they immediately commented that our kid should keep it down when we first stepped in which was not polite. Coffee was ok but the cheesecake we tried was so overcooked it was almost a solid cake not cheesy at all.

The food was good in my oppinion. For starting we had 2 bread plates. The one with the herbal butter was amazing and I would recommend to anyone going there. The other one was nice but I wouldnt order it if I would go back. I ate the bavette steak with chimichuri saus. The meat was amazing 10/10 would recommend. The saus was not really a chimicuri saus, there were some big herbs on top. Didnt taste bad but, I was disappointed that there wasnt really a sausm. The verdejo wine was relativly sour for the wine sort and I would take the sauvigon or pinot gris if i would return. In general it was a nice meal.

Great place, great food (I only had dessert but my friends had great options for dinner, will go for sure to have dinner/lunch there next time)... They have a very nice garden open during summer time and are also per friendly.. but for real.. my dogs loved it to be there were treated well and they were offered pets and water .. ..

Great dinner with friends at this restaurant. We ate inside since the garden was pretty full and many people had to be moved inside too, when it started to rain. It seemed that this caused the management to feel a bit stressed, but the service was nevertheless very friendly. A place to visit again, for sure!

Nice and friendly space with good food. However we found service very slow. We requested that the starter came first and the two main dishes second and this seemed a very unusual request in this country. They brought two dishes within acceptable time and then took absolutely ages to bring the third. A bit disappointing.

Only one vegan main dish (a curry as usual), tasteless deep-freeze veggies, generally just unimaginative tasteless dishes, loud and cramped restaurant.. disappointing.

Really good service, lovely welcoming atmosphere and the food was honestly excellent. Reasonably priced too. If I can make one criticism, it would be nice to have a slightly wooded white wine on the menu - all four options are acidic, dry types and I personally prefer a white burgundy style wine with dinner. Probably most people wouldn’t care! Really recommended ❤️

Such a nice place!!! As a person that's not that much into vegetables but also a vegetarian this place just serves perfect food. I don't know what they do with their vegetables and salads but they're definitely one of the best I've ever tried. Also so many options for vegetarians! We love it so much we celebrated our wedding there:)

Amazing!! Best taste combination, great portions, nice vibe and good service. The menu is very diverse and delicious dishes with the perfect mix of ingredients. Also not to expensive, definitely go to this place!

Very happy with the vegetarian options. Decent price and the waitresses are friendlier vs last year.
