NOT
FOR
CHILDREN,
The
only
window
in
the
rooms
is
located
at
flood
level
and
only
opens
from
the
bottom,
leaving
enough
gap
for
items
to
roll
out
of
the
hotel.
Undoubtedly
not
safe
for
young
children
and
toddlers,
as
they
can
easily
fit
through
the
gap
(see
pictures).
It's
a
poorly
planned
design
that
lacks
consideration
for
safety.
Another
issue
is
the
air
conditioner,
set
on
heating-only
function,
so
even
when
switched
to
cold,
it
blows
hot
air
during
winter
in
Turkey.
There's
no
option
for
fan
mode.
When
I
complained
to
reception,
they
were
unhelpful,
offering
no
solutions.
The
only
advice
was
to
open
the
window,
which,
due
to
the
ridiculous
design,
doesn't
improve
air
circulation.
I
had
to
buy
a
portable
fan
as
the
room
became
uncomfortably
hot,
affecting
my
sleep.
Despite
these
issues,
the
breakfast
offered
a
good
variety
of
food.
The
hotel's
location
is
very
close
to
the
Mall
of
Istanbul,
but
it's
important
to
note
that
you
cannot
walk
there,
and
there's
no
transport
or
shops
nearby.
Taking
a
taxi
or
walking
approximately
20
minutes
to
the
nearest
bus
stop
is
necessary
to
reach
the
mall.
