Built into a mountain, the resort is separated from the main city. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and every room faces the Pacific ocean so you get fantastic views of the sunset, and most rooms get good views of sunrise. Navigating the resort takes a little practice, although there are golf carts that will happily pick you up and take you anywhere and the resort. If you know where you're going, the shortcuts built into the side of the mountain are an easy walk to most places. The resort offers quite a variety of food ranging from traditional Mexican, high-end steakhouses, a variety of international offerings, to basic breakfast brunches and poolside treats. If you're staying for more than a few days I would definitely get the meal plan / all inclusive, it'll Save you a huge drain to your bank account and headaches. Most if not all rooms have kitchenettes or full kitchens so if you're staying for longer than a week or two it's definitely possible to just cook in your room as an alternative. A variety of drinks are available at every location within the resort, most pools have swim up bars that you can drink or eat at. Staff is incredibly friendly, even if you don't speak Spanish, and are always very gracious for a tip. However, we have not met one person who even remotely expected a tip. Overall this resort is well worth the money, although it takes some experience to truly enjoy everything it has to offer, even with COVID.

This was my first experience at an all-inclusive and we got back a few days ago. I am giving 3 out of 5 because there are perks and pitfalls. I want to be fair and here is my best assessment: Pros: -*absolutely outstanding and kind staff*- this was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip -gorgeous views of the ocean- the location is very, very beautiful -nice pools were fun to swim in and lounge by -room and grounds were beautiful, comfortable and clean/well maintained -on-site covid testing Cons: -wife and I got really sick (food poisoning/parasite) a few days in - still trying to figure out how we contracted it as we only ate and drank at Sunset and Rose the whole time -people pushing the time-share "presentation" on us -accessible beach is not swimmable-- the other beach (reachable by 20 min shuttle) was only OK for swimming - The resort was entirely full so competition to get into restaurants and shuttles was fierce and meant that we missed out on many of the perks of the resort (the fancy Steak-house, taking the shuttle to our excursions) -You trade-off a beautiful view for you spending a lot of time ordering golf-carts to take you places on the resort or bigger shuttles to take you to the other restaurants which are located about 20 minutes away inside a different resort Notes for little improvement at this resort: -a little quieter music in the shared spaces (market, some pools) -better shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the room- this would go a long way in my opinion -be transparent about the presentation and don't call it a 'welcome package' which is confusing

We've been coming here for 15+ years and this is by far the worst experience. We've always had amazing service and all of our requests/needs met. When hanging by the pool for the day, the staff was always engaging and fun and happy to help. I'm in the middle my stay this year and had to post that literally everything has changed. Some of this is attributable to covid, of course but the basic level of hospitality is almost non-existent by comparison to the past. The rooms, buildings and grounds are not in the beautiful condition we're used to. If I weren't an "owner" I don't think I'd come back. Very disappointing.

Overall my husband and I had a great time. Spectacular views and very pretty grounds and pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes you do need to take a golf cart to get around but there always was one available. I enjoyed the food and drinks and loved eating by the ocean with a view of the arch rocks! The only complaint and this resorts big downfall is the pushing of timeshares and tours. After traveling to get there for almost two days and by checking in at 7pm we were very tired. Right after the check in on our way into the lobby we get approached with someone trying to make us take a tour for a timeshare and sign us up for a time to attend. I was pretty annoyed by that. She left us alone after I said no and we were tired. I enjoyed the Bistro restaurant but every time we ate there (about 10 times) someone had to approach our table and pitch to us. They even called our room once asking if we wanted to take the tour! Its a very nice place, but they really need to stop with the constant sales pitching. I am not sure if we want to return to that particular resort just for that reason.

Everyone on staff at this resort was super friendly, helpful and out going. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The food at every restaurant was good at worst and almost always superb. Lots of choices of where, when and what to eat. Drinks are not watered down. Plenty of extra recreational activities available and easy to get to downtown Cabo if you want to go. No swimming on the beach due to the dangerous ocean conditions but you can go to a sister resort by free shuttle and use all your resort privileges and swim in the ocean if you want.

We love this resort. The landscaping and the large resort with 5 pools and next to the beach is incredible. Note: you cannot swim at this beach because it is on the Pacific side and there are always rip-tides preventing any swimming. If you are interested in swimming, go to a different resort. We've been to several and this is our favorite because it's private, has such beautiful gardens, has such large pools, has many restaurants, etc. If you want to go into town, it's convenient to have a car. They do have transportation to their sister resorts that are in town if you want to just go back and forth a few times. They have a nice all-inclusive if you want that, or if not, there are tons of great places in Cabo to eat. Or, drive up the coast to Todos Santos and we had the meal of a lifetime there- for about $120 for five of us. It was amazing!

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. If you go for all inclusive be aware that there are different levels which we did not know about. There is an up charge for almost everything and it is expensive. Also you do have to wear a mask going into all the restaurants, lobbies and stores. We definitely will be back again, it was an amazing trip.

Beautiful resort, we have gone the past 2 years in a row. The first time just my husband and I, the last time we brought our 4 kids. Clean rooms and very friendly service. Definitely recommend all inclusive. Most all menu items are provided but there are a few things that cost extra although they are labeled as such. Bring some ones to tip staff. Resort is not walkable if you want to get from one side to another however they do provide a golf cart shuttle service. We felt very safe here. We will come back & loved our stay both times.

Pueblo Bonita is a massive resort with a few different locations near each other, all offering something different. They have shuttle services 30 minutes past the hour every hour if you call to have them pick you up. They have tons of amenities, pools everywhere, little park areas, and lots of beach front (although some beaches you can't swim in because the current is too strong). The staff here are incredible, super nice and very great with recommendations. They do excursions from the resort too, so make sure to check in with concierge. You get a "folio" number during some stays which gives you 20-25% off at dining, golf and other things. The views here are spectacular and it's very close to actual Cabo San Lucas. The water here was drinkable since they have a desalination plant, but they also have easy access to bottled water of that's your speed. Most resorts are kid friendly, and some are pet friendly as well. The condos for rent are nice and spacious, with patios, decks and tubs outside. The golf course and steakhouse are the best around. Try the Market, an area with different restaurants inside of it.

The staff is amazing, everyone is super friendly. The food is pretty good, especially for a mass production operation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall it was a good stay, there were just enough little things to knock my rating down a bit. My biggest complaint is that I had to open and close a tab every time I ordered somewhere new. At an all inclusive I want to walk up to the bar, order a drink and leave. It gets a little annoying to track down a waiter when I'm ready to go. That's worth a star all on its own. Other small annoyances were the bed was quite hard, the golf carts make walking quite difficult and the staff in the lobby are a bit too persistent about the welcome breakfast. We stopped eating at the main restaurant because we didn't want our meal interrupted by someone bugging us about the welcome breakfast. Overall it was good, and I wouldn't write off coming back but all the little things started to add up by the end of the stay.

I HIGHLY recommend this resort. The service was extremely prompt and professional, all the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful I was so impressed. It’s beautiful, a wonderful location not too far from town, great food and drinks, shuttle back to the airport, and our room was great. We booked a jr suite and it was enormous with a nice big balcony and kitchen. The pools were all incredible and we especially loved the Sky Pool. Great place to bring kids and there was also plenty of adult only activities as well. I think other people who have posted a few other snarky reviews are probably just impossible to please because I can’t imagine anyone not being satisfied here. I will absolutely be back and I’m interested to check out some of their other properties as well.

We loved our stay here. The accommodations were beautiful, having our own kitchen was awesome. The restaurants were good. Best part was the men who drive the golf carts! Every morning I’d catch one and go watch the sunrise on the shore, they would be right on time to pick me up and bring me back to my room. The pools were refreshing and the poolside service was great. Fresh fruit and mixed drinks all day is definitely a great way to relax. The negatives…in order to get to town, you’d have to take a cab, you can’t swim in the ocean there, and we had to tell the staff a few times a day that we were already timeshare members. Aside from that, it was great!

A very interesting and unique resort. A resort to stay at if you want to go to Cabo but not see/experience Cabo. This resort is purely an escape from reality. The landscaping is incredible, the staff was friendly, the amenities were okay. I went with my wife for our honeymoon. We decided to rent a car and not buy the all-inclusive package. We loved Cabo but ended up spending all our time off the resort because we hated the feeling of being stuck at this resort. The resort accommodates to people who are willing to spend the extra money to experience the all-inclusiveness of it. I would recommend staying a resort closer to downtown to enjoy everything Cabo has to offer. The resort does offer free shuttles to downtown/sister resorts but reservations are required ahead of time and every shuttle is always packed with people trying to leave or come back. It is hard to give an overall rating of the resort because different aspects were better then others. The staff rating 5/5 (Unless you tell them your not all inclusive) then 3/5 Landscaping 5/5 Food 3/5 Amenities 2/5 ( No leaves resorts so pools are always overcrowded and other amenities require an additional charge) Location 1/5 Rooms 5/5 (Rooms are well kept and cleaned, unfortunately our specific room had issues with the shower, screen doors, refrigerator, fire ants and the temperature of the room) in our case 2/5 Overall had a great time in Cabo but will be trying a different resort on the next visit.

Room on the beach. Very nice. Orange brown water coming out of the faucet in bathroom and into toilets, not a o good. Their prices for food, Especially the buffet by main pool is exorbitant. $81.00 per person for a breakfast buffet is ridiculous. They want to force everyone to pay all inclusive. I believe it was $400.00 per person per day. They really make it hard to enjoy oneself. Wouldn't recommend.

This was the 1st time we stayed in this hotel and the area. The view was beautiful, food is good. We don't care much the golf cart riding ( you need it to go around inside the resort), most time we shared the rides with others (even though we made lots friends by doing this) but it requires to call in ahead even though you were in the public area in the resort where the access to the phone was not very visible and sometimes we waited for a fairly long time specially during the dinner time at night and in certain location. Most pool area was packed after 10:45 in the morning, the service there was slow in general, the waiting time for they bring you the drinks is about 30 minutes , and even took longer to "check out" because you need to find the "same" waiter! Most restaurants do not require reservation but we had to wait on the line for dining during the 1st couple nights ( we were told 45 minutes waiting and it was actually shorter) . You could take a "free" shuttle to the beach area but it requires reservation within 24 hours. The room is clean and was quiet the most time of stay until the end, we were constantly woke up by the door pouching at the mid of nights or kids creaming in the morning. The best service we have had during our stay was the check out. It was amazing efficient. I hope it was like that all the way through.

We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there as ours (in building 30) smelled very musty. The rooms need some serious updating. Our lamps didn’t work, the ceiling fan didn’t work, the toilet leaked water, and we found cockroaches and ants every single day despite not having any food in our room. The bed was so hard I had a sore back the whole vacation. They only supply you with a sheet and two pillows on a king sized bed. We were harassed a few times by people trying to sell timeshares. The food was ok, nothing special. We actually got sick towards the end of our trip but not sure if it was the food or the filtered water they give you in the restaurants. When we checked out, our bill had a charge for a donation to a local cause. We weren’t asked permission for this charge. The service for the most part was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. So disappointed with the room situation so we probably won’t be returning. Definitely not 5 star rooms

We had an amazing week at this resort. Everything is beautiful and kept very clean. We had NO issues with timeshare sales tricks. Literally didn’t come up once. We went golfing too and didn’t have to sit through any presentation or anything like that. The restaurants were all very good, especially the bistro where we had clam chowder. The pools are great and not overly crowded. However, at times the children can be very loud and splashing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The guys driving the carts are great, although at times you will wait 10 min for a cart. The all inclusive package was definitely worth it. Most food and drinks items are included and you can order as much as you want. Overall great experience and would definitely come back.

It's always a relaxing time at Sunset Beach. We go here to recharge and relax. They have an excellent Spa, and the rooms are luxurious. We can laze away near the pool, or take day trips into the nearby areas to see Cabo San Lucas and get some diving in. The Staff and service are excellent... more details in the sections below. there all inclusive plans are pretty standard, and they do sell timeshares, so just be prepared for that. If you need a place to relax with a gorgeous view of the Pacific, this is your place.

Overall a decent place. Room was nice with great view. Multiple pools to hang out. Beach has nice views but ocean to dangerous to go into water. Annoying things are it’s very steep hills and need to take cart rides to go anywhere. All inclusive but tips seem to be expected for every thing, each cart ride, each drink, everyone you talk to a staff members so take lots of small bills (they take US dollars and Mexican pesos). Include good places have lots of options but quality was average to slightly above average.

This hotel is one of my favorites, my first experience was for a wedding at the beginning of Covid(March 2020) although everything got pushed up a day and we had to check out early as the world was shutting down. The staff STILL came through and it was a great experience so much as I rereturned in April of 2022 after the ban for travel was lifted with more friends. My first time I stayed in a junior suite, which was roomy and comfortable with great view, the second time we stayed at a Monticrisco villa and although it was some cleaning issues the staff quickly changed our villa and it passed inspection. It was great experience beautiful view aswell the carts to move us around the property was great and efficiently on time all the staff were very nice and pleasant. The food was great with ample portions and between the 2 visits I've been to all the restaurants and I didn't have Not one bad meal, even the pool bar was great with that shrimp ceviche. I can't wait to return this place made me feel welcome and safe. I think it's a great place for single travelers aswell as it's very efficient and the staff all of them are very friendly. And as far as tipping them was my pleasure as they made my experiences joyful. Can't wait to return maybe fir my Birthday and try out the spa this time. Love Pueblo Bonito sunset-beach ❤

Overall a wonderful place to stay! We were here for a friend’s wedding and the service was fantastic, definitely the best part about this resort. They are very prompt and helpful and it made the experience even better. The food was satisfactory and they had a lot of different options, but the Bistro was our favorite. They upgraded us to a Presidential Suite to accommodate another member of our party’s room not being ready on time, which we appreciated. The suite was beautiful and the suite service was fantastic!

Just amazing. First, the staff was so great they made sure that everything was up to par and anything you needed they made happen. Then the views from the room were great and to have a jacuzzi in room you can beat (unless jacuzzi was actually closer to the rails to have a good view). The amount of food and places to eat that were included in the all inclusive package was great we had so many options for food and drinks. They had carts that take you all around the property along with shuttles to take you to other properties they own along with you all inclusive be able to be used at them. My one and only complaint is those beds are stiff as a board. Beyond that I would definitely recommend staying here for any occasion.

Outstanding service. The rooms are great yet the beds are abit hard for our liking. There is not a swim able beach. The rip currents are deadly. You have to go to another (sister ) resort to be able to access the water. The views are amazing. You can see whales from the room. The access to pools are plentiful and the water was perfect.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, this place was top notch! I recommend everyone to experience Pueblo Bonito. I’ve stayed in all the Villas and the towers. I love every place! The beauty, the cleanliness, THE SERVICE, the food…just everything about it is heaven!

Amazing experience!! 1 week of pampering, rest, relaxation and pool activities. Every area brings excellent service, atmosphere, delicious dining and professional staff. Veronica in the Bistro is top-notch!! We will return again and again with anticipation. 15 whales passed by while we were there. Majestic! Love Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.

The experience is really good if you like an all inclusive vacation. The service is amazing, the people that works there are really nice. The place is great equipped and is nice. The food, it's all inclusive quality, it's not amazing, but it's not bad. If you don't pay for the all inclusive you will end up expending a lot of money, everything is very expensive. You have the choice to cook at your villa and bring your own food. Over all it's a great place to enjoy a great vacation

Absolutely wonderful experience. Such a nice hotel, beautiful scenery, awesome, and top tier service. Definitely will be returning I had such an incredible time and genuinely the best hotel I’ve been to! Even with the thanksgiving rush we had no issue whatsoever. Specifically, cart driver Mau made it such a fun experience telling us riddles along our ride. And our server for most nights Felipe was so helpful, quick, and extremely sweet and genuine. I have not one bad thing to say about my stay! 10/10

Hello, tonight was a fantastic time at the Asian kitchen. It was great to try some new items. Can’t wait to try some other stuff tomorrow. The view is amazing and the people are nice. We met one of the golf cart driver and he told the best jokes. Maruo had us laughing all the way back to our room. Hopefully he will be our driver again. We really like that guy.

It’s are first time for my family of 4 to Cabo and I usually go to Cancun. We absolutely loved this hotel and resort, not only is the views and resort just amazing but the service and the employee are fantastic. Shout out to Gabriel in the poolside around section 41! Rear the sushi restaurant! He is not only personable and the customer service is amazing, he had down make you feel loved and cared for! I’m a mom who comes down to the pool to get a few hour of personal time and he not only reads the room, but everytime makes you feel special. Remember me, asked for me and goes above and beyond! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️love you Gabriel!

Overall, excellent resort with a lot of options. Loved the fact that the two resorts in town were accessible as if we were staying there. All inclusive is a must. Don’t cheap out. Pools are very clean. And aqua bars made life so much more enjoyable. Bring a lot of $1 bills to tip for the transport carts. We stayed in the month of March and couldn’t believe the amount of whale activity. Cons: none!

  • 5/5 Geoff J. 1 year ago on Google
Loved the exceptional service from Fernando and Erick at the Bistro, Alan at the main pool, and Eliuo and Javier at Swan Terrace pool. Everyone else was very nice. Whales were active every day and we could see them jumping from the room, many times very close to shore. My shared pictures I took from the balcony of our room. Views were fantastic, room was very nice, and the many pools, restaurants and bars to choose from were great to change the scenery. Many activities are offered each day, including a wonderful fiesta with a mariachi band and traditional dancers, along with traditional food, drinks and desserts. One downside is the cost of everything is very high, marked up 5 or more times normal price at the store and gift shop as one example. Drink and food prices were also high at most every bar and restaurant. Also, the resort charges everything in Pesos, but conversion to dollars is theirs, there is no alternative, and the rate is terrible. Not a reason to avoid, but definitely something to be aware of.

Things at Sunset Beach are the same as they were 20 years ago. The level of services is excellent but the entire facility is starting to look a little dated. We bought an upgrade to a super presidential with a Spa, but found ourselves, listening to a temporary air conditioning chiller set up in the employee parking lot. We are used to listening to the waves and seeing the whales outside our patio. The most troubling aspect was the constant bombardment of people trying to sell you anything. The food court operation is very plentiful and handy, but of Moderate quality. The availability of lounge chairs around the main pools is extremely limited and securing them is stressful and frustrating. I found the service from our concierge, Brandon Cid, to be exceptionally helpful in addressing some of our problems and suggesting fun things to do. Thank you, Brandon!!!! We will be looking for a first class resort that provides exceptional service, great food and a fantastic setting. We probably won’t be back. I’ll rent out my weeks in the future.

The employees are exceptional with all guest. The property is clearly older with good effort to keep it looking proper. Hosting our daughters weeding we had a chance to see several buildings and rooms. Some more dated and worn than others, sliders that don’t lock to hot tubs from the 90’s, worn and worn some more. (Our room 1761 with hot tub outside had no guard rail, very easy fall from 60’ up) Food was well above average for inclusive however five of us agreed the steak house ($40 add) lacked, very good just not fantastic. Pools are great and overall 60 guest enjoyed! One word of advice if you’re considering a weeding, there is minimal interaction between planner and payee. I attribute that to the volume of events this property host weekly. Our planner was great just hard to nail down prior to when you have questions. Not one bad employee! Our room was a little too “thread worn” for a 5 star but we would return. Avoid 1761 if you are big on booze & hot tub, someone is going to get hurt.

We had a great experience. The staff were excellent and the food was really good. I will say, this is a time share property, so if you happen to be interested in that, it is a good place to visit. If you want to stay where it is not a time share, Pueblo Bonito has other properties in Los Cabos that are beautiful as well. Alejandro, 38, the cart drive was the highlight of our trip. I just LOVED his knowledge of the property and his sense of humor. He also really takes care of the guests. This was the best vacation I've ever had.

Perfect for families and groups, we took a week long girls trip here. Beautiful hotel, great service, excellent food and lots of options on property. Casual and dressy choices. We stayed in large suite with hot tub and went for the all inclusive. Great value vacation in a gorgeous spot. Pic is view from our patio room 2233. We will be back for sure!

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach was a very nice hotel and the view of the beach was breathtaking. The staff throughout the entire hotel was exceptional. Welcoming, informative, and just all around happy to please their guest. The hotel was just like the pictures. There were multiple food choices when it came to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was freshly made to order. Once we arrived at the room we experienced some problems that were immediately fixed. The room was clean, but I must say the pull out bed in the living room is more comfortable than the beds in the room. The property itself is huge, so to get the guests around they used golf carts. Which my family thoroughly enjoyed. Other guests we seen did walk the property. However, there were too many slopes and hills for us to take a chance. Especially while drinking. Also, you don’t drive the carts yourself the staff does and they come pretty fast after calling for them. We went out and did two excursions which were ATV and camel riding on the beach. Transportation was in fact provided from hotel to the excursion. There are multiple pools on the property but unfortunately during the down season they’re fixing on a few things. So we were only able to enjoy the main swim up bar pool. There are servers to get you food and drinks and help locate pool chairs which was helpful. On the fourth day of our trip we planned to go to the sister hotel to go to the beach but we weren’t able to do so because there was a category 2 hurricane threatening the coast which it brought heavy rain and wind. As a result of this potential hurricane our flight to leave was canceled. So we were forced to extend our stay an extra night. We were able to do so with no problem at all. Until we were checking out we did encounter an issue with check out representative Jesus. When we were given the price with Carla for extending the room she gave us one price. When we were checking out it was another. Now, that’s fine. But Jesus displayed a bit of unprofessionalism when it came to handling the issue. He made it seem as if my wife was making up a price that was told to her when extending our stay. That we don’t appreciate at all because we work hard to make a living and to enjoy life. Aside from that bit. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the property, and we certainly enjoyed the staff.

It was a fantastic place to spend the long week for our honeymoon, and both our birthdays occurred while there. Treated ourselves to an all inclusive package, which is really the best way to do it. Saved some money, didn't need to worry about bringing a wallet everywhere, you get hungry or want another drink all you need to do is find the closest person on staff and they will bring it right to you, room service in the middle of the night..... really, spring the little extra at the start and you will be happy you did. The different restaurants on location were all great, some of the dishes we dined on were amazing and I still wish I could get a taste or two of them now. Beautiful setting, the rooms were all you could ask for, and the scenic views to be had and found once you explore the grounds will last with you for a lifetime. If only we could have stayed there maybe the relationship would have had more longevity... oh well, water under the bridge. But this resort was much better than even imagined or hoped for it being. Any sugar-mommas want some company on their stay? Let me know, I'll make it worth your while if you pack me in your carry on.

First of all the staff are the most friendly people on earth! They are always happy and smile at you. Another awesome thing about this resort is that they have a nice view. In almost every restaurant and hotel room you can see the ocean. The ocean is too dangerous because of the riptides but watching it is better than swimming. The view makes you feel fresh and relaxed. I wish I could give this fun resort a 10 out of 5.

We stayed for a week in January. Absolutely the best vacation ever. Service was awesome food was good. We drink a lot so all-inclusive was a must have. Uncomfortable beds are my only complaint. If your in need of beautiful views and complete relaxation this is the place. We love the Sky pool.

My favorite new spot! Did my first solo trip & the staff went out of their way to make my birthday special. I'm already planning on going back for my birthday next year, staying longer, and getting rooms for my adult children. Daniel at The After was very kind. All the golf cart drivers were so polite. Loved my vacation so much! The All Inclusive was the best!

We have been coming for 15 years and love the service and the views. Beds and pillows are EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. The room is outdated. Needs to be updated. Community bathrooms almost all had either a sink, paper towel machine, or soap dispenser that DIDN'T WORK. We heard running water 5 of the 7 nights. Called multiple times. NEVER FIXED. Need more VEGAN OPTIONS. Soy milk for $2.50 USD is way too much... Great COVID precautions. Unbeatable views. Great hiking!

This was my first experience with an all-inclusive experience and I was blown away. Sunset Beach has some of the best views I have ever seen in person. Any where you are on the resort is beautiful. The landscaping is perfect. Overlooking the beach from the sky pool area all the way down to the main pool is a unique and perfect picture. The food is in a class of its own. We ate everywhere and were blown away with how good everything was every time. The Market was a hot spot. La Neo buffet was also so good, every single meal was perfect. Everything from the presentation of the food at the onsite restaurants to the quality of the food at the buffets was 5/5 every single time. The employees on the resort were all so friendly as well. Always greeted us as we were walking around. Always so friendly whenever we had any interaction. All the golf cart drivers were also very polite and professional. I've never left a place with no complaints but this place - I have no complaints. Thank you all so much for the hospitality and making my wife and I feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back!

Property was nice, weather was fantastic, staff was very attentive, unfortunately the food was no bueno! I believe they cook everything gluten-free, from all the bread to the beans, (if that’s your thing then you won’t mind) but it’s definitely not traditional Mexican food even the non Mexican food was bland. Rooms were a little dated but still very clean. Many pools to choose from with great views.
