I would have given this place a 5 Star rating if it wasn’t for the non professional, arrogant, rude, and unwelcoming host (Ismail) proved to be to worst host I have ever encountered in Turkey! time and time again! I always love having breakfast at this place, the view is breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious! to get a good spot near the water it is advised to have prior booking. if you decide to walk in search for Mr. Ali who is very helpful , and you will get the polite and friendly welcome that you deserve!

Beautiful location and amazing atmosphere, however, didn’t like the service and the prices are very high compared to other places that can have very good service and high quality of food. I went there for the view and also because they don’t serve alcohol, they also have prayer room. I was honestly amazed that such a place don’t serve alcohol and have a room to pray. I hope the make the prices more reasonable and they work on the customer service.

The view is amazing, staff are very friendly, we didn’t have reservation yet they managed to give us a table with a view, their hospitality during our visit was better than any Turkish restaurant we tried so far. Steaks were excellent. Drinks and shishas were exceptional as well. Definitely won’t be our last visit

Ebru was extremely unprofessional and rude at dealing with me. Especially because I am the most polite person. Many many tables were empty and I asked to sit in one of them. She refused because I was alone and it was a table of 4. If it was busy I wouldn’t even ask but it was empty as I came for lunch. Why not fulfilling my request if it’s possible. Why making someone upset and providing bad customer service when it’s possible. She then sent me the manager when I didn’t ask to see him because i don’t like to make a scene or complain. The manager said that there was now a smaller table available and also that if I want I could sit in the table I asked to sit in at first. Why not letting me sit there first why only when you feel that someone is going to complain tables become available? Why being petty? This is called poor management and decision making. Common sense is not common at all. The food is excellent but I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the service. Service is everything to most people. Last but not least. I left and all the tables that were available were still available after I left.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in Istanbul by far! The location is great - you are treated to a splendid view of the Bosphorus as you dine. The sanitary points are clean and there is even a prayer room provided. The staff is awesome - polite and helpful, without being intrusive. Our waiter Kadir, did an excellent job and worked hard throughout our stay to makes us feel good. Everything that we ordered was prepared to perfection and I can say that the food quality was superb. Make sure you try the tomahawk steak and the lamb loins. The dessert we selected was milk baclava with Turkish ice cream. To top it all, we all had a shisha atthe table that was delightful to smoke and enjoy. Prices are very reasonable and you can pay in TRL, EUR, USD or card. You will not find a better desert in the menu - trust me. I would come vack to this place anytime during my future visits to Istanbul.

This is a must visit place; the breakfast is five stars and the seating next to the window is awesome. Better to book prior to your visit if u want a sea side table. Waiters Yasin and Engin were extremely helpful.

If you want a breakfast with a view this is the place to be. If you order a serpme kahvaltı you can enjoy this with 2 persons(3 aswell). I would recommend the make a reservation if you want to have a better view. You get unlimited turkish tea with your breakfast.

It was an absolutely pleasant experience of dine in at The Market At Bosphorus. I ordered the new york steak in half cook and it was out of this world! Also , had the pleasure of meeting Emre . And let's not forget the complimentary fresh bread with (Kuver). We will be back!

Amazing place, highly recommend! Firstly, I’d like to start off with saying thank you to Engin bey for his amazing service and hospitality. I’ve been to many places in Istanbul on this holiday and nothing beats this place. The vibes, atmosphere, hygiene and service is immaculate. All staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to make your experience worth it. I’ve been coming to The Market back to back which is a very good sign. Every time I’ve visited I’ve ordered items I haven’t tried and they have all been perfect. I’ve visited in the morning for breakfast and evening for a chilled night and it has been an experience you wouldn’t want to miss. Adding to that the scenery is immaculate. You have the bridges and the sea under your foot. Overall, amazing place, great experience and a huge thank you again to Engin bey and the staff.

The starters were yummy ... but the main courses were not at the expectations and were cold ... I don't recommend manti (manto) ... some staff are lovely and some!!! .... the view is amaaaazing ... you should be careful as they put appetizer without ordering it and put it in the bill

We had a set menu breakfast for 3 people, one orange juice and one cappuccino, the prices were high, it was 2,490 TL. but we liked the view and the service. The breakfast is as a Turkish normal breakfast but we like the vibes there. Note: they are taking a service amount.

Got here for breakfast on a weekday. Lovely view of the Bosphorus and Mr. Burhan attended to us really well. He was quick to take our order and get them to our table swiftly. The view of the Bosphorus is spectacular while you’re dining. They also serve shisha (hookha). We tried the eggs with tomato and peppers and the egg with mince meat. Both are great dishes served with hot bread on the side. The coffee is good too.

The Market Bosporus is amazing! Not only the food but also the view and location are both fantastic. I would recommend everyone to go have a look and try some of the amazing dishes The Market offers. Oh and if you happen to be served by Emre Bey, that’s even better. He was really sympathetic and gave his best to make me and my family happy!

What i can say it just one of the best restaurants in istanbul Wonderful Bosphorus view Great service .. nice atmosphere I ordered 1- fried calamari 10/10 2-french fries 10/10 3-stuffed meatballs 9/10 4-beef sushi 8/10 its delicious but not my type of food 5- fried eggplant 10/10 6- ribeye steak 10/10 7-potatoes chips 8/10 Also i want to thanks nurullah and emre for their great service The prices a little bit higher than average but its totally worth it. Definitely I’m going to visit again and again

Excellent food and great service by Hüseyin bey! We were with a group of 9 ladies and we ordered the breakfast fixed menu with some extra eggs and fresh juices. Thanks for everything!

We went there at 8 PM and without reservation they made us sit on a small table although there were empty tables that doesn’t require reservation and we asked to waitress to switch to another table rather than sitting in the corridor on a very small table and the rude waitress told us to wait after 10 mins all the empty tables that we asked to switch too were already full with new comers. So we left the place and won’t go back again. It is one of the worst experience to such a luxurious neighborhood. I rate as 0/10 and I don’t recommend going there. If I had the chance to rate it with less I will definitely do.

Meat was well cooked, salad tasted good as well, the waiters were polite and caring, the atmosphere is warm with that music and being. Only one point about the dish I ordered, if they can put some thin bread underneath the meat so it suck all grilling oil.

It is such a magnificent experience to be here. Enjoying the food, the drinks the view and Yakup made our visit even better. The view is fabulous. It is a good place to enjoy coffee, meal or even dessert. You can also enjoy taking the Market stuff home to enjoy them. Thanks for making our visit unforgettable 🙏

The food at the market restaurant is absolutely delicious. Every dish is bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Walked in with my wife and two daughters at 9 pm Sunday. Great reception and placed in a great table. The service was exceptional. The food was exquisite 👌 Loved the atmosphere. Prices are higher than usual but worth it. Recommend it... kids friendly. Also, it's great for couples.

Who ever reads this comment and he’s heading there! Please note that they will give you bread and cheese before your meal thinking as an ekramiya! However its not! They will add 12 liras to the bill! Food taste is average! The only good thing in the place is the view!

It was my first ever steak, and I have to admit, it was pretty damn perfect. I loved the tables, the view, the food. And yes, my only point was that it was really far away from my place and was quite pricey, but other than that, love love love it

Have been to many restaurants here in Istanbul, but the only restaurant that I went back to is The Market. I always make sure to visit this restaurant I visit Istanbul. This time, I have been served by ISMAIL AND HILMI who made my experience over the limit. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and now recommend it for everyone.

Their service was perfect. We tried multiple dishes and they were tasty. Mr. Ismail and noorallah was the people who served us and they were polite and friendly.

The place is a must in Istanbul if you cherish a good food, lovely atmosphere, picturesque-view of Bosporus, great service and the best hookah in the city.

We went there on the new year night, it was very crowded and it needs a reservation. Otherwise it was a set menu we tried all the best options they have. The vibes were great and the view is amazing which is directly to the Bosphorus and the bridge. The staff were good but if you dont have a reservation you might wait for 2 hours 🙃. Azat was great when he saved me with a phone charger for the whole night, their shisha was excellent but the flavors little bit condensed .

The location is beautiful and the ambience is exactly what I was looking for to experience class. I ordered a medium rare rib eye and the coloring was on point. Should’ve been able to cut through like butter but the texture was if as it were too be well done. Other than that the prices are reasonable and it was an overall great experience.

I love everything about this restaurant (Bosporus views, food and service)!

The food was awesome. we went for dinner and it was a very good choice, although trafic was a too bad. The rocket salad is a must and tasted perfect with all flavors well balanced. The steak burger was ok. Napoli pizza was good. The wague steak tasted great with a nice show. Overall, the experience was really worth it, and the price was not bad.
