Decent
hotel,
with
potential.
Rooms
were
good
but
lack
of
water
made
it
worse.
We
literally
ordered
room
service
water
bottles
to
our
room
each
nice,
spending
around
$70
on
water
for
the
7
nights
we
were
here.
The
fitness
area
is
very
basic
and
not
5
stars.
The
sauna
area
was
nice,
though
staff
used
the
locker
rooms
for
changing.
The
mens
area,
for
example,
had
staff
walking
around
in
towels.
Also,
you
have
to
request
towels/water.
Suggestion
-
add
unlimited
water
and
towels
in
the
locker
rooms
-
every
guest
wants
them.
We're
paying
for
a
5
star
hotel,
include
the
water
in
the
price,
don't
make
us
feel
like
we
can't
drink
water
and
have
to
request
every
bottle,
it's
ridiculous.
Location
is
good,
hotel
breakfast
is
excellent,
as
is
the
bar.
The
lobby
area
was
also
quite
nice,
and
most
of
the
staff
were
friendly.
Overall,
disappointed
after
staying
here
for
a
week
and
a
lot
can
be
improved
with
better
management.
