I ordered the 1 chicken and 1 lamb Mandi, the taste of the food was amazing. I would definitely buy again from here. I highly recommend trying it

Delicious Arabic rice and meat dishes. Have tried Ouzi rice with Kofta meat and Kabsa rice. Tastes amazing! and the lamb was so soft and well cooked. You need atleast 24 hours prior to place orders but the owner was kind enough to accommodate my order. Next time will order Mandi and Mansaf. can't wait! Great to see a halal catering place close to home ideal for parties.

Best Mansaf in Melbourne ,not a single thing to improve , so yum, generous and friendly caterer. If you are planning to order (small order especially) keep in mind you have to give enough notice as they do big orders mainly but can fit your small order with that. Where do i start!! The food was phenomenal, so yummy and was more than enough. The owner was so kind, generous and truly helpful as he manged to take my order despite the short notice ( usually orders are placed a day before) . I'm so happy to come across such a great cuisine. Used to cater from my birthday (for 50 people) and the food was divine! Plenty of lamb and chicken and rice, including Arabic salad and yoghurt and cucumber dip. Everyone raved about the food at the event and wanted the details, which I have passed on. Staff were very friendly!! Highly recommend the food! Try it, you will not be disappointed!!

I had the opportunity to try Al Sultan Cuisine in one of the camps I joined, which catered our first day lunch. The dish was chicken Kabseh😋 I can say that the food tasted so delicious that I had myself over full on that day. Actually the most delicious rice I've ever had. We have ordered for a few events and its always been a hit. Servings are very generous. We love the chicken mandi so much we bought a large platter just for ourselves to have it as dinner over 2-3 days. 🤤

Today, I had a lunch party at Rmit so I called the owner last week to prepare a feast. It was really astonishing and incredibly delicious food. They made chicken bukhari and lamb mandi with different type of salads. They brought some delicious Jordanian sweets. They delivered the food on time and came back after 2 hours to collect leftover. Very authentic and delicious food. It feels like it was cooked with passion. Very easy to order and also they suggested Bukhari rice, and it was the best rice we ever tried. Delicious menu, great catering options with cost-efficient platters and affordable sides! We have ordered so far a few of Abou Salamah’s lovely cosy meals - all were great and very enjoyable! We tried the Jordanian Mansaf from them and another provider, by far the difference was huge and the Jameed that Abou Salamah does is very smooth and not too intense, just great to smother the rice and meat with! The Mandi was dish of the delish! With the sauce next to it makes a royal meal Mashā’Allah! The Kabsah, food from a different world Mashā’Allah! Authentic food takes you back to where you came from (in a good way!) The rice in all those platters is always soft, done to the tea and easily eaten through and digestible. Will continue to go to Al Sultan as he is by far the best we tried so far! God bless …
