Bridge Waters Hotel 🏨 is located strategically at the heart of Enugu town which makes it very easy to locate. The environment is beautiful,serene,spacious and looks welcoming. I was there briefly with a friend who had IELTS exams to write ✍️ there. Hopefully, I did visit next time to explore some of their facilities

It is a cool and comfortable environment and have a very portable and beautiful hall for your events/meetings.

Very terrible room service.. Not hot water in the room I stayed called the front desk and the restaurant for that and I took a whole 50mimutes to get as I had to go down to the front desk to demand for hot water which I already called for.. Terribly terrible

I went for an AML/TF seminar held by CBN there...conference hall was not too spacious but comfortable, well ventilated with ACs... the environment is calm and its location is not far from the express... I didn't lodge, but hopefully the rooms would be okay

To be honest, this is the worst hotel I've ever lodged with poor customer service. The hotel room smells, bedspread far from being white, poor water supply with bucket in the bath room for bathing. It took close to 3hours to get dinner last night with no apologies. Despite several complaints, the hotel management where so unapologetic about the poor outlook but trying to convenience me to accept the hotel as is with no compensation. I totally regret staying in this hotel.

I stayed in the luxury room, it's actually was conducive. I ran out of water at some point in the night but I guess that's just bad luck. Service is not the best, but it was enjoyable, probably because I only lodged and had all my food needs met outside the hotel already.

Great location. The building looks good from the outside, but the interior does not look the outside, especially in the first block on entry. The rooms do not look the amount. Imagine paying for an executive suite and still had to bath using a bucket as the water did not have any pressure. Light kept switching on and off.

Very nice hotel with such an exquisite interior decorations and office space for business. They hardly disappoint their customers, as they are always available to attend to your service once you ask.

The BridgeWaters Hotel is a budget hotel right in the centre of the historical coal city of Enugu, Enugu State, South Eastern Nigeria. The first impression I has when I got there was serenity and simplicity. The environment is well maintained and clean. I was met at the check-in with a smile by a lady at the check-in counter. The room is nice and the food is fine. There is uninterrupted power, running clean tap, free WiFi, CCTV, hot bath,.swimming pool, bar, conference and multipurpose hall. I had a nice experience.

Gave my clothes to laundry and it took three days to return a dirty clothe soaked in water to me . I couldn’t wear it out because it was wet and dirty after three days in addition to light issues. 12-6pm no light for the days I spent there. Shameful

Bridge Waters Hotel is located in a very serene environment. So peaceful and quiet. It looks sort of like different houses of private apartments. Customer service is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and conducive. There is a pool located just beside the restaurant. Its a wonderful place to be.

Located along okpara Avenue in Enugu metropolis, this edifice is a beauty to behold. For those who love a hideout, this is your spot. Secluded a little from town, well-fenced building and security, beautiful environment and very good and listening staff. The room set up is classic and amenities are working optimally. The level of maintenance is good and the restaurant serves very delicious meals. This is a good place.
