The rooms are clean. That's the only positive. Be prepared to carry your bags up a flight of stairs as there's no elevator from the reception. The hotel air fresheners are so strong that they give you a headache. The rooms are TINY, and have just a tiny window. There are no adapters. When contacting the reception, they said they didn't have adapters. This is strange given that electronics and small appliances, such as hairdryers, are sold in Erbil with a variety of types of plugs. Also strange because they are used all throughout the lounge areas. THE MANAGER WAS UPSET THAT THE RECEPTION CONTACTED HER ON HER DAY OFF (and told us to stop taking her time) to ask questions about our stay. Sorry, but this was a simple inquiry, and someone should always be available to answer such questions. I used to stay in hotels 100+ nights a year, and I have never been told that I was inconveniencing a staff member. I didn't even stay the night. Left after 4 hours, and went to another hotel where managent jas been nothing but helpful.

Clean and good for families , but room number 120 is so noisy because of the sound of electrical generator under it . I hope give us another room in the next time .

Great value for money Location is great specially if you have some business in US counsel which is literally 3 min away Rooms very clean Friendly staff Everything you could need is around the hotel

Very good hotel for families , it is quit and clean . The staff is very nice and friendly. Its cost you 10 minutes to be in the middle of the city ❤️❤️ . But beware the hotel does not have any elevator because it only has one floor. Anything else is perfekt.

Very professional I highly recommend them if you landing in airport they close by The taxi in the airport know the place very well and will bring you here right away just say nigara hotel

This Hotel is definitely great. After a long travel we prepared and packed for a flight in this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped us very kindly with all the questions and struggles we had. The rooms are great, very clean and modern and the breakfast was very jummy! Thank you for the great time we could spend with you! Definitely recommend!

I loved it. It was a great experience. Nice room with almost all of the basic facilities you need with a good price. I recommend staying at here.

The reception was not as expected, in addition to the delay in all transactions and the failure to answer the phone. You feel as if the employees do not want to work. I think this is my last time in this hotel. I do not recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The price is great for the room and the location. Also the staff were awesome. The front desk service was great too! 10/10 recommend!
