In all honesty it is a very nice hotel. New hotel, excellent services. The girl in the reception and all the staff in the hotel are honestly very nice and friendly people. I booked two connected rooms with my wife and children. I really liked the hotel. They have breakfast to be paid separately. Breakfast is very great and at an excellent price they have a swimming pool. Honestly, no matter what I say, I will not be able to express my admiration for the hotel and the hotel services. I recommend him sincerely

Pro: - The room was awesome - 2 adults + 2 kids. - prices - near big shopping malls (I recommend Mall of Istanbul and 212 outlet) Cons: - front desk people understand English; rest of them, not. Poor communication, even they are kind. - water inside the pool was too cold; lack of bathrobes - breakfast was the same. Too many plates... Anyway, there is a mall (212 outlet) and other places where you can eat. Just near the hotel are 2 shops: one is selling a good baclava. - there is no parking space - you park on street or on sidewalk. - elevator in only up to 5th floor and hotel has 6 floors.

am very pleased with my experience at the hotel. Room had plenty of space, it was very clean, no problems regarding the temperature in the room, it was very pleasant. The receptionist Murat and his colleague Samez were very helpful and very kind.

Highly recommend, nice view, soft check in and our ,suitable space, helpful staff specially when i forgot my wallet at patrol station one of the staff his name “murad “ he contacted with them to get my wallet and arrived at my country. i’m so grateful for the opportunity that made me choose “King city hotel”.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. There are outlets around so if you want to do shopping it is a good option but if you want to discover old Istanbul, it is pretty far because there is not a metro station close by.

The hotel is very nicely organized, clean and the staff very helpful. What amazed thought was the spa. Amazing service by the girls and a great massage. Highly recommend to visit it.

It is not a five star hotel but a pretty decent one. I have stayed in King City thrice already which speaks volume. And each time i request for a certain room, i get it, once not getting the room i requested i was given a better one for the same rate. See how this hotel values guests? The room may not be full-carpet but it is clean and neat. My downtown hotel. 👍

the 212 outlet mall is just 10 min walk away. Not very expensive but the hotel offers a lot of things. not very touristy and cheaper location. pool and the spa is very good. the massuese girls are very kind.

The front desk don't respect the people, and they have bad connection..

Rooms are nice, clean, spacious and with good amenities. But Service for the most part is very unfriendly and not suitable for English speaker guests.

Rooms are great and clean, service and hospitality is great too. You get great value for your money. The breakfast is very basic and you have to pay additional for coffee which is not included (50TL) The location was the only negative think for me as it's not close to a metro and it was hard to get a taxi. However, you have close shops and restaurants. And walking distance from 212 outlet mall. And minute away from mall of Istanbul.
