I have been in many branches of this restaurant and I like the food and the atmosphere BUT this branch of midpoint mall of İstanbul is the worst experience. Very bad service . Staff are not welcoming . I had been asking to take my order for 20 mins exactly and they kept saying ok now coming but never come even though the restaurant is not even half occupied . I can clearly say that staff there are so Racist to foreign people especially to Arab .

Great food and friendly staff, the service could be faster

Everytime I go to Istanbul I make sure I go eat at midpoint. Yummy and varied food with reasonable price. I tried mushroom stake and sweet and sour chicken and they taste very good. The waiters are friendly and have good English. Highly recommended.

Honestly just another mall resturant, we ordered salad and main plates and all came at once ! Taste was good, I wouldn’t say something superior, but the place look nice and very clean!

This Turkish chain is a good one to visit. Menu is extensive and the food is good. It's very much casual dining, and it's well placed in a mall setting. Service was quick and attentive. Servers were friendly. My colleague and I shared the nachos starter. My colleague had a burger for her main course and I had the pierogies, which are new to the menu. All tasted fine, but be forewarned, the pierogies are more like ravioli (it's basically pasta dough, rather than pierogi dough). I was fine with it.

I went there with my family and tbh it was so good!! The food was great , the service wasn’t the best , they kinda mad idk why but overall it was amazing

Normal food but high price... In other restaurants, the amount of food on the plate is more... Normal service... I didn't like it at all...!

The food took a long time to be served, we waited more than 40 minutes!! servants were so mean and disrespectful.. if I can give them 0 stars, I would.

The waiter service is very very slow , and we waited very long time to be served . Although the restaurant in not full at all . Only few tables were occupied. Won’t come again although the food was very good

This is the only place in Istanbul where you can drink alcohol. There are no menus - you have to scan QR code from the table to see dishes but no WiFi in the restaurant and for foreigner is almost impossible to order. The taste is good but nothing special.

Nice place as a Cafe and restaurant with a good cuisine but alittle bit expensive.

i enjoy coming here for breakfast. and I love their outdoor seating in mall of istanbul.

Sit down and keep on waiting forever with the waiters avoiding eye contact because, god forbid, you may order something! I’ve been here many times, and it’s mediocre food with abysmal service.

The waiter came u informed and took our order by Memorizing it ! Didnt write it down, at the time of delivery the food came Completely wrong and claimed it was what we ordered, then delayed reordering the correct dishes for another 25 minutes, manager never showed up whatsoever and overall behavior and attitude was BAD very bad that they really need to behave to get customers next time, lack of hospitality, we felt by their rude behavior they just wanted to kick us out, typical behavior here in turkey !...

I really like Midpoint, I normally look for midpoint branch when I want to eat outside, so the food is great as always, but this branch has lack of organization, waiters weren’t helpful, you have to ask hundred times if you need something while it wasn’t so crowded. I definitely don’t come back to this branch anymore
