After waiting more than an hr, phlebotomist (Sergio) took my kids and myself into a room with used vials on the floor, dried blood on counters and walls. Phlebotomist (Sergio) drew one of my kids without gloves (never saw him sanitize or wash hands) walked out and returns a short time later ready to draw my other child. I was in shock after i witnessed this man reach into the TRASH for a tourniquet, I was in shock!! I told him to use a clean tourniquet and he responded "ok". While waiting at the front desk (to speak to a supervisor), patient requisition forms (full names, DOB, tests ordered) were layed out in plain sight along with a collection of urine specimens! DO NOT COME HERE!! Very unsanitary, unorganized and no patient confidentiality!!!

Waited for over 20 minutes to speak to someone no one ever came to the front! They have patients info right in the front where anyone can see and take. Hippa violation. Horrible service!!!

This is probably the worst place to get labs in El Paso!!! The information says they take walk-ins. So, last week my mother needed blood labs for her primary health care provider. She has to fast and the place opens at 7am so we decided to go in at 8am. We arrive as a walk-in and we were there almost 2 hrs because they wouldn't see her stating they had too many appointments. So, after that madness, we make an appointment online in the parking lot for today at 8am. We walk in at 802am, because of traffic. She signs into the kiosk and waits at 848 am she asks why she's being skipped and they respond with she didn't sign in twice and the 2 min lateness are reasons why. She was not a walk-in and had an actual appointment. The lack of care for the customer/patient and the rules are overrated. They had an extremely packed waiting area that made no sense an hour into opening their office. Management needs to reevaluate how office operations are being conducted. I had been there once myself over 5 years ago and was in and out with no appointment needed. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Was informed by the tech to schedule an appointment for drop off. Regardless of the appointment time, show up, inform a staff member sample will be signed for and I'd be on my way out. I complied, but was there for about an hour and ended up flushing sample due to being asked to continue to wait. Worst location to go to is Woodrow Bean . I recommend Quest on Osborne.

Convenient location and they are only open half day because the A/C is out of order. Hours only 7AM - 12PM. It has been out for longer than 3 days. This is a lab testing facilities, with human fluids and the A/C isn't being maintained. Makes you wonder what else is not up to par. The waiting room is a little cramped, but the staff are quick if you arrive early (between 7 AM-10 AM MST). The intake coordinator seems to be in a hurry to get people in and out and the staff do everything in a sterile fashion, with gloves and rubbing alcohol and fresh vials, needles and specimen containers, but they were not very friendly. I asked three times how much I must weigh in order to donate blood and the individuals spoke slightly broken English, as I had to spell "weigh," such that it would not be confused with "wait." I do not have an accent. Visit the East or West locations instead. These spots take a little longer because they are near the hospitals or clinics, but the staff is usually more informative and there is no language barrier.

Ordered the wrong test for my 3 year old. We had to come back. Then told me I was mistaken and they could not see me in the system so I was never there...

Timing is everything. I've always been a walk-in and even at their busiest was under an hour, usually takes no more than 15 or 20 minutes. Staff has always been friendly.

Came in and signed in on the tablet. I waited for an hour before going up to ask why it’s taking so long only for the lady to tell me that their system was down and to sign in on a paper and they’ll get to me when they get to me.

Horrible service. I only need a drug test and it took me an hour. The lady said she was by herself. I'll make sure to tell my employer to never send me here again.

A bunch of rude ladies working there Not professional at all. Waiting time Is ridiculous. Not to mention the cleanest of the place, very poor. You need to do a whole over hall on everything and everyone. My problem is that's the closest to me.

Don't waste your time going here. We waited over thirty minutes and no one had the decency to even let us know what is going on or how long the wait time was. By the time i was fed up there were about seven people behind me. Go to CPL labs, it's far from the northeast but you're in and out within 10 mins.

I would normally give them 5 stars. 12feb I called snd made an appt for 1115. I used the automated system, which offered 0930 and 1115. I went indoor my name wasn't listed as having an appt. So I had to wait. , but I didn't. I had another appt that called me early. Is the automated service unable to connect with this l as lab? I always go there, but it's been a while. I have never had a problem until today

What an awesome staff!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The wait is not long at all either. Went in 2x in a week and was there less than 15 minutes each time. The only bad thing I must say is, there is a strong smell of natural gas that is very powerful when you walk-in the facility.....I had a slight headache by the time I left. Other than that, this particular location is highly recommended 🤜🏼❤️🤛🏼

Waste of my time, I called Monday to set up an appt for Saturday, today, 11:15am. I arrive and am told I am not on the list, they need my confirmation number to even let me through the door. I wrote it down, but the recording had said i would need it to cancel or change an appt, so make sure you have the number when you come on site. I wasn't the only one turned away. They told us they close at 12 and that the phlebotomist wasn't EVEN THERE YET. People were waiting in the lobby packed. I recommend trying other labs, or another location if scheduling with QUEST. It is 11:08, so I wonder if the people waiting there may have been there since they opened, and will probably leave Unseen. Since the Phlebotomist isn't even there!

Very concerned. To be clear Saturdays' at this Quest is first come first serve. I got there 7:15am. Waited in my car. A few others were in the parking lot. Then I went and stood by the Quest door 7: 25 am by myself until 7:50am others joined me after that, A long line beginning to form. They opened on time 8am. The lab manager or tech who unlocked and opened the door stated I was first in line. Then the 4 or 5 other persons who were supposedly waiting in their cars declared they were there first. That is not right! Who is running this facility? Quest Diagnostics or a "patient" lady named Rita? A line is clear and straight forward when it comes to who was there first. I felt threatened. I also felt my race played a part. I was bullied by these poeple who were allowed to join the line as they liked. A person decides when to join. Or you organize someone to hold your place. You don't gang up on someone who took the time to line up. I complained to the lab tech. I was told this is El Paso. She was polite. She tried to calm me down. They need to state clearly on the door "Saturdays first in line first served". Seems fairer to me. Less confusing. After that horrible line experience. I was told they could not do my labs. They did not take the time to call and check the other lab whose info was on the blood test request sheet. She assumed they would be closed. I was supposed to be at work. I missed 2 hrs. For what??? The Quest team seemed to me to be in a hurry to get you done so they can move on to the next patient. Why else allow me to just leave and not even try to improve my experience? After I left, I called the other lab 10 mins later. They were open and ready to share any information with Quest. This issue is concerning. Not pleased with how it was all handled. Otherwise it is a clean facility. But they are so overwhelmed by the amount of patients they have on Saturdays' that they don't really have time to assert themselves as managers of a safe business environment. They need to establish clear rules for patients. Bottom line.

Phlebotomist Monica was great! She was very organized, clean, and informative. There's nothing better than one poke. They are very fast, waited about 20 mins but there were lots of patients. If you are slow and you take your time they will accommodate to your pace as well. No rushed like previous reviews. Very happy with their service!

Always have a good experience here. I make an appt online and am usually seen within 15 minutes. I wanted to leave a review because the staff was working really hard and people were being terribly rude to them. Someone was demanding to be seen before her appointment and others were walk in and wanted to be seen before appointments. I could tell they were doing their best to be fair.

First time my daughter was to get blood drawn. She was very nervous and started crying. Lady said take her out and talk to her so I can get another patient in. I understand being busy, but rushing us out when my daughter was having a hard time made it worse. No blood was drawn.

I frequent this place often, and I get blood work done every couple months for bodybuilding. This is the best location in El Paso, TX and it’s close to home but it is BUSY! Do not make the mistake of doing a walk in, make yourself an appointment. Normally you can get appointments that same day. Keep in mind the waiting room is small, and it’s normally crowded, so waiting outside is best or show up a few moments before your appointment. I’ve never had a problem here, and I’ll continue to keep choosing this location.

I went in as a walk in, I asked the lady that came to the door if I needed to make a appointment. I was told no to just press the button that said wait. Well I waited for over 2 hours, people that were walk ins came a hour and a half after me were taken care of. I finally asked a man why I kept getting moved to the bottom of the list, I was told because I didn't press a appointment time. I was told not to. I plan on making a complaint!! Don't go to quest at Woodrow bean, they really lack customer service.

Not able to talk to anyone over the phone. Went in as a walk in, waited at the counter for about 10min because I had paperwork, no one showed. Finally just used their self service stupid kiosk. Was given an "appointment" time, and still waited over 30min AFTER the time given because like they say "appointments are given priority". Well maybe if you guys answered the phone I could have known that and made an appointment. Worst quest I've even been to in MULTIPLE states.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Went in as walk in, registered and process was pretty quick. Was there about 30 minutes, from check in to tests done and out. Went at 730am, so there wasn't much of a wait time.

I’m really glad that the ladies helping me were transparent about what my insurance was going to cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. American healthcare isn’t top notch so that alone made me have a little faith restored in the healthcare system.

Everyone at this clinic works very hard to help their clients get in and out quickly. The nurses and associates are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Note: if things don't go right or fast enough for you, a little bit of patience and friendliness/respect go a looong way. Highly recommend Quest for your phlebotomy needs!🙂

I had an appointment at 10:30 so I thought( I discovered after I had gotten back home that I never clicked on make appointment so I didn't have one lol)so I arrived very early and was pleasantly pleased this place is getting a bad reputation unjustly. It was very clean inside I was taken in right away as a walk in and the young lady in room 2 was very pleasant. I was hesitant and was a little leery of going because of all the bad reviews. So glad I went awesome job!!! A++++++

The staff was nice but why even make appointments if its first come first served?! The appointment is for 8:45 and they open at 8:30 so i get there at 8:20. Theres a long line of ppl alrrady waiting, they've been there since 7! So if you have an appointment you have to get there an hour and 45mins before you're appointment?! That's crazy! Dont make appointments then, tell ppl its first come first served!

Saturday walk in for lab work. Greeted us outside waiting and opened the doors so we could get out of the heat. Assisted the group with forming a line inside. When it was time turned on the sign-in kiosk and helped with the customers sign-in and took them straight back to take care of customers lab work requests. Jeniffer was great and verified the correct labs were being taken. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I made an appointment for about 8ish or 9am on a Friday. It wasn’t too busy. i was taken in maybe 5-8 minutes later, and everything ran smooth. The place was pretty clean too. I went for a blood draw on a Monday morning and maybe I was lucky, but I only had to wait about 5 minutes. You check in on a tablet, so there is no front-office staff to review. My phlebotomist was nice and found my vein with no problem. She was smooth both putting the needle in and taking it out. I got my results within 48 hours as expected.

This business needs some work. The method of calling patients to the back needs improvement. The nurse cannot be heard from behind the desk, and intercom would be sufficient. The wait time is beyond excessive mainly due to the flow, so expect to wait.
