Great location, 5 min walk from buses to both Istanbul and Sabiha airports. Great host Anas, showed us rooms and gave directions to get to the bus. Room was on the ground floor with a window. Clean and spacious (considering other hotel rooms in Istanbul at the same price). We stayed over night in winter, was cold at first, but AC was working well and heated up temp to normal in no time. Had a kitchen with a teapot, working table, etc. Kingsize bed was okay. Bedding, sheets and covers could be newer but it’s not a 5 star hotel. Aside from one flickering light every appliance worked just fine. Instructions in EN, Turkish and Arabic langs.

Staff in office was so kind and nice, its location is quite close to Taksim. Also, the room was good enough and moved by its cleaning service. I wish I had left a small amount of tip. :(

Great hotel, very comfortable and spacious rooms, the apartment was cleaned three times a week, which is very good. Clean bed linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a small stove, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Good water pressure in the shower and it was always hot. Good wi-fi. The maid speaks a little English, the owner is very friendly and kind, I was very satisfied. There is a bus stop close by where you can get to the airport without a transfer, there are cafes, coffee shops and stores nearby. Thank you very much♥️

The hotel managers, Anas and Ahmad were super helpful, they were amazing, always approachable. However unfortunately the cleaner who serviced the rooms, wasn’t very good. Her cleaning wasn’t up to the standards and her attitude was the worst part, she didn’t speak English and every time we asked her to do something she would start complaining in Arabic, I have never come across anyone like her before, she made it look like that we were forcing her to do the cleaning without her wanting it, so if I was to rate the hotel housekeeping on its own, I will only give it a one star or no star at all. Other downside was the hotel location in Taksim, which unfortunately it wasn’t located on the nice side of taksim, very bad neighbourhood with a lot of rubbish out of the bins that you needed to avoid when walking.

Rooms are ok and have everything you need for a sleepover stay. Kind regards to super nice host. Location is superb.

A little bit expensive and crowded at night. The manager (Mr Anas) was so nice and friendly. The location is nearby the Taksim square which is nice if you’re a visitor in turkey.

Wonderful place great staff

In general our stay was not bad, the host was very helpful and understanding. However, the rooms were quite old and dirty, our table broke the first day, the whole feeling was not very fresh there. Washing machine is not in the room, you should go downstairs and wait for your turn, washing machines and air conditioners had also some issues. The cleaning lady wasn't really cleaning, some days she comes, some doesn't...unfortunately she also couldn't speak any English. The location is great though, but can be noisy at night, because other neighbors came back to room very late and any sound from the corridor was heard. It would be nice if there was a rule of not making noise after 23.00 at least. But thank you to the hosts again, they tried their best to cooperate.

I've stayed here for a week and i highly recommend this place. The owner is very nice and helpful. The lady that cleans is very nice and does a good job. The location is great. A few minute walk to Taksim square, bus stops, and the Metro. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Being able to do laundry is a huge plus as well. Prices are fair and you have everything you need.

First of all, we booked the duplex (me and my husband SB) and it was very spaced out , well working air conditioning , all cutlery and amenities available including the hair dryer and amazingly they had a washer, detergent and dryer which I had no issues using at any time of the day. The cleaning lady was also very kind and welcoming, in our interactions with her (used Google translate to help as she speaks Arabic). The best thing about this place however was the owner whom is very polite, considerate and informative and helpful. He was amazing and he does well running this place. No qualms about this place and the welcome we received was very highly appreciated. If I ever return to Istanbul would book again. You can't get this sort of service and politeness at just any hotel.

Dirty,very old and all stuffs were damaged and some of them not working same as hair dryer , very very Loud noise from 2 mosques and you can’t sleep at night

First of all , the noise from mosque was frustrating , the building was really old and the rooms too. Nothing like it’s photos , they are from maybe 4-5 years ago. Not clean at all. The dishes was really old. The blanket was for 1 person although our room was double . It needs serious renovation. The location was not bad generally.near taxim and busy at night.
