We spent two nights here and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the resort is quite like you can really relax since it is not crowded too compare to others especially this summer season. The room is spacious, the food is yummy, staff are so friendly, accommodating and they make sure I will have an amazing birthday. I am really happy during our stay and the birthday greeting set up is so amazing like you guys are so sweet. I would definitely recommend this resort to others. We will sure be back. Thank you again.

A dream place to stay on Bantayan Island! The picturesque bungalows surrounded by white sand and palm trees, just a few steps from the beautiful beach, is just stunning. The staff is very welcoming. There is a beachside bar here as well.

An amazing experience. Such a lovely resort and very private with the best beach location you could wish for. Staff are the best ever, so accommodating with everything. Food was excellent. Our wedding there was an absolute fairytale. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Stayed at the Casita with pool for 3 nights. Love love love the room , super pretty. The restaurant serves super good food. Wanna try everything on the menu. Location is also great, 1-min walking to the Main Street and market. The outdoor shower is nice but water pressure is weak though. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Total value for money! Best beachfront view for each cabana (sunrise here is breathtaking), beautiful lounge area by the beach, intimate native setup in the cabana, and the best thing is that the place is almost very exclusive since it only has 8 accommodation rooms (if I'm not mistaken) so it feels like you somehow 'own the place'. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They never pass by without a smile and greeting. The breakfast menu was also really good. Things to improve that I noted were very minor (at least for me): limited WiFi coverage and lack of room slippers. The floor can be quite sticky and sandy when coming from the beach so room slippers would be nice if offered. Other than these, we had a really wonderful experience and would highly highly recommend this place.

The whole stay was awesome. staffs are kind and very accommodating. Food was also great and the room was spacious and clean. I like the free toiletries, it smells like fresh bamboo or somewhat like that. Over all, satisfied customer. Will definitely book for a stay again.😊

Great place to sit back and relax staff are amazing food is good all you need to do is relax. Please note there are no beach side activities here but they will arrange all tour activies. Truly a hidden treasure amongst the many different beach resorts on Santa Fe. Will definitely visit this place again.

Perfect place for a quiet paradise getaway. Family owned business. Owner & staff are lovely. Made our stay in the Philippines even more memorable. Will definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to the Philippines

It's a great location with a beautiful view and lots of places to sleep and drink cocktails. The rooms aren't very comfortable, though. You just get a sponge mattress and a thin top sheet. I slept under my towel.

The place is serene. It is purely divine. The accommodation was the best we had so far---better than what we had in Boracay.

The sun may not have showed its face, but the whole team of the property made sure all their guests were safe and sound and all their needs provided. Wonderful staff! Cozy rooms! Delicious food! I would definitely go back!

I have always wanted to stay here since I saw the pictures to experience it first hand was really wonderful 🤩 The resort is located at the heart of Santa Fe. A few steps to MJ Square so its very convenient. The service is exceptional from the Reception, to the Maintenance and the Restaurant 👌 Their food is delicious 🤤 It was a bit pricey staying there but it was all worth it because all of the staff are very attentive and accommodating 🤗 Did I mention that the resort is pet-friendly? Yes, they are! We went there with our furbaby 🐶 Thank you, ABC for the one-of-a-kind family vacation experience 😉

I am only rating the restaurant, which you can access even if you are not a staying in. The food is very good and still offered at a reasonable price. Highlight for the lobster, perfectly cooked and blended well with the seasoning. Besides, the service is excellent and the staff is attentive to your needs and preferences. As for the cocktails I would recommend the Hurricane with notes of spices and pineapple! The view on the sea is really beautiful too.

Stayed for 4D3N the place is amazing! Beautiful paradise. The staff are so nice as well. The food in the restaurant: WORLD CLASS! Delicious. I’d highly recommend Amihan Beach Cabanas Resort! MJ square and the market is just around the corner. 1min walk.

Amihan was a paradise and the perfect place for rest and relaxation. It definitely is the best resort in the whole Bantayan Island. The staff were very very friendly and accommodating especially in the restaurant and bar area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff care about the comfort and well being of the customers. The food and drinks were delicious. We loved our stay in Amihan and I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Amihan the staff was fantastic and accommodating and the place itself was clean and well organized. Reason I am giving this a 4 stars instead of 5 is that for the amount you are paying for this resort I really wished it could have been more private instead of having other people from nearby places walk around the beach front. Amihan is one of my favorite places in bantayan, I only wish it had more customer privilege privacy and exclusivity.

It’s quite adorable moments. The beach is properly nice for a stroll and each conveniences are well arranged, set. A bit pricey but it worth. I recommend here for a special refreshment. Also all staffs are kind all the time with a smile.

10/10 Near the coastline. Accomodating personnel. From the Port till u get to the resort. A very relaxing place. In my perspective they got the BEST spot in Santa Fe. This is also near to the bars/restaurant and loads of stall souveniers/clothes/ ATM(PNB ATM only)so i suggest to take enough cash with you because not all the time the ATM is working. Better booked it 1 to 2 months before u want to visit because they only have 7 CABINS if im not mistaken. So everyday they are fullybooked. They are also offering Land Tour and Island Hopping😁. All in all its one of our best travel

It was the relaxation we've been waiting for. The landscape of the resort is well-designed. It is small which we preferred to lessen the crowd noise. It is facing the beautiful torquoise sea. The staffs are very friendly. The food was great but a little pricey. The stay came with breakfast that we enjoyed since we ate while watching the sea and the goers at the bay. The only thing concerned me is the trash near to the entrance of the resort. I hope hope they have a proper dump site instead of just throwing it at the side. Don't get me wrong, the whole experience was great, it was just not so appealing when you see trash coming in to the resort.

Superb location. Impeccable rooms. Impressive service. Walking distance to the center of Sta. Fe. Rooms were spacious, classy, and artsy. Clearly, the management put so much attention to detail and it shows in the design and furniture pieces throughout the resort. The food was *chef's kiss*. Huge portions and tasty too. Overall a great place to stay. Value for money indeed.

Superb! ☺️ From accommodation to staff services, food, drinks, location, beach, pool and the resort in general - everything was perfect. Its like our home away from home. We stayed at the family room and i just love the private space and lounge we have. Loved every single bit of it. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Assisted us in going to virgin island as well. The pool and bar are an amazing addition in the resort. Its just perfect! Highly recommended! Suggestions: If its possible to somehow soundproof the family room or find a way to reduce noise as its closer to the street and other nearby resorts. The night noise disrupts sleep even people talking down the road are very audible inside the room and when someone is having music or karaoke nearby - its as if they were singing straight through our ears. Also would be great to have like a foot wash next to the stairs prior going up the family room to wash away the sands and avoid bringing it upstairs. Overall - still superb!

Sandbags made from rice sacks made into a sea wall looks disgusting. the mayor of santa fe should take a walk along the beach one day and see how terrible it looks and have it removed. It ruins the beautiful beach.

the location is superb; very accessible!! the staff were accomodating and friendly; they will give you a mini tour of the entire area when you arive and they also give out complimentary drinks. rooms were great and the breakfast was good. definitely one of the best resorts on the island ❤ would recommend!!

  • 4/5 David J. 8 months ago on Google
I'd have to give the place 3.5 stars, but I chose 4 instead of 3. The good--Really good food but pricey for the area. Even better is they don't mess with you bringing outside food in. Location- there is a bar that is very close to the place that blasts music on the weekends (when we were there). Its off the street but very, very secure. A rooster woke us up both mornings. Beach- what beach? not much of a beach, don't plan on doing much swimming, but but the limited beach they have there is really set off nice. Price- I've noticed this place goes for $200+ and I would never pay that for it. We got a good deal via a web app for much cheaper. Shower- not too bad. Cleanliness- A++ Service- AWESOME Major turn off- we got hammered with mosquitos at night in our bed. Woke up with 3 bites.

Unsafe Resort! Most of our stay at Amihan Beach Cabanas was pleasant, but I would recommend against visiting here as the owners are negligent to guest safety. The last day of our stay was marred by my partner’s foot going through their pool’s decking! The deck seemed weathered with exposed nails and small gaps, but clearly it’s no longer sturdy. After I organized first aid care for her bleeding foot (no one officially trained, ad hoc effort), the resort was at least decent enough to shuttle and pay for proper wound dressing and a tetanus shot from the local clinic, but who wants to deal with that on vacation? Upon returning to the resort and checking out, I was appalled to find hours later they had not even blocked off the poolside deck but merely fit the compromised wood back in place (as well as left the bloodstained cushion). It’s probably still like that. I warned the other guests before leaving and told off management. There are a lot of resorts competing on this island for your vacation. I suggest choosing one that isn’t negligent to safety. Make sure they have replaced the unsafe pool deck entirely if you still choose to book here.

Amihan Beach Cabanas in Cebu City is a true tropical haven. Everything about our stay, from the awesome location to the clean rooms, friendly staff, stunning sunsets, and tasty food, was absolutely fantastic. Amihan Beach Cabanas is perfectly located right on the beach in Cebu City, providing a tranquil escape from the city buzz. You can't beat the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze at your doorstep. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The sunsets here are incredible. Every evening, we were treated to a mesmerizing display of colors as the sun set over the horizon. You can enjoy this breathtaking sight from the beach, your room, or the restaurant. In a nutshell, Amihan Beach Cabanas in Cebu City offers a perfect location, clean and fresh rooms, welcoming staff, stunning sunsets, and delicious food. It's the ideal place to relax and make wonderful memories. We can't wait to return!

Amihan Beach Cabanas in Cebu City is a tropical paradise. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and we had a cabana with a mini pool facing the beach, where we enjoyed afternoon cocktails. The staff at Amihan Beach Cabanas is outstanding. They made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived, always ready to help and offer a warm welcome. The food here is a real treat. The restaurant serves up fantastic dishes, from fresh seafood to local specialties. We loved every meal. Our cabana had a mini pool facing the beach, and it was pure luxury. We spent our afternoons sipping cocktails by the pool, soaking in the stunning beach view. In summary, Amihan Beach Cabanas is a perfect getaway with great staff, delicious food, and cabanas that provide a slice of paradise. We had an incredible time, and this place is a must-visit for those seeking a relaxing beach experience.

Loved Amihan. Close to walk into town. Beautiful views and white sand beach. The setting for the bar and restaurant is perfect. Tricycles are waiting outside to take you wherever you want to go. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean. If you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night be aware there is very loud music from next door until 11pm. Amihan kindly provided earplugs but they didn't much difference.

For our March 2023 vacation; our experience was perfect and if ever I'll be back soon, I will always consider the place due to the whole package it has within Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island. My wife's aunt has said that it was really perfect for her. Despite the deepwell smell of the water, we were still able to understand due to Amihan season. Music in the place is great too. Thanks for the great hospitality and for the staffs also that have recognized me and my wife as returning guests. More power to the Amihan Team / Management. P.S. They got really good mix cocktails and food. 👌

Amihan is splendid in its ambiance. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, genuinely warm and friendly. I received a welcome note written by the resort’s supervisor. Everyone in the resort wears this beautiful smile and are sincerely polite. The sound they play fills the resort with a calming and relaxing mood. Amihan is paradise !!!!

Just 6 mins from the port. Resort had limited no. of rooms fronting the beach which was great since it wasnt crowded. Food was nice... a bit pricey if you'll be eating there the whole time. Range was from 400 to 500 per head per meal. Food was totally worth its price though. But if you prefer cheaper price, there were lots of restos just a few meters outside the resort. Not much water activities. But if you just plan to relax and chill by the beach, this is the place to be.

An absolute gem of a place! Stayed there with a friend to unwind and relax, pretty much a lazy beach getaway and we were delighted by our stay! The beach was such a delightful surprise, full of marine life! We didn’t get to see any other part of Bantayan because we were just too happy lounging around. The staff were lovely especially Miss Hazel, such an amazing service from her every morning when we’d come get our included breakfast. The menu was great but we stayed there for 5 days so we were kinda bored but the same food after day 3 lmao but you know what Gordon Ramsay say, a short menu means guaranteed fresh ingredients. We stayed at Cabana 7 and it was perfect because it’s kinda hidden by plants so you get much more privacy than others, someone posted about a mouse problem and I can confirm that. We didn’t see it but we did hear it at night and we saw its droppings, it didn’t really bother us but if you are sensitive to this, maybe request to not be put there or something. Rooms include everything you will need for your stay (soaps, shampoo & bottled water) and I love that there’s a clothes line on the side of the cabanas, very well thought out on their part. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Lovely stay. Rooms were very cozy with all the necessary amenities provided. Service was great, the employees were very nice and approachable. The food was probably the best part, everything we tried was very delicious. My compliments to the chef! I was not very fond of it being so close to the port, our view was consistently the ferry ships traveling back and forth. But there was a sandbar at a close walking distance. The water from our shower smelled of rust and the water from the bathroom sink felt like sea water.

Beautiful location and well designed/modern bungalows!!! If you want to wake up to a beautiful blue ocean just steps from your front door this is the place! Each bunglow offers a private 2 person shaded beach lounger which we spent all day in! Perfection! Only 7 bungalows in this resort so you must book in advance, unfortunately we could only stay 1 night in this lovely place. I was very impressed with the design of the rooms, very clean, modern bathrooms and shower head. Comfortable bed and pillows. I absolutely loved my stay here but if I was to complain about anything it would be the noise at night is rather annoying, since the cabanas are located just down the street from MJ Square the bars are rather loud and disrupt your evening relaxing time. I enjoyed the breakfast they offered with fresh brewed coffee and fresh fruit and eggs but I've got to say everything else I've ordered has been very disappointing. Im soley giving Amihan a 4 star because of the food. Otherwise it would certainly deserve the 5 stars!!!

I love this Cabana! The staff were all very friendly, polite, and accommodating. They had quite good range of breakfast options (English and Filippino style) that runs from 7am to 5pm! Never heard such thing breakfast ends at 5pm, that's amazing! Service was excellent throughout. When one of our group struggled to ride the motorbike we hired from them, they were able to get us a tour package with immediate departure to virgin island. Only a few negatives: our room had many mosquitos, but they provided us with mozzie spray and mosquito net in the room. I know they can't control that problem so it was fine. Also it can get loud at night with the music in the bars nearby, but that's also something the hotel can't do. They do provide you with earplugs in the room. Overall a group of 4 of us enjoyed our stay! It's nice to have sandy beach rather than concrete or cliff like in other hotels. We were glad we spent our 5 nights there, instead of staying in another island as the beach was clear and clean in this hotel.

(Translated by Google) The surroundings and the beaches are a paradise. But it is not worth the tortuous 4 hours (3 by car + 1 by ferry) from the airport to the bamboo camp. In addition to the roosters and the wifi that everyone already says, the staff is not welcoming or close, except for two girls who were somewhat friendly, because if it is because of the boss ... By the way, they increase you 5% in credit card payments. Both on the way out and on the way back you realize the poverty and misery that exists in the Philippines. Finally, ATTENTION in June and July that rainy season and typhoons. We have been lucky, but by the hair.
