They provide adequate service to their customers, though your experience with them may vary depending on the loaders and the driver involved. You just pray for a safe trip. They may not be the best, but they are better than the rest.

Since it's located in the popular Opi Iweka, you gotta be extra vigilant in your dealings. My journey from onitsha to Akure was quite smooth. The driver was very nice he allowed me use his car charger. The loader didn't demand for exorbitant fare for one's luggage.

This place is somewhat good. Cheap for those traveling without loads But somewhat expensive for those traveling with loads. But I still recommend this place for a faster transportation

Getting to peace park from Enugu wasn't difficult. Twas easy to navigate. But they wasted lots of time loading 3 busses at the same time before one could move. Our bus was very overloaded but the driver was good. I think their ticketing officers can do better though.

Its a transport company known for its good reputation in transport company. It offers a good and comfortable bus or busses for travellers. Booking online is another way of travelling with PMT. Booking right at the comfort of your house. Peace mass transit, if care is not taking will one day pick their passengers (travellers) right from their door post.

Peace park has never really been it for me. It's as noisy as.... It's rowdy too. So much noise and hustle and bustle. If you're a Nigerian, you should be used to that. Is there really a park that's solemn asides airports? And the dissatisfying part is the delay and lack of coordination.

Cars are not neatly managed. Barrow pushers want to extort excessive cash from you.

It's a very rowdy place with rude drivers. And their vehicle mostly spoils on the road

Have had swift and very smooth journey other times majorly but my most recent trip Wasn't too good for me. Our driver didn't really man the steering like a professional.. and he was really slow.. moving like it's some sort of town service but we arrived safely. And let me quickly cite this... The loaders should always conduct themselves in a very friendly manner.

I travelled to and fro ENUGU by road. I joined a Siena at PMT Park in Ibadan while coming, the experience was terrible. The car was arranged via third party when PMT was full. I had to lodge at Ákwá and paid extra transportation fare to Enugu the next day. On my return trip to Ibadan, I went to PMT park straight from CCU ENUGU environ. Yet, the PMT bus bearing broke at Ondo. Once again, I entered Ibadan late at night. For all it takes, PMT can improve and be the saving haven of commuters.

Their fees are ridiculously high and most of their drivers are rude to their customers and a very unkept location.

PMT I booked disappointed me, they canceled my journey while trying to take off from their park. Well, their charges is way cheaper than many other companies.

Disorganised transport company. Rude drivers and rickety vehicles. Needs to do more to improve the quality of their service.

As nosy and as dirty as always. Why can't parks be clean. We haven't cultivated the habit of keeping our public spaces neat especially the transport sector.

Service at the park was cool, but they do refuse to drop passengers at thier designated bus-stops, and this have been a great issue, because passengers now spend so much and get stressed out to get back to thier designated bus-stops.

Provides reasonably priced transport services to most parts of the country. However they could do with better organization and also refurbished buses. The one I entered for Enugu to Obollo had no side mirrors and even rear view!! 😳

Always making use of unroadworthy buses to travel. And after the bus will breakdown in the middle of nowhere, putting human lives at risk.

Busy as always. Entrance is always busy, so cabs might often avoid going into the park. The logistics office is present as well as ticketing. Always observe the metal signs on top of the vehicles to be able to identify the buses going to various destinations. Also, take note that there is another peace park close to the roundabout. First timers should always confirm about destinations available at each park or check their website

It's a Nigerian park. Wasn't a terrible experience but there's lot left to be desired. Oh, and they seemed to have gotten a new fleet of buses. I was lucky enough to get an AC bus.

Time... Stayed too long due to less passengers travelling.

  • 3/5 Adelakun Patrick T. 1 year ago on Google
Well, the fare is affordable but the services need improvement. Customers' comfort and excess load is 50/50 which is unlikely with their other competitors like GIG. Tuttavia, it is an better option among many

I could remember vividly during my post UTME, our vehicle due to traffic arrived very late around 12am, I didn't know anywhere yet, this driver just dropped us along the highway and left us there We had to go inside the pack to pass the night. That's not even the issue. The Peace park don't even have where you can sit down, we had to sit on the cold Nsukka floor till the next day. The experience no funny at all

Worst transport company in Enugu State. Customer service is poor, they waste a lot time, they OVERLOAD their vehicles and have no actual training or guidelines on running a transport company. I was supposed to goto Port Harcourt from Enugu. I arrived the park by 6am and was waiting for more than 2hrs before the vehicle moved. When we were about to leave the driver complained that the bus battery had run down so they bus needed to be pushed to start.😕😕😕😕😕😕

At first it was nice, the bus was good and comfortable however, it took 2hrs for passengers to fill the bus and we couldn't start the journey unless the bus was filled up (if you're going to Awka from Enugu take note) Barely an hour after we started the journey we had a flat tire, the spare tire was flat as well, IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! Overall, the journey was a traumatic experience!

Peace Mass Transit has significantly degenerated over time despite the growing patronage. Two of many horrible experiences stand out. Of late, I had cause to use the toilet at one of the parks and was greeted with insults from the toilet attendants when I asked it the toilets were clean. She also refused to offer me water to wash my hands after using the toilet. The other was the day I was travelling from Owerri to Nsukka. They put us a bus that was not even fit for town service - so dirty and so worn out. Moreso, drivers are usually rude and uncultured. I have sparingly used their services in the past few years, but each time I had cause to do so, I usually regret it. I will only use PMT as the last resort.

Peace is one of the worst interstate transport lines. Vehicle conditions are always poor and rarely would you drive in AC-bus, even after you have paid for it. All their buses have very poor atmosphere. Better go with GUO, if GUO plies the same route for comfort.

Peace Park old Park travels around along the six geopolitical zone specifically. Affordable to travel with and comfortable. Experienced drivers with license. Mode of operation in Park is improving greatly.

Everything here is okay, but as a fellow passenger rightly said one's experience also depends on the type of driver and loader one gets to meet, on my side the driver was quite nice but my issue was with the loader who made it sound like we owed them money before they loaded our bags, it wasn't like our luggages were much in the first place. Pls don't get my words twisted giving loaders something for appreciation is never a crime but in an instance where they start laying claim and demanding for an amount that's not pocket-friendly isn't showing the true spirit of peace motors that we all know and love, God bless Nigeria, God bless Enugu state and God bless peace motors.

😐 As today being my first time of traveling with Rivers Transport Company, due the park is not spacious like other parks like peace, Onitsha South but they first impression is really an interesting one. They are not harsh to travellers and they Hiace bus carry 3 per seat and the seat is soft with cool...
