Well built place with good quality amenities. Courteous staff. 24-hour electricity and decently clean environment. A few minuses: Room service is poor. Staff need to be properly trained to be detailed. Not returning change for purchases is not good for hotel of this quality. Mosquitoes plagued my sleep. Otherwise a fairly good place.

Have been hearing lots of things about this hotel. Just this year, I was there for an occasion. This hotel is one of the best in Enugu. I will call it a home.

The view is quite relaxing and calm, I love the fact it is welcoming to kids too as you can bring your kids along and y'all have a good time without worrying of eyesores. There are well established as their rooms are top notch and their services is superb; you just can't complain. It's a nice place for those coming into the country for the first time also and looking for a homely, quite and cool atmosphere to reminisce and plan .

I liked the supervisor, Ernest. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service. Dude deserves a promotion

Good hotel except for their hall which had no working air-conditioned. This is very bad for their reputation

Good hotel but the can do better by working on their hall AC. It is very terrible that such a hotel houses a hall with no functional AC in it.

This hotel is one of the best in Enugu. I have had such a beautiful experience staying over at this hotel. Such attention to detail, Serene environment, beautiful surroundings, warm and receptive staff. You should come here.

Very massive hotel with nice rooms. Beautiful in and out. A very nice and big restaurant. Nice meal too. The hotel only needs to work on a few old internal infrastructure in the rooms.

Extremely poor value for money. No water to have a shower. Was promised 2 buckets but eventually provided only 1, which was just enough to splash on me & head out. Was 2 hours late for my trip because of this.

Golden royal hotel looks serene and very beautiful. Though l did not speak with the staff mere seeing it will convince you of the orderly way things are done.
