My experience with there customer service is Very bad. She was extremely rude and dared to shout at customers instead of calmly explaining things to them. This is the worse I have ever seen. I would rather choose other competitors over Konga express. Please something should be done about the customer service it's very terrible ☹️.

It's Nigerian online store with fast and safe delivery konga retail stores

The store was mainly stocked with electronics and gadgets ranging from smart TVs, smart phones, microwave oven, and many more. The staff are friendly. There are few spaces for parking (vehicles). It is located along chime avenue. You can get your ordered products from there, You can as well pay on delivery in there too. There are security cameras and security personnel as well. My visit to konga was hassle free as I was attended to with care.

Is a mini store mainly for pickup of online purchases, but they still have a handful of few products to buy direct from the mini store. Though the environment is poor, no Air-conditioning.

Quite disappointed in the company itself, though not the workers at this particular office (in Enugu). They make returns so difficult and convulated, no matter how honest and proper the underlying reason may be.

I commend konga more than jumia. Their staff are serious and always willing to help unlike jumia that frustrated me on my own order. I went here, they said It's there. I went there, they said it's that. I went that, they said it's nowhere. Until i cancelled the order and they returned my money. Just to take me as customer and look for my order carefully, they keep redirecting me to different pickup station meanwhile i know the pickup station i chosed, utill i cancelled my order myself.

It's a nice place and good place to shop

It's an electronic retail store with little or no customer affection. They don't respect warranty of products they retail neither do you have options of other products.
