Just fantastic! I have never seen a zoo as beautiful as Emmen. The Vlinder Temple is huge and really fun. Here every adult becomes a child again.

I just love this part of the zoo. The beautiful flowers/ which create this genuine jungle look and the beautiful butterflies do make this a perfect space to look around.

More of an adventure park than a zoo, but beautifully designed. Due to the weather (40°C), we really felt like we were in Africa, especially in the savannah part. Huge enclosures and all the animals made a great impression

A bit on the small side and packed with mums with strollers. Very busy on the weekends.

Wildlands, a great place to visit. Lots to do and fun place for kids and (grant)parents. A theme park with 2 big different themes. African Savannah and azian jungle. Along the walk through the park there are a lot of different things to discover. Butterfly garden, a koppensnellers hide out, Bamboo maze, djambe drums to play with, small places where kids can clime. The rest is for you to discover.

There is a lot to see there. Everything seems very natural, so that as a visitor you sometimes feel like you are in the great outdoors.

Excellent & Natural environment. Amazing to see the huge selection of butterflies and fish and other animals. Very interesting family day out. We will visit again.
