The cashier was good, the service staff had a bad attitude, I prefer Starbucks only American coffee or filter coffee, as he makes them excellently, I do not prefer his mocha, according to my own experience, I see it less than good and better, Starbucks Turkey in general is bad in terms of service and The policy of dealing with customers, as it differs from Starbucks Jordan or other countries, is that they can ask for a refill, but in Turkey it is not possible to request that and they refuse it, then they do not apply the policy of replacing the drink after trying it, as it is possible in other countries, but in Turkey it is not Possible, and when I contacted Starbucks about this, they said that they do not apply these laws in Turkey, and even their official administrative correspondence was not efficient, and I am frankly angry with them

It's an average Starbucks. It has everything you would want, indoor and outdoor seating area which are both very crowded since it's in a popular shopping mall. It's hard to find an empty place to sit, takes a while for staff to clear tables, and there is usually a line for ordering. Everything else related to the menue itself is like any other starbucks. It's fine overall.

It's your usual Starbucks, went in the afternoon and it was hella busy. Took us maybe 20 mins to find a seat, but I guess it's normal in Istanbul during these times. They limited seats inside but plenty of seats outside, though not enough to accommodate the crowd of Starbucks lovers I guess.

Specious and chill place compare other sb shops in Istanbul Forum. Day time on weekdays has more comfort.

As usual it has the most trustful cffe taste and a common area to chill 😎 and always the best choice for sweet and the famous frapucciono also varied choices of juices and also a quick snack 😋

Service was ok. Staff friendly. Coffee wasn't great but I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks. Cleanliness looked OK but on closer inspection, a bit more attention is needed. Could be more organised, thereby offering a better service. Place is nice but didn't like the coffee ,may be my taste is different .
