I have been in thousand of hotel around the world but I really couldn’t stop myself from sharing the special treat and experience that I had in Divan Erbil. Best service, house keeping, customer service… I want like to express my thanks and appreciation especially for Mr. James George for his excellent hospitality, professionalism and for his care and best treat and as well Arshad from front office. I recommend for anyone who wants really to pamper himself and have a wonderful holidays.

I had the opportunity to stay at Divan in Erbil twice. My first visit involved a series of meetings I had to help organize, whereas my second stay was to attend an event organized by others. In both instances, I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff, detail-oriented vision and precision of the management and the overall quality of service, food and delivery. To top it all off, the hotel boasts amazing facilities: wonderful, comfortable and spacious rooms, a great gym with an indoor pool, delicious food and wonderful meeting/dining areas. Staying at Divan in Erbil was a truly rewarding experience. I can’t wait to go back.

I'm staying there for a medical meeting. The hotel is very organised, quite, staff are friendly. It happened that I'm staying in a suit with a wide bed room, a dressing room, a small reception and the bathroom with a separate shower area. All amenities are offered. I had breakfast in the morning and with quite a diverse selection. I decided to have dinner in the hotel. I feel lucky for that. It was an open buffet and all cuisines were perfect. I liked so much the grilled beef with pepper sauce. Amazing and exceptional dinner night.

I never get tired of this place. New Hotels pop up at an astonishing rate but Divan will always be my favorite one. Aesthetically it is beautiful, theor service is outstanding and a big plus...the ease of parking. You will not find another hotel as accommodating in every way as Divan.

Editha was with me the whole time. She was absolutely amazing and so attention to detail. Her massage pressure was spot on and she explain every product flawlessly. Definitely will be coming back while I’m in Erbil

I have been visiting the Divan Erbil for over a year now and the service and staff are impeccable. Arshad at the front desk is always there to help quickly and efficiently. Juliana at the Chopin Piano Bar is a delight to encounter each visit, with excellent service and a great personality. I have yet to have a bad experience with each stay. Highly recommend if coming to Erbil to stay at this hotel.

Hi Guys, for those coming from outside or inside Iraq, if you go to northern Iraq, especially the city of Erbil, and want to stay in a hotel, I recommend Divan Hotel. It is the number one hotel in Erbil, with very good service. I have stayed there more than once. The prices are average and also its location is good in Town centre

I rested at the Divan on vacation back to the States. If you ever come to Erbil this is the perfect place. My room attendant was Krishna. Krishna was very polite and courteous. He provided the extra water and coffee I needed quickly and with a Smile!! I really enjoy the service staff of the Divan hotel!

The best option in town. The rooms are spacious with nice view and the breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options. Also, the room dining food quality is superior(we tried the mixed grill, the grilled chicken and the pasta and they were all fine). Arshad was a good service man... The first check point hold us for five minutes to scan the bag the gifts.. Unfortunately they removed the Tag from the gifts!!!

I stayed here for a business trip and although the hotel itself is ok when it came to checkout they rip you off... you book and agree the room rate in USD but when you pay by card they do it in Local currency which was 24% more expensive than the USD you booked

One of the best hotels in the area with first-rate services and amenities !!! The breakfast, which included a wide choice of foods, was the highlight. Rima, Kaywan, Malwa, and Nadim treated me wonderfully. The front office crew, which included Shiyam, Begam, Aya, Bnita, Phunti, and Sesuns, was always willing to assist. Not to mention about Ms. Muna Devi , who the Guest Relations Supervisor, who took care of every single aspect and advised on the places to go arounf Erbil & other useful things. Staff was very accommodating. Food in buffet had real brewed coffee. Bed was comfortable and the snacks in the rooms were healthy. Next time I will get a room with a bathtub. Unfortunately you need to pay cash. Don't let the hotel charge your card for anything. My bill was 580.00 the charge on my card is 670.00 after reviewing with the financial individual they told me it was going to have to be changed on my side. This is unacceptable behavior by a so called 5 star hotel.
