This place is a total mess, they will force you to give Urine samples even if you are not ready ,if you refuse they will report it to DOT and employer as a refusal. I went 3 weeks ago and had to stay at this place for 4 hours, the first sample they force me to take I didn’t fill the cup to the line specified and had to retake it again, you can’t leave the place,once they make you give a second sample they only give you 2 cups of water and no more ,and you have to stay there till you fill it’s time to give the sample even if that takes you the whole day of your time with 2 cups of water you have to wait there for decades, please make sure you are ready to urine before you even step inside this place,they don’t have signs on the door explaining this out of their minds process .👎🏻Also the wannabe manager in the front desk with some glasses is very rude and disrespectful.

My employer sent me during the week for a random drug test. I've done many in the past from previous jobs so when I'm told to report to a location (such as here) it's basic common sense. Be PREPARED!! Drink plenty of water on your way & once you get there. I checked in, signed paperwork & waited my turn. Didn't seem to have issues with front desk or lady giving me stuff for my drug test. I give her credit for me being annoying, but she had a sense of humor. Obviously you have to empty for pockets, turn pockets inside/out & lift pant leg. If this bothers you, then you must be hiding something. Remember they are Doing Their JOB!!

Disorganized, receptionist is rude, she’s short and very unprofessional to customers and staff, the wait is horrible. Simple drug test took well over 1 hour 30 minutes which is too long. Needs a reorganization of the process, drug tests should be quick in and out. Therapy should be on a different wait list. Not recommended at all.

Great staff, you can tell that all employees actually like to go to work not like other clinics I’ve been to. Highly recommended 👍.

I do not recommend this place for a DOT physical. If you fail a portion of the test they will recharge you again after you have been seen by a doctor and released for what they failed you on just to get rechecked by them again. Ridiculous they should mention those charges at the beginning before proceeding with the physical in the first place. Nurses are rude Horrible experience I ever had from the previous clinics I had gone too. Never again I will ever go or recommend anyone there.

Everytime i go there they are quick. Personnel are humble and very nice atmosphere.

Waited an hour for a drug test. They a wanted me to strip almost to take one. When I was in the service a superior watched you pee simple.

For one the guy fabin did not use gloves an for some strange reason I tested positive for drugs but I tested positive for a drug I never used in my life . I think fabin needs to be tested hair blood an urine
