The worst experience in my life, the prices are exaggerated not specified and not written on list, you have to pay only by cash, they say prices in the first and after the service they say another price, you have to ask them to write it on paper to be sure that you will pay the exact amount. The owner told an inappropriate words about me in the salon, and once they received the note and comment I added on Google, the business wrote wrong things about me. Please be careful. No respect on place and in Google map.

Bad quality work only 3 days after i colored my hair and i just realized the hair stylist didnt not cover all my root greys. What a horrible job. It was so expensive. Not all people Were getting the same service treatment. Some customers are getting special attention and better quality service even though I was paying more. I think there should be a little more organization for those who have already booked an appointment, it felt like a zoo where there were a lot of ladies all at once. For the kind of money I paid I don't need to worry about my turn or who's doing my hair .. I'm not going back there ever again

It was the worse experience in my life....the saloon is not profeional and even they don't deserve one star...I respect marwa and the staff but honestly they are not expert in doing a simple hair style..I went to the saloon to do make up and hair style ..the makeup was less than normal any saloon can do better than it and the hair style was horrible..I don't recommend it at all..don't let the social media picture fool you ..

My mother did a facial which was over priced at 1500tl.. when she went back home she still had black heads that she cleaned easily by herself.. Also, there were students trying to learn with the lady doing the facial.. a facial is supposed to be relaxing not 4 people talking above your head. In addition we had paid the normal price.. if we weren’t going to get the normal relaxing service why did we pay the same price?

I have been their customer for 2 years especially with protein treatment. everytime i go they surprise me with an unreasonable price. There is no clear way of calculating their cost for the clients. On the website, its mentioned that protein starts from 3,500 tl for short hair. My hair is medium length and they asked me for 11,000 tl which is more than x3 the cost of short hair!!!!!! After a lot of negotiations and mentioning that i am their customer they went down to 8,800 tl which is still more than x2! I went out of the salon and did in another salon for less than half the price they asked for and im really happy with the material and professionalism i received in the other salon. I am very disappointed with the way they decide the price, they lost a loyal customer of 2 years and they lost my instagram follow. It will be the last time i visit this place 👎🏻

My bride had a very bad experience with the owner of this salon, despite the exaggerated prices and bad treatment, the result was frustrating and unsatisfactory. Definitely not recommend

Quite disappointing.. Tried their old place, and now this one! For the second time, I regret spending all the money here.. Place is way better than before.. However services are definitely below expectations!!! Especially if you keep prices in mind!! Very high prices.. Talking about customer service, disappointing as well.. if you are willing to spend over 200 dollars on your hair, then you are looking for a unique experience and a certain standard.. they are definitely failing in this.. They were quite pushing and unfriendly.. Hygiene should be taken care off better as well.. In short, not recommended..

Very bad treatment. Was asked to pay before even starting the service. They were very rude and dismissive. Don’t go if you don’t want to be treated like trash.

Overpriced. My sister did protein for hair, they charged her 3000 tl although her hair is not long. She said her credit machine is not working and she asked us to transfer the money for her. Later we realized that she doesn’t want to pay tax for the credit machine services! But overall experience was not bad.

I came all the way from the US to do my hair and make up for my graduation photo session, their location is amazing and easy to get to, services are very good and professional along with their products for hair and skin care. You get to do facial and hair consultations to see what exactly you need to do before doing anything. I definitely recommend this place

Very good and professional people. Came with my mom and a family member in Dec 2022 to do cut and colouring. The workers were very very kind and respectful. And the results were amazing. The only reason why I am giving this place a 4 stars because I believe that this salon is only for ladies, and a lot of customers and workers wear a hijab (the head scarf). during our service a delivery man walked in and another man came in with his wife. I was hoping someone warned us so we can cover our hair. I suggest that there is a door bell or something and the workers who open the door for customers so no men can come in by their own without permission. Other than that everything was perfect. FYI: i was there on Dec 15, 2022 between 1 to 6 pm Thanks

I visited Marwa in December 2022 and it was the best decision i’ve ever made. I dyed my hair to blonde and whenever someone sees me, they ask me where did you do your hair. Very nice service and highly recommended.

I love the place and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional 🌸. I’ve done different things from Lazer to hair treatment. Everything was amazing. Thank you Marwa and her beautiful staff.
