First of all, rooms are very clean and new, beds are comfortable and location is great. Malls, restaurants, fast foods, coffee shops are all around hotel. They changed our bed sheets and towels every other day, and added soaps and shampoos when needed. Food in hotel is delicious, there are all sorts of so you don't have to worry at all. Overall, very nice and affordable hotel.

The location is fine but the reception and the room is not so fine. The room it's beds are old and the cleaner never cleans the floor and toilet. They change only the towels. Even if you stay ovey two weeks she will never change your bed sheet. Secondly we asked the reception about the tv remote and they say to you it is in the room and they exact know that it is not. And if you say to them we can't find they say in 10 mins we will come. If they say 10 minutes just know it is forever. In the night water comes from the air-conditioning and we informed them. After struggle one man came and did it something. And the next day the water came. The wifi is just artificial and name I think you can understand. I don't recommend.

It was a very bad experience. We booked a family room for me and my family of four beds. However, we only received three beds when we arrived. Upon asking, he replied that the large room was reserved and could be available to you the next day, knowing that we made a reservation and paid the entire amount. After I refused the small room He used profanity and said there was no room, so we called the police, and when the police arrived, he refused to tell them the truth, but after I told him I would tell them, he told them the truth, and the police officer asked me to accompany them to establish a formal investigation with the hotel employee, but my children started crying, so it was difficult for them. The hotel isn't recommended

It's very good hotel and there is delicious breakfast in the Monring. But it's wifi connection on the bed area is quite worst and can not access the signal properly. For making calls and using internet your have to come to door which was very bad. Rest of the things are appreciable.

Myself and a friend stayed here during Rugby World Cup. The staff were friendly and professional. It's located yards from Metro and there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Also the fact that we beat South Africa was an added bonus.😊

I stayed there one night, it was comcortable and the location is near lofs of places. It can be choosen to stay. The room was clear, yiu can eat limitless.

I don’t know how the stars are given to hotels, but this hotel was disappointing. The room was wet and the walls were ruined. I don’t know if they wash the pillows and blankets but they didn’t seem clean. The walls between the rooms are so thin and the sounds of the other rooms were annoying. Consider that they have something like 15 rooms in each floor! The breakfast was ok. Different variety of foods were offered. It was very crowded even in low-season. The location is ok and the hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. The reception was ok and helped me.

Rooms are in need of renovation , hotel is big and there aren’t enough housekeeping workers, but service of the manager Dogan makes it all work . Definitely coming back , since room is not that big of a deal when in Istanbul

Worth the price but they took cash only and did not give any receipts when I asked for one. Would not accept credit cards. Acoustics in the rooms is just great you can easily hear the person in the next room moaning if you have problem with that it’s not a place for you. They serve breakfast and dinner which is included in the price.

Rooms are dirty, floors never cleaned and hair everywhere. A lot of my things went missing over the days spent here. The breakfast is inedible so it's better to pay for food instead of trying to eat here. Power and water go out all of the time so you just sit there in the dark. Because your things go missing, you can't trust the staff to clean the room but even if you put the don't disturb sign they will go in your room anyway.

Rooms are clean and location is good but the breakfast is 👎🏻👎🏻 , at 9 o'clock there is no coffee either something sweet we didn't like at all moreover the WiFi is so low in rooms u can't even send a message . Hope they develop their services in the future
