The service is really good and the apartments are nice. You have access to a swimming pool and gym also. The excitement wears of eventually but your first time in the apartment feels amazing

Warm, ever smiling staff, with the ebullient GM makes it a home away from home. The squash court tops it up for me.

Good service, secure enviros, comfortable facilities. I particularly like the service apartment setup as it gives guests more freedom. Obviously there is always room for improvement.

I loved the environment. Especially the ambience at the pool side. The service was tops and the staff did well in listening to my enquires, needs and suggestions.

Good hospitality but limited television channels just 4 channels, poor response whenever you need something or something in room that is not working properly and need to be changed.

The some of the worker are not doing their work especially the house keeper and water always lack on 5th floor all my day l stay in the hotel no hot water in the bathroom.

Delay food order, poor actions to customers request..I couldn't sleep because the heat won't allow me and the ac is bad. 48hours after i called for repair....till now nothing has changed.

I had the most quiet time ever
