Amazing staff so friendly and helpful. The hotel it's old but clean. Breakfast so yummy. Location very good everything close! Restaurants, Gulan Mall and more shopping stores. And thanks for hospitality tea and coffee it's free!😀

So disrespectful. Based on my experience and what I'm reading, they simply don't honor their booking promises. I booked via phone 10 days before arrival, and then called and confirmed the same day. They confirmed. When I arrived they simply said it was taken for a Booking.com client and no more room is left!! To make it worse, they faked being sorry and trying to help fix the problem. The receptionist made a call with a 'friendly' hotel, but after we went there it turned out it's not what we asked for. Never again. Totally not recommended.

As a 3-star hotel, it must at least have a hot water in the bathroom!! The staff is very friendly. WiFi is very bad as it disconnected every 5-10 minutes! Bed linens not clean. Furniture old but clean . Room size is very good. The city view is nice. Ratings: Cleanness 2/5 Bathroom 2.5/5 (No hot water) View 4/5 Location 3.5/5 WiFi 2/5 Staff 4.5/5 Room size 5/5 Price 4/5 (but as compared to facilities 2.5/5) Overall rating 2.5/5 I wish I could give it a better rating as there are positivities, but the bad points can’t be bypassed as they are essentials!

I spent 11 days there, The staff was so kind & so helpful! the prices was affordable for such a good location & breakfast. I really loved the view straight to the street, specially at night.

Room spacious. Amenities are there but just when you check in.no housekeeping. Location very good but no car parking. Breakfast so limited. There are much better hotels in erbil with the price of 30 dollars.

Low budget plans hotel, but even though the prices are good, the service is amazing and the room was clean, there were two things i didn't like: 1- air conditioner sound was high even though it was turned off 2- the refrigerator wasn't really working even though I increased the thermostat

First of all, the hotel is good, the staff at the hotel are more than wonderful, the prices are reasonable, the location is very excellent, and everything is close to it, but there are not many car parks. Breakfast is simple

Great hotel with amazingly friendly staff! We had two motorbikes which we parked out the front. Well lot and in good view of reception. Breakfast is a buffet served on floor 6 so you get great views of the city! Complementary tea and coffee served in the lobby. I'd stay again next time I'm in Erbil.

Deserve more than 3 star. Reasonable price. Wide, clean room, split AC, comfortable bed, a little old but good quality furniture. Helpful respectful hardworking stuff. Away from unnecessary details, very good breakfast.

Decent hotel to spend the night... Clean rooms .. can't say much about it.. it was only 5 hours to sleep

Rooms are simple but nice and clean including bathrooms , service is having very polite staff with nice simple breakfast , and perfect location , so in general good for what is paid

I booked the hotel via Booking Mobile app. I've chosen a twin bedroom with the park view, but upon going there, the reception employee has asked for a higher price than that of booking app, he claimed that the reason is that the booking app exchanged dollar in 1320IQD, while it was 1560IQD, I didn't pay the higher price, but he still received 7000IQD more than the price of the app. Also the dinner period was from 8:00 to 10:00, I've never seen any hotel with that time but sooner. I never recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy.
