Amazing apartment hotel. The residency philosophy is as close to home as possible which makes this modern style hotel 2nd to none in eket. Each floor is 2 apartment of 3 bedrooms and a central dining, kitchen, guest bathroom and living roob each The food too is very affordable and tasty. The security is as good as VM as the environment is relatively under XOM surveillance.

It's a cool and serene place, just lack enough spacing.

Grace garden is a place to be. The hospitality, the reception and the food is something to ride home with. It's a wonderful experience staying in Grace garden.

Security is assured here. Big and spacious rooms. A gym room for workout with a trainer. The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. The rooms are arranged in flats such that each flat contains three rooms with a common parlor/dining area to receive visitors and guests. That way , yoi can have your privacy as your room is your bedroom - not everyone should enter your bedroom. The bathroom is another good plus for them. It is spacious,with a bathtub, mirror, water heater and cloth hangers. Nice chef too

It was Awesome but need to Recommend for more No Smoking Signs because some Guests smoked at the B4 Apartment and was Smelling into my room B42 on Friday 24th November,2018

Particularly slow service. A proper restaurant menu with prices not available. Much can be improved upon - mattresses particularly need to be changed out to avoid guests developing neuromusculoskeletal pain and syndromes.
