Very
concerned.
To
be
clear
Saturdays'
at
this
Quest
is
first
come
first
serve.
I
got
there
7:15am.
Waited
in
my
car.
A
few
others
were
in
the
parking
lot.
Then
I
went
and
stood
by
the
Quest
door
7:
25
am
by
myself
until
7:50am
others
joined
me
after
that,
A
long
line
beginning
to
form.
They
opened
on
time
8am.
The
lab
manager
or
tech
who
unlocked
and
opened
the
door
stated
I
was
first
in
line.
Then
the
4
or
5
other
persons
who
were
supposedly
waiting
in
their
cars
declared
they
were
there
first.
That
is
not
right!
Who
is
running
this
facility?
Quest
Diagnostics
or
a
"patient"
lady
named
Rita?
A
line
is
clear
and
straight
forward
when
it
comes
to
who
was
there
first.
I
felt
threatened.
I
also
felt
my
race
played
a
part.
I
was
bullied
by
these
poeple
who
were
allowed
to
join
the
line
as
they
liked.
A
person
decides
when
to
join.
Or
you
organize
someone
to
hold
your
place.
You
don't
gang
up
on
someone
who
took
the
time
to
line
up.
I
complained
to
the
lab
tech.
I
was
told
this
is
El
Paso.
She
was
polite.
She
tried
to
calm
me
down.
They
need
to
state
clearly
on
the
door
"Saturdays
first
in
line
first
served".
Seems
fairer
to
me.
Less
confusing.
After
that
horrible
line
experience.
I
was
told
they
could
not
do
my
labs.
They
did
not
take
the
time
to
call
and
check
the
other
lab
whose
info
was
on
the
blood
test
request
sheet.
She
assumed
they
would
be
closed.
I
was
supposed
to
be
at
work.
I
missed
2
hrs.
For
what???
The
Quest
team
seemed
to
me
to
be
in
a
hurry
to
get
you
done
so
they
can
move
on
to
the
next
patient.
Why
else
allow
me
to
just
leave
and
not
even
try
to
improve
my
experience?
After
I
left,
I
called
the
other
lab
10
mins
later.
They
were
open
and
ready
to
share
any
information
with
Quest.
This
issue
is
concerning.
Not
pleased
with
how
it
was
all
handled.
Otherwise
it
is
a
clean
facility.
But
they
are
so
overwhelmed
by
the
amount
of
patients
they
have
on
Saturdays'
that
they
don't
really
have
time
to
assert
themselves
as
managers
of
a
safe
business
environment.
They
need
to
establish
clear
rules
for
patients.
Bottom
line.
