I stayed for five nights in the presidentual suit, there was a door in my room closed the whole time. Apparently this was part of my room but they forgot to open it and I found out after I left the hotel. Their solution: next time we will open it for you. Nice

Decent Hotel, Parking & Breakfast was included. Friendly, courteous staff. Hotel's name "Modernity" is not visible from street level while driving in a car, had to go around the block twice, driving past the front of the hotel. The room safe was inoperable, probably needed new batteries.

This hotel was a complete disaster and disappointment. It is rated as a 5 star hotel, I would be pressed to give it a 3. We booked it based on the fact it is 5 star and has English speaking staff. This was not the case, it was yok English. Rooms were way below average, ceiling broken, single bed hospital grade throw on a queen bed. When I asked for a quilt/doona they brought another single bed throw, no exaggeration, it had just come out of the spin cycle of a washing machine. Noisy location. The photo on Expedia showed a picture of the bedding, we did not get that, when I showed it to them, they said it was an old picture. Shameless with under delivering on what is advertised. I have travelled all over turkey over the past 3 and a half months, and unfortunately their hotel ratings are overrated, seems to be the general consensus in Turkey. No tourism minister keeping them in line

AC was not cold enough even after we complained. They should've changed our room, but that's what great hotels would do!!!!

The ventilation system that is incapable of cooling all-in-all 35-40m2 room, the refrigerator that heats the drinks instead of cooling them, a room without a glass, a room that absorbs all the noises in the vicinity, a neglected shower cabin, the main door that is difficult to close, etc. In short, low-quality service that does not deserve the room fee. Free Wifi, car parking, breakfast, tea and coffee in the room, TV, two or three water bottles are available in almost all low-star hotels

It was a fantastic trip; the hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect, I liked the hotel, and I will book again if I visit Eskişehir.

Location of the hotel is perfect, right at the center. Best place to stay after saturday night fun. Staff is kind and very helpful. But rooms need a little maintenance. And the worst thing is that theese guys doesn't have enough non smoking rooms. You may probably get a stinky room if those non smoking rooms are not available..
