I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Orientbank Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection. The staff was amazing, and their proactive approach to arranging pick-up and the smooth check-in process made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the spice market. They even provided bird food for feeding pigeons by the new mosque, which was a lovely touch. While the bathroom was a bit small, the exceptional service more than made up for it. The Turkish breakfast was a highlight, and the personal touch throughout our stay made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended!

Service was exceptional! We were treated like celebrities. The location is amazing and we had no problem exploring the area and we walked over to Beyoğlu in about 30 minutes. The rooftop has amazing views and be sure to get the breakfast which was the best start to our day. The staff is on top of it, even reminding us the day before to book transport to the airport if needed. We organized it through them and it was 1,000 TL and was well worth it to head back to the airport. The beds are comfortable and we had one of the smaller rooms and it was no problem as there are solid closets to use. Would definitely stay again
