This was perfect experience, hotel is wonderful. I really thinking to come back again. Arzu is so nice and the breakfast was lovely. My favorites was sausage, eggs, fresh tomatos, breads etc. Great experience:)

The hotel is nice and secure. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the food is expensive if you order from them. I did not buy food from them instead I used outside restaurants. Overall experience is great.

I stayed in this hotel due to business . Hotel itself is nice , the people are kind , rooms are ok ! The breakfast is really bad and not a 5* quality - Even not 4* ! The worst thing is that guest manager is calling to rooms in the middle of the night even later as 11pm - and asking if everything is ok !? 😵‍💫 That’s an absurd and very un polite manner ! After i check out and flew to home - she contact my whatsapp asking me and pushing me to give 5* review on booking - and this they do to every guest i think ! It’s modus operandi of them ! I suggest them to call the Chef of kitchen instead us guests - and tell to Chef to improve their bad food breakfast buffet ! If i will go back - maybe if the breakfast will improve and if no one will contact me at the middle of the night and pushing me to review them with 5* !

NOT FOR CHILDREN, The only window in the rooms is located at flood level and only opens from the bottom, leaving enough gap for items to roll out of the hotel. Undoubtedly not safe for young children and toddlers, as they can easily fit through the gap (see pictures). It's a poorly planned design that lacks consideration for safety. Another issue is the air conditioner, set on heating-only function, so even when switched to cold, it blows hot air during winter in Turkey. There's no option for fan mode. When I complained to reception, they were unhelpful, offering no solutions. The only advice was to open the window, which, due to the ridiculous design, doesn't improve air circulation. I had to buy a portable fan as the room became uncomfortably hot, affecting my sleep. Despite these issues, the breakfast offered a good variety of food. The hotel's location is very close to the Mall of Istanbul, but it's important to note that you cannot walk there, and there's no transport or shops nearby. Taking a taxi or walking approximately 20 minutes to the nearest bus stop is necessary to reach the mall.

Most wonderful in Istanbul! Wonderful area and the most amazing workers! Denise is so warm and welcoming we loved her. Furkan was the best and very helpful! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff here! I would 10/10 recommend!

Eray,Arzu,Ipek and Nezha were all very helpful during my stay. They made sure I got the things I needed for my room, assisted with using the elevator, asked for feedback during our stay, and gave recommendations for places to walk to during our stay. My family and I really enjoyed our time here.

everything was very good, especially the people themselves and their service. everyone works great. if there was a chance to improve something, it would be cleanliness and fresh air. People who don’t smoke don't want to smell cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was perfect full of sweets, cakes, delicious meals. Great pancakes, variety of fruits all was nice. Arzu is very beautiful, for touring this hotel amazing we had very comfortable stay. Lobby is clean.

Everything is good,in breakfast we liked the bread and pancakes.We want to come back again in summer and the room when I come back I am always seeing clean.Arzu specially was nice and all hotel we really liked.

Compared to other 5 star hotels, this is DEFINITELY NOT a 5 star. The breakfast spread is quite limited for a 5 star. Cannot adjust properly the hot/cold tap in the bathroom, you either get icy water or boiling water. Access cards to use the elevator & to access the room, are not user-friendly. Location? Not within walking distance of shops or tourist attractions.

The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to my needs. While the location wasn't in the immediate vicinity of tourist spots, it provided a free shuttle service. The card reader system for the elevator added an extra layer of security, and the room amenities were well-maintained. I appreciated the cleanliness of the wash basin and the overall comfort of the room. The hotel's attention to detail, from the quality of toiletries to the thoughtful amenities kits, enhanced my stay.

Hotel is good, we really liked too much. Here local people is do beautiful and nice like Arzu Deniz. Breakfast has full of foods different like breads, fruits.were from now thinking to come back again

It was a wonderful & pleasant experience at Nova Plaza Prime Hotel. Room, food and facilities were amazing. Staff was friendly & co-operative. It was a short trip but with many memories. We'll be happy to visit again.
