The food was good and the service was great and the prices were okay. The view was stunning though

Frozen fish, oily, too expensive, they lied to us and provided fried fish eventhough we ordered grilled ones, Their toilettes are health hazard, you need to put on nuclear plant mask and uniform when you pass by their toilettes.

I don't know if you can cook any staler food ever. Not even talking about a fish dish. This fish that they claim is a little better than rubber. They should go so that people who can cook open a nicer place. Don't be fooled with their gold plated boat. Service is also same. They are as rude as it can get.

The worst balık ekmek l have tried in Istanbul! Large piece of bread, a ton of onions and a cold piece of fish with lots of bones. The first waiter said that the card machine was broken but the second one allowed us to pay by card

Tourist trap serving pre-cooked and reheated seafood. We had cupra (gilt-head bream), barbunya (red mullet) and karides keremit (shrimps on clay pan). Fish was dry and tasteless. Shrimps from the fridge were submerged into boiling-hot sauce just before serving, so the shrimps were cold(!) inside while swimming in hot liquid. Stay away from this place.

I was excited at first to have that famous fish sandwich.... Well I was disappointed, it's nothing than a big piece of bread and a small grilled fish with salad inside.. With no flavor mostly. It's crowded too.

There would be no star i would. Had to wait about 45mns for the food, fries had weird taste, toilets were disgusting, and on top of it they changed the price on the bill!! Ended up by paying nearly double and claim they can't speak English. Untrustworthy.

I ate here four times on my recent trip. The food is fresh, the people are honest, and the prices are reasonable.

Right on the water under the bridge across the Golden Horn. I was able to check several traditional dishes off my "must try in Turkey" list. Most dishes are around $5. No alchohol.

we came here to eat fish bread but the bread was at least 3 days old I think and it was stale. There is no one you can call to order anything, they say there is tea as a treat, but they don't bring it when you ask for it. It's good to go to nearby places.

The food was not good at all. They gave a fish sandwich which I did not order and the fish in it was too chewy and tasteless. Most of the sandwich was bread which wasnt even nice and not fresh.
