Beautiful small cafe on a calm street, very near to galata tower. The guy that took the order was really friendly and nice. I ordered avocado omelette and croissant with Nutella. Food looked great and tasted great. Lil expensive but that’s expected.

Incredible food! One of the best avocado toasts I’ve ever had. All breakfasts in Istanbul are the same, while this one is supe unique. Owner and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. (Get the toast with mustard!)

Officially my everyday favorite cafe/restaurant experience in Istanbul!! The menu options are so healthy, the food is made with such high quality ingredients, and the amount of food served is just right. To top it off, the positive energy and hospitable service of the staff makes me want to come here everyday. Thank you to the staff for making us feel we have friends and a new home to have our meals.

The good place with a large selection of breakfasts. I didn't have time to take pictures of the food because I ate it quickly🥰 But it's very tasty and varied. Pleasant and courteous service.

The best breakfast we've had during our 3 months in Istanbul. Excellent vegan and veg food options (including soy / almond milk coffees). The vegan breakfast (pictured) with fresh sourdough was incredible ❤️ The space is lovely, the owners are friendly, and the service is fast. Highly highly recommended for breakfast or brunch.

I was with a friend in September in Istanbul. We found this cafe through Tripadvisor. Although we had a breakfast hotel, we went there for breakfast. And we did not regret it! Anyone who loves avocado (and not only) and appreciates good service, I recommend this cafe. All dishes are fresh and tasty, the portions are large. But the main enrichment of this place is its employees. The guys are so nice, polite, they always smile. In general, go to this cafe, you will not regret it!!!

Have been coming back here for 3 years and counting. Nice touch to each of the item in the menu. This is one of those places where you can try new age Echo Park style breakfast and dinner meals. Lots of home made beverages and a couple of super traditional grandma meals. Loved it. Try it out if you're in the area.

I came back THREE TIMES! To have a giant healthy breakfast plus fresh pressed juice for under $10 usd — I was obsessed! It couldn’t be more perfect or delicious. Great music, service, staff and of course food. The toasted sourdough bread, ripe avocados and everything else…. Maybe I should go back one more time before my flight! Thank you!! As someone traveling Europe there last 4 months, it was a treat to have these breakfasts that reminded me of home.

Such a cozy little place! The breakfast & brunch options were plenty, although in today's economy I can't say if they were expensive or not 😅 It is a small place with a bunch of tables so you might have to wait a bit (we were early so we got lucky) but the staff is really friendly and helpful. I had the breakfast wrap and my friend had the gluten free pancakes with dill. They were both delicious and we were quite satisfied 😇

Cosy little place with delicious breakfast options and more, if you’re up for something not traditional Turkish. Cute avocado toasts, omelets, vegetarian options. The food looks really nice, and tasted even better, the portions are huge, and the coffee is tasty. It’s a bit pricy, more expensive than other coffee places, but definitely worth it.

On one of the quieter streets so slightly away from the hustle and bustle hence gave it a lower atmosphere score, else the restaurant itself was great inside. The team were very attentive, but for me personally the prices didn’t justify the food or atleast the option I went for (turkey sandwich). Other options looked lovely like the avocado and egg. So perhaps depending on your choice it’s definitely more visually appealing. But is on the pricier side. Eg £10-£15 per person (300-450 lira per person).

The service is top notch, the waiter and the barista both have a great attitude and make the experience very pleasing. The food service was fast and the quality and taste of the dishes was as expected or above. It was a nice breakfast after eating Turkish food food in the morning for more than 2 weeks. Very refreshing option. Arian with mint, americano and cappuccino were excellent. Prices are a little above average for the area, but definitely worth the extra bucks.

Really love this place, their breakfast/brunch is on another level! And most importantly, super healthy! This is my second time here one year later, I was surprised to see how they maintained their quality across all their platters. Their coffee is also another thing I come for, they have one of the best coffee baristas in town!

Very fresh ingredients, excellent dishes - vegan and egg both. We had the vegan breakfast (platter - pic) and dil pancakes (super yummy and fluffy). And gluten free. Nice place near Galata Tower. Had breakfast here, traditional Turkish breakfast with a little touch of the Occident. They have also vegan healthy food. Nice music, familiar to foreigners. Cosy and intimate, you can eat inside or outside, go there even for just a cup of coffee/ tea. A little expensive for Istanbul, but worth trying it if in the neighborhood.

Had breakfast here our first morning in Istanbul, and had to keep going back because it was so good (and conveniently walkable from our AirBnb) Family of 6, all of us - including the 10 yr old - loved the food, ambiance, and friendly staff. Big portions, delicious and fresh food, and a really cute space. Highly recommend the fresh juices (my sis and I were big fans of the apple/celery), cortados, avocado dream, both the regular and vegan breakfast plates, and the croissants. 👍

My friend and I saw the pictures on Google and we HAD to come! The place is tiny but very cozy (and there's a cat ❤️)! The Avocado Dream is unique, very tasty with lots of veggies. It was really good, but I think they can still make it better, add a signature secret something that would make it even tastier. The Mocha was also very good. Super recommended for breakfast if you're in Galata.

I'm usually a person who appreciates good food and dining experiences, but this visit unfortunately left me unhappy. To begin with, the pricing was high for what was provided. I was charged 10€ for a simple serving of three fried eggs with sun turkey. Secondly, the cleanliness of the utensils left much to be desired. My fork was not clean. The situation only deteriorated when my colleague discovered a hair in his meal. Mistakes can happen, of course, and we do understand that, but it's how those errors are handled that makes all the difference. Instead of a sincere apology and an attempt to rectify the situation, the staff simply removed the meal and rather thoughtlessly offered a tea as an apology. The handling of this incident was completely unprofessional and unfortunately soured the whole dining experience for us. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

A small and modern cafe restaurant on a peaceful street far away from Galata Tower. The service was very welcoming and described certain dishes. The avocado toast was unique incorporating cream cheese reminding me more a bagel, though very tasty. I also had a rice porridge soup which was delicious and unlike any other soup I've had before. The music also set a relaxed mood. Come stop by if you're in the area!

Very cute cafe with excellent breakfast. We ordered the avocado dream, gluten free dill pancakes, breakfast wrap and green toasted sandwich. We also got the mocha with Turkish coffee. They have vegetarian and vegan options and even remade my coffee because I didn’t realize it came with regular milk. Portion sizes are generous and they boxed our leftovers for us to take home. Slightly pricey but worth it for the delicious food, great friendly service & cute atmosphere.

We picked this place based on the reviews which were pretty high. After walking over from our hotel and seeing it, I was a little disappointed because it seemed like a teeny little place with not much going on. The menu seems pretty straightforward still, we were starved so I ordered an egg burrito, it turned out to be so good! We also had a fresh juice which was delicious. Super cute place, great food, great service by Karam :)

We ordered x2 avocado dreams and it was mainly raw vegetables and fruit with it. They gave us old bread at first which was not toasted. The dish missed a lot of flavors and was quite fade. Would recommend using more spices and lemon / salt pepper. The coffee was not great either so we were disappointed for the price we paid. 45 euros for two dishes, two juices and two coffees. Would be cheaper and better back in Europe.

The atmosphere is quite nice, it is on a quiet street, basically perfect for a Sunday late breakfast. The service is quite nice, the staff is nice and attentive. The food was okay, we had the mushroom toast and the turkey toast. Both were very very oily. They tasted nice, but it felt too greasy/oily. And the other important point, is that this place is quite overpriced. The prices don’t reflect the quantity/quality you are getting. However, it is a fairly touristic place so I don’t blame them :D

  • 4/5 Celine H. 3 years ago on Google
We had breakfast take away from this place a day ago. The homemade granola was good and the quantity generous. However regarding the traditional breakfast, we were disappointed as for the price (50 TL not including eggs) we would have expect a bit more attention to details : the breakfast was mainly composed of cheese and one was not fresh enough. There was peanut butter, honey, and tomatoe/pepper spread, some cut tomatoes...the only highlight was the homemade sourdough bread and the coffee that were actually good.

  • 3/5 Mircea-Andrei A. 3 years ago on Google
I think the strength and quality of the coffee should be better. We had 3 different coffee's and they were all too weak for our taste. For example, the espresso didn't have the "cream" texture and had the texture and taste of a "watery" coffee. The brownie was good though.

  • 2/5 Tasha R. 3 years ago on Google
Surprisingly the worst breakfast in Istanbul so far. The toast bread wasn’t toasted, and wasn’t good, avocado on it was blackened in many spots, and the turkey was from the cheap variety from the pack. Even omelettes, which are always excellent in Turkey, were bad. The fresh squeezed juice they brought had very milky color and consisted of 99% foam. I wanted the usual one. But instead the whole staff, including owners tried to explain me that this is how juice is supposed to be, you just need to stir it a lot, and I’m being unreasonable. It all was very passive aggressive, awkward and plain rude. Strange experience.

My experience in this place was a disgrace. After few weeks in Istanbul I can certainly say that the service and value for money, almost didn't exist in this place. The "Vegan Breakfast" was basically a not-ripe-avocado, and few cubes of vegan cheese. The rest were some small dips, and green garnishes. I had to get up and ask for bread that didn't arrive with it (again, very very small portion) it looked very sad on the table. Maybe I could have overlooked, and not write this review, but ALL the dishes came from the kitchen in different times, it was agonising!!! the 3 of us had to wait in order to eat together. I left the place hungry and embarrassed that I convinced my 2 friends to eat there. Very sad start of our weekend

(Translated by Google) A place that appeals to both your stomach and eyes and where you feel very comfortable in the touristic Galata area. A place where you will be a regular and an Istanbul gentleman like Okan Bey welcomes you. We tried everything on the menu, we liked them all. I send my thanks and love to them again. It was a small and pretty place which served really delicious Manti. The breakfast itself was rather disappointing, but that's maybe just my opinion. If you're lucky, you'll have a chance to meet some really cute pugs here.

The Avocado Dream and the vegatarian Manti was mediocre. They took 1 hour and 20 minutes to bring our food and there was not a lot of people. I think people only came here because of the pictures, but the pictures are better than the actual food itself. The egg on the Avocado Dream was so runny. I’m not sure if other people prefer that, but it ruins the taste of the avocado for me. Not worth the price.

The vibe is the best thing about this little restaurant. It’s very hipster and if you like that vibe then you should go. The food is good but pricey so go for the vibe and chill while you drink your coffee and eat some massive croissants!

Really good food! I had the (huge) granola bowl (homemade and seriously delicious) and the avocado/mustard/cream cheese toast. All delicious. Nice spot but only a few tables outside in the street. Super nice staff but the service was long even if not many people.

I had the avocado toast and a cappuccino. I enjoyed both. A curious thing happened though. The wait staff removed the cutlery pack from my table while I was still eating. I didn’t need the extra knife in there of course, but it was somewhat strange that they did that, without saying anything.

Nice all vegan place to try traditional Turkish foods - we had the Turkish ravioli, kebab and spinach pastry which were all really nice. The staff are really nice and friendly too. Their are cute cats that hang out in the day (similar to most places in Istanbul)

😠 This place is extremely overrated, not even worth it, the food is salty like it’s out of the ocean, greasy and the meat quality is very poor, speed of service and restaurant are acceptable but the food and value for money are out of the window. They have either fatty meat or okay meat with liver pie...

😠 Located on Istiklal Street in Istambul, offers a large terrace with a lovely view on the Bosphorus straight (on a distance though). It was windy and heating was off.
