The hotel was very nice, brand new and comfortable which with the price is one the best options. The only thing is when you ask about the price make sure you pay the reservation otherwise the price will change according to euro.The staffs are very helpful and friendly especially the the young lady Noor Zeynep in restaurant. The breakfast is good and complete. One thing about the location you can walk to the city centre by walking in 30 minutes or take a taxi for 40 lira to the centre. Lastly we were very happy with rooms and cleanness our room was very big and beautiful.

Would give 5 but for a few things, i dont like to carry my phone when i dont have to but they only have Qr code menu. should always have options, so dont know why no normal menu? when bill is paper, wine menu is normal and accept cash. also feels stuck with useless preventive measures like plexi glass.

Hotel is very good. Personal is very friendly. Breakfasts are fine. I extended my booking for 1 more week. I paid in Turkish liras. When I tried to return the money they agreed but the terminal didn’t work with my card. Front desk supervisor suggested to send money by iban and told me that the bank will charge commission 30 euro. Next day I asked them to give me receipt for the the return transaction. I discovered that they sent the money in euro. But I paid in liras. And they didn’t notify me about it. So when I got money the bank converted it by the worst rate because iban was for non-euro currency. I lost 30 euro commission and 50 euro on conversion rate because their terminal and bank was not working properly and front desk supervisor didn’t notify me that the payment will be executed in euro.

Great service. Great rooms. Clean. Sauna was as described. Very hot. So nice to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Nearby is Hippo’s French Tacos. OMG.

A hotel that you would stay for an overnight, but not more than that, they dont understand that hospitality means to ensure guest satisfaction....they dont have iron boards and they would tell you hotel is full and take it from the room next door, excuse me, where does this happen???? Whatever you would request would stay pending for hours.....you have to call 3 to 4 times to remind...... althiugh you use the hotel app to make requests or call on the phone its the same thing they would take long time to respond.....

The room was nice and pretty well cleaned with convenience switches for the lights and for cleaning staff. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem I had with it is the rates for foreigners is theft. The display says 150 euro for one night. We paid less then that for 3 nights online in lira. Total rip off, they also display exchange rates that are 20% lower then the real rates. It would have been a scam for foreigners to stay there.

As a frequent traveller who has seen hundreds of 4+ star hotels around the world: One of the most 'classy' hotel experiences I've ever had. The quality of the service, professionalism, the food, politeness and courtesy of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility was spectacular.

This hotel is very classy and luxerious. Just stayed one night and had a late reservation. There is a parking place with a lot of places just beside the hotel. The lobby is wide and welcoming. The air and temperature are pleasent. The room are great. Lightning in the room, air conditioning, the bed with pillows, cleaning everything was good. If I would be picky they forgot the bathrobe🙂, and perhaps if you want a jacuzzi, but I did actuallt choose the standard room, so there might be one. There are gym, spa and so on that I did not try out. The restaurant is superb, really. The dinner was great and the breakfast bufe as well. And the orangejuice, which was extra but was worth every penny. The price is afordable, and if you visit the town of Eskişehir and want a luxerious hotel and spoil yourself this is the place. 👍

Excellent hotel, the rooms are modern and clean, really nice shower, outstanding restaurant with attentive staff. Private parking available.

This hotel was good but their price is high and breakfast is not included. Also we had a miniature dog and they got 10€ for that while most of the Hotels we went were free. Also Breakfast was included. But the hotel is very tidy very clean and quiet.

On our way back to Ankara we have decided to stay here. The reviews online have convinced us. Our welcome was very professional. An extra bed was provided for us as we are traveling with two young kids. The room is spacious and clean. Only downside is the noise from outside, as we are facing the main road. We went down for dinner. The food and service were excellent. Definitely recommend eating here. Breakfast was also good. Had a wide selection to choose from. Some items could have been fresh / hot though. But overall very good. Especially the service. Thank you. Will definitely choose this hotel again for later travels.

Location in a quiet neigbourhood, very clean, rooms size enough, good sauna, very small gym, amazing beakfast. Good experience for business trip.

Though my stay was brief, the staff at this hotel made me feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is truly exceptional.

Nothing about this hotel gives the 5star feeling. No concierge service- we were offered NO HELP AT ALL with our 4pieces of luggage both at checkin and checkout. Lobby has vending machines- like what 5star hotel has vending machines? Cold, cold, cold front desk staff- absolutely no greetings at all during my 2day stay. Not even an acknowledgment of my presence- which is in very stark contrast to the housekeeping staff who greeted us every day. Now to the room- basic, needs a lot of maintenance, rock hard bed, electric kettle didn’t work, curtains were coming off the rails. Honestly shame of a place, shame of 5stars because it doesn’t deserve even 1.

Hotel eco friendly and pet lover. We choose the hotel after getting a recommendation for it hammam.We met two kenyan ladies that were so kind and so professional we spent a good time in the hammam and massage but Unfortunately the whole area wasn’t clean, and the floor was so wet, so we were sliding, it was so dangerous. By the way The service was so good and the food was so delicious but unfortunately I was disappointed by the room isolation, we were so disturbed by our neighbor in the other room, the second day we couldn’t sleep and we woke up so early because of the noise,it was terrible..

I spent 2 nights, a very nice hotel. The service was just perfect and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. One small thing, I took dinner at restaurant and they get me paid the bottle of water even I didn't asked for water but it is OK. Thank you Park Dedeman Eskesehir and keep up the good services. Beautiful, very clean hotel! All of the staff were very friendly! Great for families- we had a baby's cot waiting for us in the room. Room was rather large. Great experience!
