Extremely weak air-con and suffocating room, window wouldn't open, and hotel staff weren't helpful, barely speaking a word of English. When they transferred my room, they didn't offer a word of apology. Also no wifi in rooms.

Fine hotel, best restaurant, delicious Turkish and foreign meals. I loved their swimming pool. Enough parking space, and huge outdoor park for kids.

i will not stay at this hotel just because of the poor repetitive response the hotel put for negative comments … very bad attitude

I want to remark that we haven't stayed in the hotel. That's because after taking the trip from Ankara to Ayaş to spend a relaxing weekend at the Prestige Hotel we found a mess at the reception with lots of current guests complaining about the lack of hot water. The guests told us that there was no hot water at the rooms nor on the thermal facilities, that the hotel was dirty, specially the swimming pools, and that the food was of low - average level. The receptionist confirmed us the lack of hot water and didn't do anything to reassure us that our stay was going to be good. They were not in the mood to attend any other guest, plus they wanted to charge us 100 ₺ more than the price they told us initially by phone. My advice: don't waste your time considering this place for a holiday.

*the people is very smiley and friendly. *the hotel is big and with good instalation. *clean was good. *the bed was amazing. *on room had things broken (like the doors of bathroom, window for outside, the fridge didn't work good and we pass very hot moment because the air-conditioned was broken). *we paid for tea (usual in big hotels is a gift and are on room) and the kettle was very dirty and old. *forget the food. Was horrible (dinner and breakfast), very small plates, without any quality, and very less. They say that they have buffet, and with pandemia we can understand they needed close that part, but at least serve us with good quality and quantity. The options of food in bar and "a lá cart" in restaurant dont exist. The just prepare "cold sandwich". If u want order something, prepare yourself just for one or two street restaurants near by hotel. It is inadmissible a good hotel is very weak and terrible in the part of the restaurant and bar.

This hotel is very nice, i really enjoyed my staying there. The equipment are so good. The team is very helpful and lovely, I recommend it.

Not controlling the hotel's guest for using mask at all, in resturant ( not a big area) all the guest without mask walking here and there, they think is a normal time but its covid time , I really didn't enjoy my food 😒 .

We come to this hotel for holiday. Very nice and quiet place. We both rested and had fun. An ideal hotel for those who like quiet places.

Some facilities don't work in hotel. Thermal pool ( man and women) doesn't work for now.The women use womenthermalpool but the men can not use thermalpool.Saltroom,steamroom don't work.But all facilities work with money.....It is nat 5 stars hotel.
