Ben otelde kalan bir müşteri değilim ama sanırım Spark Cafe’yi en çok tercih eden, hemen her gün giden bir müşteri olarak Spark Cafe için yorumumu yapacağım. Bu Cafe için 3,5 ay önce yapılan son yorum da bana ait. O zamandan bu zamana fikirlerim değiştiği için başka bir hesaptan tekrar yorum yapma gereksinimi duydum. Bugün bir arkadaşımı da bu kafeyle tanıştırdım ve beraber ders çalışma masalarından birine geçtik. Ardından ses yüksek geldiği ve sınav haftasında olduğumuzu söyleyerekten bir tık volümün azaltılmasını görevli hanımefendiden rica ettim, zaten kafede sadece benle arkadaşım vardık başka kimse yoktu. O ise bize sanki cevap yetiştirir gibi kötü bir üslupla “Sen de bir daha masada eşyalarını bırakma” dedi sonra da ekledi “çalınırsa beni ilgilendirmez” diye. Zaten hiçbir kafede çalınan eşyalardan garsonların sorumlu olduğunu görmedim, bu zaten olması gereken ama olması gereken pis bir üslupla söylendiği zaman ben bunu kasıtlı algılarım. Fikirlerim her ne kadar son personel değişiklerinden bu yana değişiklik gösterse de yine de buranın hanımefendinin ima ettiği kadar güvenilmez ve tekin olmayan bir yer olduğunu sanmıyorum kaldı ki her yerde kamera var. Ardından yine aynı personel müziği kısmadı belki daha da yükseltti emin değilim ama en son karşımda oturan arkadaşımla birbirimizi duymakta oldukça zorlanıyorduk. O gün referans olup arkadaşımı da ilk defa getirdiğim bu kafeden başım öne eğik çıktım. Eylül ayından beri her gün bu kafeye gelen bir müşteri olarak bence bu muameleyi hak etmiyordum. Başta her şey çok güzeldi, derslerden bunaldığım zaman Elif hanım bazen İrem hanım yanıma bir bardak çay bırakırlardı ilaç gibi gelirdi, bura çok kısa bir sürede her gün geldiğim bir mekandan ziyade 2. evim olmuştu. Şu an ise sanırım bir daha gelmeyeceğim ve önermeyeceğim bir yer haline geldi. Belki Cafe çok bir şey kaybetmez her gün bir filtre kahve az içiliverir ama insanlarda güzel bir izlenim bırakmak çok önemli bence, keşke daha önceden gelmeyi bıraksaydım belki aklımda daha güzel bir yer olarak kalırdı. Bu yüzden bu defa 3 yıldız vereceğim. Biri Halime hanımın güler yüzü için diğeri adını bilmediğim görevli diğer garson beyefendi için sonuncusu ise eski personellerin buraya kattığı ruh için…

I wish first of all thanks Mrs. Sevgi for honniest and pleasant conversation. Our group from Bosnia was stay in this hotel has been excelent becouse they have good staff, really good quality and extra clean hotel on perfect location. Highly reccomand. <3

For a long period stay in Spark hotel all I can say is that It was literally a very nice stay, a very professional service, the smile don’t leave the workers’ faces. Especially Mrs Irem who was welcoming us every morning in the cafe with a lot of energy and happiness, she is really a hardworking person and doing her job professionally, also she was always there when we want for help, I strongly recommend this beautiful place and I want to thank all people there 🙌🏽 Especially dear Irem for everything she did for us.

We've been staying here for a while for business. I don't have much to say about this place. But especially when you enter Spark Cafe, everything gets better. In the morning, Miss. Irem's smiling face makes us feel at home. No matter how tired they are, they are always helpful with everything. Mr. Gökhan's hot chocolate and Miss. İrem's sincerity really make this place sparkling. I would like to thank the Spark cafe family with all my heart.

Highly recommended hotel It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this hotel: Your first contact is the two young charming ladies with the below photo: Simge and Bengu and a very polite young man Selcuk. They are so professional, friendly and helpful. Ready anytime to help and offer you the best quality services. The Head Chef cook Recep Usta, a gentle and very nice persons who comes to your table at breakfast to make sure that there is nothing you are missing for your breakfast or if you need extra things. So thankful to you Receb. Breakfast was very qualitative. Hotel is very new, about two months only old.Rooms are very clean with all amenities you may need.The beds was very comfortable to a level where my kids loved to stay longer. The hotel located close to the airport, Train and Metro stations. The hotel location is a wonderful beautiful area where you can get all you need and travel easily to the other parts of the city. I recommend this hotel to all for both business and pleasure. Singles and families. There are adjacent rooms that can be opened between them for large familes, like we(family of 6 - mom, dad and four kids) did. Ailem ile konakladık, aile konseptine uygun kaliteli bir otel. Genel alanları temiz ve yiyecekleri lezzetli olmak ile birlikte geniş bir yemek çeşitliliği yelpazesi sunuyor. Özellikle aile büyüklerimizi nezaketi ile etkileyen, kahvaltıda görev alan Elif Hanım bizlerle yakından ilgilendi ve hiçbir isteğimizi eksik etmedi. Sonraki gün geldiğimizde kahvaltıda en çok tercih ettiğimiz yiyecekleri hatırlayarak öncelik olarak bize onları servis etti ki bu kadar dikkatli oluşu tüm ailemi ve beni çok memnun etti. Konya’ya bir sonraki gelişimizde kesinlike tercih edeceğimiz bir konaklama sağlandı, herkese emekleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar ve ortak kullanım alanları tertemiz, zengin çeşit ve lezziz kahvaltısı, uygun fiyatlarda yeme içme sahip menüsü Spark Cafe, güler yüzlü, nazik ve pozitif aynı zamanda çok profesyonel ekibi ile Spark Oteli hepinize tavsiye ederim. Konum olarak da tramvay ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakındır. Alışveriş merkezleri de hemen yanında. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels but I have to say that Spark Hotel is definitely one of the best ones I have ever stayed at. They work at European standards. The hotel is perfectly located - 2 minutes to the tram/ bus stop and wide choice of shops and restaurants. The rooms as well as common areas are perfectly clean and cosy, breakfast is delicious and varied, Spark Cafe offers great food and drinks at very reasonable prices, all the personel is kind, positive and very professional. I strongly recommend Spark Hotel to anyone who plans staying in Konya.

We stayed in this amazing place for 4 days it was really comfortable Everything from the stuff to the rooms is simply perfect The hotel is close to markets/restaurants and cafes I would like to thank [Enas] for the big smile and his hospitality My only complain was about the AC it seems like they adapt it to work according to winter or summer so there was only heating mode available

This place is stellar. It's so new and clean and organized and inexpensive. Not often do we Travelers find such a sweet deal. And it's so close to any kind of restaurant you might want to eat in or any kind of shop you might want to visit. The tram that will take you into the city center or to the university is just a few steps away. It's got a super delicious breakfast as well. Thanks to whoever put this place together!

Comfortable hotel in Konya. 🏨 Large rooms with soft beds. 🛌 Newly built and decorated. 🏗️ Spacious and easy to move around with high-tech facilities. Wi-Fi and businesses center a plus. 💻 Friendly staff. 😃

Staff doesn't speak any other language than turkish, so one must learn it before checking in. Internet for indian devices do not work here for Android or Apple so better buy a device before entering the premises. Manager is missing and no body has any kind of authorities at reception. Breakfast served in morning buffet is of the cheapest kind so not seek for any luxury or decent treatment there as well. HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE TRAVELLERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLAE AS IT IS NOTHING BUT A TOURIST TRAP AND WORKERS ARE MERELY SCAM ARTISTS. WORST OF ALL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND TRAVEL TO VARIOUS COUNTRIES. Though on the day before my check out after multiple communications with the receptionist the general manager did share the password to their management server and was able to connect to the internet.
