This
was
our
2nd
stay
at
the
hotel,
the
1st
one
(almost
4
years
ago)
was
good,
comfortable
with
a
good
experience.
However,
this
time,
we
were
quite
disappointed
with
the
quality
of
our
stay.
We
stayed
at
room
8008
(a
king
suite
I
guess).
The
room
was
outdated,
which
was
not
a
big
problem
in
terms
of
aesthetics
but
there
was
a
water
leakage
in
the
bathroom.
More,
once
you
have
a
shower,
there
is
no
way
that
you
cannot
wet
the
toilet
or
the
floor
by
design.
The
jacuzzi
is
very
hard
to
climb
up
and
down.
The
bathroom
door
was
broken
(see
picture),
the
sink
and
faucet
were
worn
down.
The
toilet
is
at
a
bad
shape,
the
color
black
became
pale
which
looks
dirty.
The
bed
was
comfortable
and
clean,
towels
were
also
clean.
We
appreciate
the
efforts
by
the
staff
but
that
was
not
enough
to
make
our
stay
enjoyable.
If
we
were
staying
for
2
nights,
we
would
be
very
unhappy
to
be
honest.
I
understand
that
the
price
point
is
good
but
a
suit
room
must
be
a
signature
room,
which
in
this
case
was
far
from
that
