My
first
time
visiting
Dolphin
restaurant
in
Enugu
and
I
was
pleasantly
surprised.
My
first
surprise
was
the
use
of
technology
in
the
restaurant.
The
pleasant
young
girl
who
took
our
order
did
so
with
a
tablet.
Our
table
had
a
number
and
our
order
was
processed
immediately
after
she
pressed
send.
Maybe
because
of
the
number
of
people
stopping
and
greeting
me
by
my
table
a
matronly
and
well-off-looking
lady
approached
me
and
introduced
herself
as
the
owner.
I
greeted
her
warmly
and
commended
the
ambiance
and
use
of
technology
in
the
restaurant.
The
food
arrived
hot
and
looking
tantalising.
My
In-law
Nnamdi
Ezera
and
I
devoured
the
eba
and
Nsala
soup
for
me
and
egusi
soup
for
him.
The
food
was
tasty,
mildly
spiced,
and
fresh.
The
pleasant
young
girl
serving
our
table
brought
us
fish
and
said
it
was
courtesy
of
Madam.
We
expressed
our
appreciation
and
did
justice
to
the
fish.
As
we
requested
our
bill,
the
owner
told
me
another
customer
had
settled
our
bill.
I
was
taken
aback
for
I
rarely
receive
gifts
from
people.
I
went
over
to
the
mystery
payer
and
he
said
he
follow
me
on
social
media
and
watch
my
TV
appearances
with
keen
interest.
I
appreciated
him
and
exchanged
contact.
I
recommend
Dolphin
restaurant
without
hesitation
for
its
good
food,
the
embrace
of
innovation,
and
friendly
service.
They
are
ready
for
prime
time.
