It’s really nice , but the receptionist are not security conscious, they can easily direct you to a room without calling the room you re visiting. Most of the doors are not closing properly, no wheelchair accessibility. They have an in door boutique. It’s just an average hotel

Tiny cockroaches in the room. Slow to responding to complaints. People smoking marijuana at the lounge was the worst of my experience there.

I wanted to make reservation for a friend who was to come in 3 days, I was told that to make a reservation and pay for it, I must go bring the money in cash. That sounded ridiculous to me. So, I left and didn't go back there. I went to Hotel Cordial where I paid for the reservation via POS

I didn't like it the air conditioning was faulty and it didn't run hot water to think I got a deluxe

This hotel looks aesthetically good. Room layout was great. However, the inside and service experience wasn't great. Here are the issues: 1) Sink doesn't drain properly and drains directly to the floor. 2) The toilet doesn't flush. You need to use bucket to flush. 3) The shower doesn't work. It's broken.. You use bucket for your shower. 4) No Iron and ironing board provided in the room. 5) Staff were rude and unprofessional, making mockery of their guest. 6) Every attempt to get them to fix the broken stuff failed, and never provided an update or apologised for poor service.

Love the aesthetics of the rooms. Has a small gym and pool free for lodgers. I'd say would be a good idea to improve the smell in some rooms as some smell heavily of weed and may not be ideal for all, otherwise it's a great place on a budget

The hotel is nice and there meal is okay there service is poor, but the thing dat annoyed me the most is that,me and my husband was sleeping in our room at 12pm mid night, one of the workers open the my room door without knocking I was so shocked dat I shouted stop there why did you open my room door without knocking who gave you the right to do that, the boy started saying rubbish, asking me if I ordered for towel, I reported to the supervisor but to my surprise they were all siding the boy, he was not punished,he was not sacked, dey just begged me and my husband dat we should forgive him, my husband wanted to call the police dey were beging him not to, it was so annoying and then worst experience in my life.........that means we are not safe lodging in Ritz Carinton hotel........dis is how people die in a hotel why sleeping in there room....... The next day I ordered for indomie and egg which was 1000,dey told me 1500, saying the price of food has changed overnight,I ordered for only hot water for tea they refuse to bring it I ended up using Coldwater for tea🥺🥺,the milk and Milo I bought was stolen........it was really annoying because I can't sleep in the hotel without opening my eyes or checking the doors, so I have to check out of the hotel...........the hotel need change of staffs working there because all of them are working hand to hand, and if dey don't stop dat stealing act of there's dey will end up putting dat hotel down..........it was really the worst experience in my life 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Loved this hotel especially for the room cost, it looks really good and clean. No wierd smell, no bucket and bailer😄 like you see in many hotels. Very accessible location. However, the security at the gate need to reduce the way they ask guests for money. It was a major turn off for me

It's a lovely hotel, in a good location, great services, there's a pool to cool off the hot weather. Mouth watering menu as long as your pocket can carry it 😂. Multiple choices in the bar section. But they need strict rules concerning NO SMOKING in there rooms as some customers voids it and leaves the room smelling awfully. Well if you are in New Haven Enugu, give it a try.

Ritz Carinton Suites was just one place I'll gladly want to visit again. A pool, gym, continental restaurant and super furnished apartments, a wine bar and all other facilities

A very nice hotel, great service too. The food is tasty. They need to do a thorough cleaning in their rooms though , cos the cockroaches there wasn't funny. Their bathroom walls and doors needs some cleaning too.

It's a decent Hotel for the price.

The hotel here is nice, they offer basic amenities. Their Wi-Fi is on the average in terms of speed and the breakfast plan is pretty basic. Their rooms and cozy and the space depends on the class you opt for. Accommodating staff and a clean environment. A 2 minutes walk to the popular New Heaven Avenue.

Their services was cool, I only had issue with the bathroom facilities not working.

Beautiful. Needs some maintenance, the ac was dropping water. No fridge in the room we stayed, house keepers is good. The staffs are friendly and mannerly presented. The room we stayed was spacious, no insects, no noise, smoking 🚭 is not allowed which beautiful. Water Heater is working properly.

I ordered some food and the bill was different from the Menu Price List, I complained to the waitress that brought the bill, he said many people have been complaining but the manager just ignored that. Good food, nice place to relax and situated in a good location The sitting room has odour, doors needs to be repaired as some are not closing, the management needs to be changed and given to competent people

Beautiful exterior, but inside tells a story of poor Management...on check in, I only requested a room with hot water....the first was decent and no hot water....the second had hot water but a window without mosquito new was open and couldn't be closed...they asked me to move again now this third had no hot water, bad plumbing and no cooling...I gave up. I asked for a bucket of hot water and till I left, no one thought to oblige me...it actually seemed I was a guest with too much problems so I didnt react. I ordered for a plate of jollof and chicken with dodo and a bill of 4000 naira came after. Only to later call the restaurant after checking their menu book to find out the meal is 2500 naira...staff are also trying to fleace their guests as well. All in all, i paid for a services, expecting basic services and never had it. Wont make that mistake again.
