First-class modern clinic with excellent medical equipment and an amazing professional team, there is literally nothing I could fault. The service was exceptional and the treatment they give their clients is second to none. The facility is extremely impressive and immaculate, and the team of doctors and nurses are just wonderful. From the consultation with the doctor to being assigned a personal nurse to oversee your treatment, you literally have a team of courteous, helpful and knowledgeable people taking care of you. The procedure went smoothly, and I didn't really feel any discomfort, the results look good now. Don't be concerned about miscommunication as most of the doctors and nurses speak at least a basic level of English. Radia, who speaks five languages and has a medical background, was present at all times to help me.

I had nose surgery and fox eyes surgery in May 2023. This is the worst clinic and worst consultant Burcin (always lie) what have I met in my life. I came especially from Switzerland. and shown photo which nose I want. After the operation the first night I had to go out again because I wasn't feeling well. This is such a brutal thing. Then I wore a bandage on my forehead for 1 week (which was painful for me and not comfortable), after the bandage I got scars, after a few months I came back to the doctor for a check-up, he said yes, that's our mistake, you can after a few Come back in a few months and we will remove the scars. And so Fox Eyes results - it was no longer a deal, so I said they had to do it again. Then after a few months in December 2023 I flew to Istanbul for a few days especially: I waited for 2 hours in the clinic, then the doctor only looked at me for 5 minutes and said: better now with scars, we won't do anything. With eyes they have to have an X-ray, somewhere in another clinic because we don't have any X-rays - I was shocked!!!! When I communicated with counselor Burcin beforehand, she didn't tell me this. And I came extra and lost money and time. and now I'm so sad. Are you just being fooled? And so my friend would like to say: she had a breast operation there but it was so bad, her breast is now a bigger one than others. and Clinic said she couldn't do anything. The counselor always lied. Unfortunately I couldn't do much because it's abroad, otherwise I'll have to have this clinic go through court. But I try to have newspapers so that everyone knows how to fool people. I cried a lot. Now I have to look for someone to remove my scars.

Very bad hospital, all the good reviews you read was actually written by them , they ask you while you are their to write a good review. the minute you pay the money no one cares about you . No Dr in the hospital to check on you after the surgery. I almost collapsed the day after the surgery and no Dr was their at what they call hospital. Very very bad experience.I had to pay for my food and my water . Management is definitely horrible. Don’t be fool by their hospitality they just care you pay . I will never recommend this to anyone .

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic. Unfortunately, I didn't have such a good experience and I regret it. We had identified 4 areas for liposuction, unfortunately only one of them was properly suctioned - just the legs. With my stomach and my back I can even prove with before and after pictures that absolutely nothing has been done there because after months you can still see absolutely no difference! My arms had a lot more suction on my right arm than on my left, which is now clearly visible and it's just not nice and doesn't work! No matter what price you agree on beforehand, you will of course be ripped off again when you are told that you need a "special" corset that costs 60-120 euros depending on whether you negotiate or not, but in the end it is just a normal corset. Although it is said at the beginning that it is included in the price. The driver who was supposed to pick you up was always either late or completely forgot if you didn't remind him yourself and the clinic didn't do anything about it! We always had to write, remind and call him ourselves. Now comes the worst! At the clinic when I was allowed to go home, the bandage on my arm was torn out (torn out) and a whole piece of SKIN was torn off from my upper arm, which caused me terrible pain, but I wasn't told anything about it, but rather it was covered with a plaster or cotton wool, whatever it was tried to cover it and hide it, I was only able to discover it at home alone, where it then became infected because of cotton residue on an open wound!, simply a catastrophe! For that reason alone I would love to advertise them! very unprofessional. The only nice thing was most of the nurses. If at least the result could be seen on the legs and on the stomach and back as agreed, one could perhaps ignore it, but in this situation I unfortunately absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Pros: Staff who performed the surgery are helpful, and dedicated to deliver good results. Cons: they only accept cash which is inconvenience for foreigners who rely on card payment. I was mistakenly advised that they accept card payment and a car will pick me up and drop me off from my resident to the clinic 😒 which is not true. Additionally, I wasn't advised regarding the whole process prior to the start thence, I kept discovering what's happening as we go!!

I was looked after by lovely Burcin at Estethica. I had a 360 degree tummy tuck and my upper arms were also suctioned and tightened. Everything worked out perfectly. The doctor was very honest and made me feel comfortable. The nurses at the clinic were also very nice and helpful. The main language spoken is Turkish, some speak a little English, but if you have problems communicating you can contact Burcin, who can translate on site. I traveled unaccompanied, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for larger procedures, but of course everyone has to decide for themselves. I am posting a review concerning a friend of mine who had a a procedure performed at this place. If I could give it ZERO star I would. Yes, the hospital and staff are very inviting. Unfortunately, the operation does not live up to this. She paid a premium price and once the money is in their hands the outcome is not their concern. Results were HORRIBLE and as for the post surgery support, there is ZERO support. I’m posting as the effect the results have had on her are DEVASTATING. She was really excited to have this procedure done, unfortunately it’s been very NEGATIVE and HORRIFIC for her. She now has to look elsewhere to have it done properly. I find it hard to believe how people have left stars and written positive reviews for this place… you would expect this to reflect in the outcome. It’s a TERRIBLE place TERRIBLE results and TERRIBLE post surgery support. The experience for my friend has been HEARTBREAKING!
