Total deception, Not recommended to Elite Wyndham members, very far from standards, greedy, 1 hour of negociation at late check in due to untrained and un implemented procedures at the level of the front desk Manager !! Need serious and real Wyndham thorough training at all levels...Wyndham should not accept such cheap premises as franchises...It not only depreciate the value of Wyndham but it also gives the elite members a feeling of disgust and un trustworthiness ...Please try to insure that the minimum standards are kept by the franchisees toward your Elite base...

Interesting stay, secure calm location, a bit dar from city center but taxis are a call away, reception staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast is decent and fresh Superior room is just fine, not that beautiful view but clean and cozy

Location is very good but I can’t say the same for rooms. Very old and didnot feel clean.

Workers are like ghosts. I dont understand why it saya 5 star hotel. It’s more of 3 star hotel. Wi-Fi speed is 2 mbps.

Nice decent hotel with good proximity to shopping mall, restaurants, and attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond, specially one great personel samet caner and oktay gok.

I stay in this hotel whenever I come here on business. Good quality and price. Cheeper than the other hotels in this area. Good service. The breakfast could be better as well as the list of the alcoholics

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The level of cleanliness was exceptional, extending to the bed, toilet, and shower. The kettle and tea pot were spotless, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere without any disturbance. The lighting in the room was just right, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. When I noticed the absence of a toothbrush in the bathroom, I promptly called the front desk, and they responded immediately by bringing one to me. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh and varied selections, particularly the diverse bread offerings. Although I didn't come across any unique cafes or shops around the hotel, the hotel's own restaurant was quite satisfying. The only minor inconvenience was the distance of the parking lot from the hotel, with no attendant at the entrance to assist with parking. Initially, we had to leave our car and enter the hotel to seek assistance, but luckily, we eventually found a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

The rooms are not very clean....the shower makes so much of noise...we asked for iron it was burnt iron they sent. It was quiet hopeless. GYM was most disapponting. Have no idea they have kept machine from which era?

We went there for a wedding organisation. The saloon was a bit small. The staff were attentive. The prices of alcohol were reasonable as well. We generally were delighted with the time we spent there.

A good value for there rooms and location, all around you restaurants, cafes, sweet, pastry, pharmacy and grocery stores, agreat loction a transport stays..

-Very low quality breakfast with missing materials ALWAYS in the kitchen!! -low water pressure in the high floors!! -very low quality gym (there is almost nothing) - Rooms’ door are very noisy and they are banging if you leave them! Anyway as a conclusion; it is definitely NOT a 5star hotel!!!!

Very good place. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We stayed only 1 night on our way from Istanbul to Antalya.

We held an event with the school at this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The venue was big enough and the sound system was great.

We stayed here in May. Very beautiful and very clean rooms! We were not only satisfied but really happy when staying here. Family friendly, very friendly staff, it felt very secure too. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Very friendly and professional 👌 👍 staff. Reception staff makes you feel at home with big warm smiles and welcoming. Area is full of restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes walk. Across the street a shopping center with big supermarket. I recommend for every body specially for families with young children ❤️ 💙. 4.85/5

Stayed 2 nights on a business trip. Welcoming sight at the end of a long journey. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Nice food, not too pricey, and a good selection of drinks. Room was huge and comfortable. Easy walk to bars and restaurants.

Very good customer service. Room was nice and clean. We were offered Turkish coffee while waiting. Mert was professional and courteous at all times. Overall very good experience. We would stay here again.

Extremely good location, it is hard to imagine a better one. Superb breakfast even in terms of Covid precautions. Very friendly. The hotel is so good that it was a pity to leave it. The only minus is bad sound isolation in the rooms, but it is in many hotels. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back for sure
