Good hotel with nice rooms and nice reception employees and very cooperated.

I visited there on many occasions, for conference, dining, and for a wedding. For conference I think they have 3 halls, well equipped and qualified for lectures. No parking issues, as they have unlimited space for parking on the other side of the road. We tried the Ahlan restaurant for lunch, actually I do not recommend it, it was one the worst buffet I ever had. Limited food options, and the sweets were just terrible.

We had a team bonding activity planned at this hotel so we used a conference room and we needed coffee breaks and help from the staff The coffee break food was amazing and very tasty very well put together and clean The conference room had a very good view to the park and was very well set up And the staff were very helpful

A great 7-night stay at this hotel with an inspiring atmosphere, good and competent staff, friendly reactions, also excellent and clean bathroom, rooms, toilet, and perfect hospitality. Its live music when having dinner, in outdoor restaurant beside the pool is deeply recommended.

I have made my booking for one night through Agoda website, at the front desk, they side I have make another payment because the amount that is still showing as pending on my credit card as pending is not going to be processed and that is only to confirm booking!! I had repeated my question like 3 times for that employee to check with someone and confirm his statement and he did. I end up charged twice! one form Agoda as usual and another time, unlike any other hotel at the front desk

Great quality hotel, however the location can be miss leading specially when they are right beside Rotana hotel with same security at the entrance so visibility needs to be increased instead of just concrete walls at its surrounding, for my first time I had to go through all Rotana's security checkings to find out its a wrong hotel. Also the not-pleasing thing about their services was they charged for parking without meantioning it wheb you give your car to the vallet or even asking for it, still I don't mind the parking fee just it would have been good to notify customers when they enter the hotel. Overall good quality conference room and ballroom, the restaurant is great food was tasty.

I really liked the hotel and their service. The team working there are awesome and so friendly, the cleanliness was good outside the room, but in my room there were some spots on the carpet, but overall it bathroom and sheets were clean. the amenities include restaurants, swimming pool, bar, spa, gym, and a beauty salon. It is wheelchair accessible and easy to reach through Gulan street. room bookings can include meals too with open buffet, it has many options even for vegans, as it includes many veggies and fruits. I liked how their rooms are big and spacious, would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am looking forward to visiting the Ramada hotel soon because my wife is currently on a course there on community violence and she said “the hotel is great” and I will join her there next week

Perfect in everything, reasonable prices so so clean, so so lovely staff and very supportive and having smiles all the time which makes you feel comfortable, thanks and for sure I’ll visit you again

I just wanted to share that for the first time since I have been born celebrating my birthday alone . I have been in a business trip in Erbil staying in Ramada hotel and my birthday is today and the lovely people here celebrate my birthday with me Thank you Ms Yara and Ms Aisha and Mr Husam for this gesture of care and respect. Ramada hotel will always be my 2nd home

the Ramada was a great experience to stay at. the staff couldn't be any more.helpful and nicer. all in all we had a great stay there and will stay there again if we go back.

I can honestly only think of positive review about this Hotel. Very profound hospitable and excellent service. I would like to thank everyone especially management for training your staff at such high standards and for being so organized and prompt across all areas ( catering, gym& spa, room service and housekeeping) enabling an amazing and enjoyable stay throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel and for sure will visit again.

a 5 star hotel with a very good location on Gulan street, the hotel has Gym, restaurants and parking lot. prices are acceptable comparing to the nearby hotels

It was a coincidence for me visiting such a lovely place My journey started once I stepped into the hotel That's when I met (Ms . Angel ) at the front desk With a really fast professional way finishing all the booking paperwork with a lovely non stop smiles that absorbed all the traveling negative energy, We were like 50 persons invasion came in 3 waves at the front desk And that's where I met ( Mr. Aubey ) hope i got his name right , this guy is like a guardian angel who helps you with a smile behind his face mask that I can see in his eyes , He made sure we get our luggage before anyone of us even think to try to ask or call about them, A day after i met (Mr.Ali) He's not less nice or less welcoming from his co-workers, I call them family for taking care of me I find my clothes hanged in the closet after throwing them like a teenager I use a new soap almost everyday A new toothbrush, The poll is great, the gym The food ! I give my compliment to the chef for the food , The rooms are sanitised by a professional company I really recommend staying here And i really feel sad for leaving such heavens On behalf of 50 persons who stayed with me We really thank all the staff for doing such a great no flaws job Because I'm the wrong guy to make one with 😏😉

Terrible experience with front desk people, avoid dealing with Zaid!! A bit aggressive person and has no clue about dealing with high standards service I think hotel could do better with Ali & Jessica as main reception leaders but not low level people like this child
