Absolutely exquisite! I've never been to a restaurant as well organized as Ntachi-Osa... This is the place to be. I'm soliciting for the owner of Ntachi-Osa to extend to other States in Nigeria. People should not be missing out on their delicious food. It's a class of it's own my people. Once you visit Ntachi, you're hooked. There's no time I come to Enugu that I won't eat there. It's impossible.

The waiting times to get served can be quite long, you'd have to call the attention of servers constantly or you'd wait awhile especially if you're there on a rush hour. The food is always well cooked and an absolute delight to have in your mouth. Its not fine dining restaurant and I love it that way.

I think it's more about the packaging and hype than this place being any special. The place is rowdy and waiters are not nice enough. The food I ordered which is ukwa was tasty but the goat meat was just rubber and not well cooked enough. I don't recommend this place unless you don't have other options.

Delicious good in a nice environment. The food taste so good with different varieties of meal. The food is pocket friendly. The service and customer relation has to be improve by providing more staff to attend to customer. So as not to keep them waiting for long. Also other tribe food especially (Yoruba ) need to be considered on the menu list. Over all on a scale of 10s. Food 8/10 Environment 7/10 Neatness 9/10 Customer service 6/10

Affordable food and tasty. Meal for 2 (fufu and bitterleaf and oha soup) came up to N2,550. My soup was a bit cold. Wished it was hot but still good. Service was also efficient. Would recommend.

Had dinner at my favorite restaurant in Enugu yesterday ☺️ I mean what’s there not to love about this place? And you will be shocked at how cheap yet very tasty their food is.

Nice eateries within Enugu metro, dine in or take out options available. Great customer services. Varieties of mouth watering delicacies available to make your choice. There is parking space and wheel chair accessibility. Kid friendliness. Various foods for strict dietary requirements. The place is located in a serene environment with easy access via road. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an eateries of low budget yet, classy with good customer services

You'd be kidding if you deduct even half a star from this place. With two outlets in Enugu, they provide the best Nigerian foods at affordable rates. Way better than regular restaurants, and they have a wide array of foods, down to fries, even! Well, this is evident in the crowd flocking the outlets all the times I've been around them. My people say and it translates, 'Good market sells itself', and Ntachi Ulcer sure does know its guns. Kudos.

Located in the central axis of Enugu town. This spot is known for its mouth watering dishes which leave you craving for more. The variety of food gives a traveller the opportunity to taste some of the best delicacies of the south east. I would recommend for anyone going to enugu to have a stopover and experience the taste. They have options of dine in and also express take-away.

Excellent food they have at their branch outlet at Old Airport Road. They need to expand their work environment and car park. They have dedicated young men and women as workers. Service is good.

Ntachi Osa is one of the restaurants in Enugu that never disappoints. I've eaten here over the years and the standard is always the same regardless of whether you're eating soups or any other regular dish. I bring friends who are visiting Enugu for the first time to Ntachi so they can experience the goodness for themselves and I strongly recommend this place for any lover of good food.

Even though there was a lot of people there, the service was okay, not exceptional but okay....... It is a nice place to get a takeaway from because their table service is almost none existence.... Their meals actually taste good actually 😋..... It is small... They have continental dishes, African dishes, also have fresh juices available and various smoothie mix....

The food here is good and reasonably priced. I liked it. The down side is that it is always crowded and there is no system as to how you get served by the staff. You have to keep shouting and waving furiously until you get someone's attention which is not exactly safe considering the present COVID-19 pandemic. Wear your mask when you go there. You can do take-out instead of eating-in. I hope that the management can put a better system in place. A simple queue would solve this problem so that people are served on first come first served basis.

If you want some good enugu food that is super affordable. The food comes with meat and water inclusive. So food for 2 pple which was 4 swallow, 1 portion of ora soup, 1 portion of white soup which all came with meat, the an extra side of one whoke turkey thigh and another chicken breasts and all this was 4700. 2 pples complete meal with extra side orders. The food is also tasty.

Beyond having to constantly call the attention of the servers, I think it's fantastic. I have been frequenting their other branch over the years but this was my first time at this branch. I had their peppered beef and it was nicely done—the way it melts in your mouth is just beautiful.

Irrespective of everything good about your food company, how and why on earth will your official number on your website be constantly switched off and unreachable, that's one. And how is it also that, one can't be able to make an online order to get serviced and receive place orders from you!? That's not good!!! Even glovo is not helping matters all!!! Imagine even going through their portal to place an order only to see, "sorry, your location can not be covered by our delivery personnel". And that's somewhere along New Haven for goodness sake. Upper chime. To even make matters worse, it's not even as if it's peculiar to only your food company. Bad as it is, same feat and worse was met upon trying to order from KFC in New Haven... And the both numbers on their website were one, not reachable and the other line, switched off. Too bad. Enugu State and online business... Bad news.

I am based at PH. I am in Enugu today and tomorrow. I had my 3rd time experience at Ntachi Osa today. The first and second was last year. If you are in Enugu and desire extremely good food, then Ntachi Osa is your kitchen away from home... You must be extremely hungry to be able to finish any food you buy at Ntachi Osa. I mean, You get value for your money... Their prices no dey tear pocket👌👌👌

Ntachi is undoubtedly a household name when it comes to food business in enugu state. Providing quality food for a very decent price. The environment is uniquely undergoing transforming at every point. Sometimes it could be challenging getting your food served, given the no of persons trooping in and out, most especially during rush hours. Seeking for a home made food, where quality and quantity matters at a fare price. Try out ntachi. I particularly like thier achịcha (a native food indigenous to nsukka people). You may want to try that out on your next visit.

  • 3/5 Wat I. 2 years ago on Google

Food was excellently sweet but they need to work on arrangement of the environment to look more organized. However their online admin should do better especially in how he communicates with online customers and stop blocking them.

  • 3/5 Chiji H. 1 year ago on Google
I liked the food, but the place needs a better organization. It's always rowdy. Customers ought to queue and make orders for their food. The staff needs some orientation on Customer service. If a business rival opens a similar restaurant with same business model with a better customer service appeal and structured environment, they will loose Customers. It was a good, experience, but they can do better.

  • 3/5 Kosisochukwu M. 1 year ago on Google
The place is booming. Thought can be really overwhelming some times. Because of the crowd always trooping in. Also try to orient those at the counter to be more friendly in service. Some do it like they are serving food in IDP camps. The food are tasty and nice. Kudos

Ntachi's food is quite Okay for an average person to afford. However, the attitudes of her staff is zero they lack good customer relation. At times they overcharge and you can cue for a long time beg for them to serve you and above all they do eye service. I can't recommend for any decent person.
