The hotel itself was fine. It is in the city centre and very clean (in fact the cleaning staff were the friendliest and the reason this review is 3 stars and not 2). It is right next to a club, so I was kept up until midnight by the loud music. If you are looking for a quiet stay or need to conduct business, this probably isn't the best option as a result. The bed was very uncomfortable. My biggest drawback though were the reception staff who valued some guests and treated others very poorly. I noticed this happen to a few people while I waited for assistance.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel, the 1st one (almost 4 years ago) was good, comfortable with a good experience. However, this time, we were quite disappointed with the quality of our stay. We stayed at room 8008 (a king suite I guess). The room was outdated, which was not a big problem in terms of aesthetics but there was a water leakage in the bathroom. More, once you have a shower, there is no way that you cannot wet the toilet or the floor by design. The jacuzzi is very hard to climb up and down. The bathroom door was broken (see picture), the sink and faucet were worn down. The toilet is at a bad shape, the color black became pale which looks dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean, towels were also clean. We appreciate the efforts by the staff but that was not enough to make our stay enjoyable. If we were staying for 2 nights, we would be very unhappy to be honest. I understand that the price point is good but a suit room must be a signature room, which in this case was far from that

This was a high class place for sure. The rooms were luxurious and had all the amenities. A very modern establishment. However, I requested a non-smoking room and reminded the front desk person of that at check in. They assured me that the room was non-smoking. The room was definitely a smoking room and even had an ashtray on the table. The smell was uncomfortable for a non smoker like myself, but I was too tired to do anything about it. The area where the hotel is located had a lot of stray dogs that ran around in packs at night barking at everything and anything. The windows were not sealed so not much sleep for me.

Close to a bar and restaurant area. 20 minutes to walk for another good area with about 15 bars with live music. Close to the main road/highway. But you don't hear the streets as much as at most of the other hotels in that area. I just need to reduce one star due to some missing English speaking staff at the breakfast and sometimes missing healty cereals (only sweet). But thats complaining in a high level. Also what you can see from the pictures is not as bad as it may look like. But free stair for the case of emergency and access to the water would make sense. The itroduction video which is played everytime you enter the room was anoing because it was not possible to cut the energy supply for it. Also ist was mit necessary to change all of my towels. Pls try to save energy when guest don't put the towels to the ground.

Great service! The front desk is so friendly and accommodating. And the lobby smelled and looked so nice!

It was a pleasured stay , wonderful staff wonderful management . Rooms are extremely clean with 5 star service restaurants are also wonderful the huge plus was the parking lot directly across from the front door . I will for sure come back I will for sure recommend to be honest it’s a wonderful experience I’ve been to so many hotels in Turkey but this was one of the few that I enjoyed. Ejdder front desk guy made it better he spoke ok English ..

High quality furnishings, decor and appliances. Very high-tech system for room entry and for room service. Wifi was somewhat slow but reliable.

Free car park available in front of the hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Good for price-performance, walkable distance to attraction centers…

It is a good and clean business hotel in a practical location. Easy to park and comfortable rooms. Many restaurants, bars and public transportation in walking distance. Great value for money accommodation.
