Best shisha in Melbourne last forever, the atmosphere is amazing with not too loud music. The sofas are really comfy and the owner the best. Highly recommend one of the best places to visit for a late night shisha.

Amazing shisha experience. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been coming to this shisha store for 6 months and it’s my first choice when it comes to having a shisha after a busy day. The stores’ environment is amazing. The combination of low neon lights makes it very cozy. The owner of the store and his wife are very friendly and helpful with every customer’s request. The shisha is the best that I have done here in Australia, especially the joker and sheik money combination, which I recommend to whoever visits this store. The store has also a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and finger food. The store is always clean, especially the toilets, which is a rare thing. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will have the best experience every time you come here, guaranteed!

Went here with some friends and found it to be a very relaxed environment for us to catch up while enjoying our Shisha. Customer service was great, we felt very well attended too i.e. charcoals being changed over regularly, Shisha flavour recommendations were provided while we were ordering (as we were slightly indecisive about flavours), we were a group of 5 & only ended up getting 1 Shisha which wasn't a problem, we all ordered energy drinks and they were promptly brought to our table and the seating was also very comfortable. Overall, we all found the experience very positive, felt inviting and we left feeling greatly satisfied and happy with the experience. Highly recommend Botanical to those seeking a relaxed environment to catch up with friends while enjoying their Shisha. Murray Kartal.

Amazing shisha experience! Very nice variety of flavours, amazing customer service, very friendly owner, always there to support the customers’ needs. Furthermore, I want to point out that this is the only shisha store so far that has the toilets cleaned all of the time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good shisha experience.

Genuinely one of the best shisha spots in Melbourne. Chill vibes, full bar, good shisha, don't have to yell at your friends over the music, reasonable prices, and super friendly owners. Most other places I try I feel disappointed in comparison!
